Constantinos’ apartment ticked all the boxes of what I needed for my week in Nicosia. On street parking right outside. Location meant that I could walk through Agios Dimitrios Park each morning and afternoon. Would definitely stay here again.

I had such a lovely time staying at this place. It was cozy, clean, and had a really nice, welcoming vibe. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The space was thoughtfully designed and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.

Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

I have just spent the best part of two weeks using Lenos’ quiet garden as my office. If you want a spacious, meticulously clean place in the heart of the walled city, look no further. Lenos and his girlfriend Lisa are charming and supporting hosts who have become friends. There are two cats living there as well. I am usually not a fan of cats, but the two are well behaved and a delight to have around.

This was my second stay at the host’s place and definitely not the last! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. Highly recommend – a great experience once again!

Absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with thoughtful gifts and some essential groceries - such a nice touch. The place was spotless, beautifully set up, and in a great location. It truly had everything we needed. I’ll 100% be coming back!

Door een klein foutje per ongeluk via een ander profiel geboekt, de host heeft hierop heel snel gereageerd en de situatie opgelost. Aangename mensen die zeer flexibel zijn en wiens accommodatie fenomenaal was! Zeer proper, zeer mooie omgeving en zeer duidelijk wat te doen en wat er allemaal beschikbaar is. Wij komen zeker terug :)

Christos en zijn familie zijn zeer aardig. Een persoonlijk ontvangst met taart was zeer hartelijk en uitgebreid. Het verblijf ligt op een heuvel met inderdaad een steile weg er heen. Blijf in de eerste versnelling, zet bij een automaat deze in D1. Blijf gestaag gas geven dan komt alles goed en went de op en afrit. Het grondstuk ligt zeer privé zonder buren in de buurt. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Overal zijn schaduw plekken te vinden. Wij hadden de eerste dag reeds vriendschap gesloten met de poezen, deze zijn echt een verrijking tijdens het verblijf. In het Troodos gebergte zijn prachtige wandelroutes te vinden, een aanrader is de Artemis rondgang van 7 km. Ook een aanrader is het bezoek aan de hoofdstad op 45 minuten autorijden. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf en het afscheid nemen viel ons moeilijk. Hartelijk dank Christos en familie voor het verblijf.

We were 2 families with 4 kids between us and we stayed for 2 weeks. We had an amazing time! Kyriakos couldn't be more welcoming and attentive. The villa has everything you need so we literally stayed days at a time without leaving. The kids spent all day every day in the gorgeous heated pool and there is also a heated jacuzzi which we made full use of!! Kriyakos attention to detail outside is really something! He has created the most beautiful and peaceful garden with outside eating areas, bbq, fire pit, pool, jacuzzi and even a hammock in the olive orchard! You have everything you need inside and Kyriakos is so responsive to any questions you send him. He also provided details of places to go in the area, which was so useful. We are gutted to be going home and would go back in a heartbeat!!

We got earlier and saw the cleaning crew in action. I was very impressed, they were washing and disinfecting everything including the fridge door and the door frames. Everything was as advertised. The kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The beach is very close, 2 minutes by foot. There are also a couple of friendly cats who might visit you. The host is extremely responsive, replying within the minute to every question I had. From Larnaca Airport it's 20 minutes by car/taxi, or 40-50 minutes by bus. The bus station is in front of the apt complex. We were pleasantly pleased by the apartment. There are some things we would improve: mosquito net at the bedroom window (we had mosquito repellent device provided by Marina), a big mirror, brighter light in the bathroom. It would be useful to mention in the description that there is no shower kit provided (everything else was provided). There are a couple of beautiful paintings signed by Marina which add personality to the room.

The host Ben was very interested and helpful. A very calm, quiet and quality place. We are thinking of coming again.

Ήρεμη γειτονιά 15 με 20 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την πλατεία ελευθερίας που είναι το κέντρο της πόλης (εκεί να πάτε βόλτα για καφέ, φαί πότο) Είναι προς την μεριά της Λάρνακας (30-40 λεπτά απόσταση) οπότε γλυτώνεις χρόνο προς και από αυτές τις περιοχές. Μεγάλο άνετο και καθαρο σπίτι, όπως το βλέπεις στις φωτογραφίες. Έχει 2 διπλά κρεβάτια και 3 μπάνια (1 κανονικό, ένα μικρό και ένα μίνι Wc κρεβατοκάμαρας). Πλήρης εξοπλισμός κουζίνας. Άψογη επιλογή, αξίζει κάθε €. Ευχαριστούμε Άλεξ.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is very spacious, light, open, clean. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms, a large well-equipped kitchen, and a nice patio. The location is good: there are markets nearby, good restaurants only a few minutes walk, a cafe on the corner. It's only about 15 minutes walk to the main part of Nicosia. We stayed for a month and enjoyed it very much, and would stay here again any time we are in Nicosia.

It was a very nice experience to live in Haris' apartment. The location is very convenient, a few minutes from the house there are several restaurants and shops where you can get food 7 days a week. Haris is a nice person and a very hospitable host. I can highly recommend his apartment.

Lovely place to stay, all the areas were clean and exactly as described. The apartment felt modern with good dimensions. The area is quiet and, with the taxi, only 5 minutes to Kermia crossing or 10 to Ledra street checkpoint. Sibars wife checked us in and was very helpful recommending local restaurants and an excellent taxi service that was quick with a fair price.

El departamento de Marina es muy amplio, agradable y limpio. Tiene todo lo que se requiere para pasar una buena estadía. Las sugerencias que nos dejaron de restaurantes y café fueron muy buenas. Tuvimos algunas dificultades con el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones, pero ellas estuvieron atentas intentando ayudarnos. Si bien el departamento no es tan céntrico, puedes llegar al centro en unos 25 min a pie. Si se alojan aquí les recomiendo la panadería de la esquina que tiene variadas cosas ricas para comer.

Overall the stay was good. Like the patio/balcony. Location is great! Close to downtown Lefkosa.
