Lovely place to stay excellent location and clean

Sharing some love for Rosey’s Place! From the seamless communication with the host to the easy check-in process, everything was a breeze. The property's spaciousness was perfect for our group of 11, and the kitchen had all the essentials, making meal prep a delight. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. Though the internet on the second floor was a bit spotty for our laptops, it didn't dampen our five-star experience! Thank you, Rosey’s Place! ‘Til next time! 💚🏡

Super happy kami ng bf ko we stay there for 4 days and 5 nights hahaha we extend pa kasi we can’t over sa sobrang gandaaa, sobrang bait din owner and super maasikaso nung care taker. all in all we love that place, must be back in another time? hahaaha

26 Long Beach road is relatively quiet but an easy walk to the main bars and restaurants. Apartment was as described and everything worked, it was clean, secure and the area is safe. Very easy access to the beach. Hosts friendly and helpful. Scuba dive centres are close by and enjoyed the experience. I would stay again and recommend.

Location was easy to find, it was right along the road. They had a nice common area and a small private beach, great for staring off at the sunset, which is exactly what we did. The room was actually more spacious than it looked in the photos. Everyone was also super accomodating. Loved their coffee as well. Definitely a great value for your money.

Had the best time at Claudine's, it was exactly what our family needed. Our kids loved the place and we'll definitely go back!

The house was really nice. The multiple bedrooms with a bathroom each made our stay really comfortable. The place is perfect for big groups. The bed settings even the double decks are comfy. Ann was very responsive and was open as well to suggestions to further improve the place. Highly recommended!

Picfures on airbnb are exactly as what you will see. The house is huge and we were able to use all 4 bedrooms! The entire house has air-conditioning, amenities as described are complete. The perfect house to host my son's birthday celebration which can accommodate 4 families! 😊 Near subic attractions, too! Will surely book again for our next get together.

Tita Myrna and Tito Rudy was very accommodating and very friendly. Their humble abode is well maintained and just a few kms to where we had our boat ride at San Antonio. They both assisted us during our check-in and even offered us to stay past the check-out time. Overall, the place is one of the best place to stay if you want to be in between, Olongapo (where we had a great time in the Inflatable Island) and to San Antonio where we had the island tour. Highly recommended.. <3

Place was great and once you entered the house its really feels like home. Everything available for convenience especially air condition that’s really needed now in the country. Host are also great very helpful and responsive. We just had a problem first time we get there,because it is uphill and steep, but all in all we had a great stay. Loved our stay at Fei’s place. She was prompt to respond to our messages for a last minute stay. The housekeeper was friendly and helped us find the place on the phone. The place was gorgeous and well priced with amazing views especially at sunset. Would recommend this stay to everyone wish i could have stayed longer

It's a decent place now the construction noise has stopped. Many of the new facilities on the top floor still not open as of March '24 though.

Louie is probably one of the best hosts we have encountered so far! He went above and beyond for me and my family during our stay that made the experience memorable. His place is clean, quiet, has nice bath room, has great amenities (we loved the pool and the nature!), and it just feels safe and great for families. Thank you, Louie for being a super star host! We’d love to go back to your place.

Location was perfect for our needs, just outside the main busy area but still with all our needs close by. The area has a nice community feel to it without all the noise the city usually produces. the place was perfect with everything our family needed in the apartment which was immaculately clean and even had working hot water which can be a challenge in the country. couldn't be more pleased

Nice place, exactly as described! The host was very responsive whenever I had a question. The apartment was clean and up to date. Everything was perfect. The ONLY thing I would change is would to be add more kitchen utensils. Cutting board, more knives, strainer etc....Overall the place is perfect especially with a the restaurant right downstairs and a 24 hour store within 100 meters if you need anything at any hour. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was as good as advertised. Didn't have any issues checking in or out. The unit was clean, cool and prepared nicely before we arrived. Amenities were also complete. The host, Jen, was able to respond to all my follow-up questions. We had some issues with the wi-fi connection as it would intermittently disconnect from time to time or become too slow but this is more likely due to the service provider. Probably the only downside to the experience is you'd have to definitely bring along your own vehicle in order to reach the Beach and Nature club, which is quite some distance from the unit. There's a shuttle service, but you'd have to pay for it separately. This isn't the host's fault, of course, just something to consider when booking a stay here. Also, tried looking for Netflix app on the TV but couldn't find any installed or maybe I missed it? It would be nice to have that as entertainment rather than cable tv. Anyway, that's just a recommendation for the host.

This is one of the best Airbnbs that I have rented in Subic -- the greatest, in fact. Host is very helpful and polite. Kitchen is good. Location is perfect. Best if you wanna stay close to the beach.
