The place is exactly like the photos. Check in & check out procedures are simple and hassel free. There is a few little stores and laundry matt across the road. The roof top pool and restaurant is very nice and can also eat downstairs in front of the pool. The apartment is away from the hustle and its so peaceful & you can easily get a side car or grab to the main action and shopping malls and it's so cheap. There is security at the main entrance so you always feel safe, even walking around outside is safe. The room was very clean and the bed is so comfortable! All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and dealing with Kaye was so easy and she's very responsive. Make sure you book this place, you won't be disappointed!!! 체크인 후 입실해서 직원들의 실수로 인해 웃긴 헤프닝이 있었지만, 호스트의 신속빠른 연락과 대처로 인해 웃고 넘길 수 있었습니다. 설명한대로 모든 것 구비되어 있구요. 라그란데 장점인 11층, 15층 인피니티풀 이용 잘 했구요. 그랩이나 배달k등 배달음식은 로비입구에서 만나 받으면 되구요, 출장마사지 부르는것도 로비에서 방으로 걸려오는 확인전화한통 이면 편하게 이용 할 수 있네요. 라그란데야 지은지 얼마 안된 신축이라서 전체적으로 다 깨끗하구요. 단지 단점이라면 옆방 티비소리 및 대화소리가 들릴정도로 방음은 조금 취약하네요. 이곳 필리핀이나 동남아국가 대부분 건물 시공공법이 스티로폴등 방음, 방온재를 안써서 그런거니 다들 이해하세요. 발코니 흡연시에는 개소리 많이 들리는데, 발코니 문 닫으면 전혀 못 느낄정도로 바깥 방음은 잘됩니다. 그리고, 호스트가 한국분이시다보니 추가금으로 오후11시까지 레이트체크아웃 정말 좋네요. 찌든내나는 힐탑이나 고고에서 시간때우기 힘든데... 그리고, 라그란데 자체옵션인지 호스트님 설치한건지 모르겠지만, 자동은 아니라도 반자동 비데 있는것도 아주 좋았어요. . . 건의사항이라면, 어메니티가 하나도 없네요. 치약, 칫솔은 아니더라도 비누, 샴푸, 바디샤워정도는 있으면 하는 바램입니다. 두번째 건의사항은 실내슬리퍼가 하나 있던데, 그거말고 밖에 신을 수 있는 슬리퍼가 있었음 하네요. 세번째는 화장실 화장지 말고는 방에는 없는데. 방에도 휴지가 있었으면 합니다. 개인적인 건의사항 이지만, 다른분들도 있으면 편하게 사용하시겠죠? 암튼 4일동안 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 항상 건강하시고 사업 번창하세요. ^^

What an amazing find Jason's place is; the apartment is very stylish, with high quality finishes, and well looked after. It's got everything you need while the building itself offers a nice rooftop pool with a spa, two restaurants, a gym and a 7 Eleven literally next door to the lobby. The location is another big plus. It's a short trike ride to the SM mall and walking distance to the entertainment district but still quiet enough to relax after a night out. Finally, Jason is a great host, and very responsive, so we felt comfortable to reach out if we had any questions/issues. We're in Boracay now and already miss Jason's place, which says a lot. Thanks again for hosting us ;)

I've been here a few times and it's always a pleasure to come back. Modern room, comfortable bed, high speed internet and the superb cleaning service.

Great housekeeper. Kandi 3 has an excellent billiards table in the lobby which was a bonus. Staff in lobbby bar/restaurant were superb. The only slight issue was wifi that kept dropping out, but it was manageable and affected other guests too, not just this unit.

Ms. Jocelyn was very accommodating. She made sure I had a good check-in experience. This stay includes COVERED parking so you wouldn't have to worry of leaving your car unmanned. Her home was well maintained and kept tidy. The bedroom had its own airconditioning. She provided toiletries, towels, and blankets. The building staff were courteous and helpful. View of the Marquee mall, 1 mini walk to get there! Will dedinitely go back.

The condo was amazing. You would not think this was an Airbnb place as the furnishings throughout were like showroom condition. I could have easily lived there like it was my home. I certainly recommend it for anybody who likes a bit of class when they travel.

My family really enjoy their break from busy schedule and just take a needed rest. Thanks to Kristine’s place it feels like home. Smells good and really clean. They are also easy to reach 24/7. Highly recommend this place. Till next time 🤗

Located at 8th floor of Tower 2, condo was easy to find and very convenient near to SM Clark and nearby shops and restaurants. Inside, very clean and listed amenities available. Host was very responsive and helpful. Overall excellent place to stay in as a couple or solo traveler.

TLDR: Sarah is very responsive in all our queries and easy to speak with. We were looking for a place to spend the night near San Fernando last minute, and she was able to accommodate us and arranged everything in a limited time from guest requirements and coordinating with PMO. She was so responsive even the questions we had during our stay. I’ll definitely book this again if we’ll go back here! :)

My family and I stayed overnight and the check in was fast and host waited for us to arrive. The location of the house is in a village and had a peaceful surrounding. The listed amenities are accurate. The downside is the comfort room where it was small and can be improved but nevertheless it was a decent one. I still rated it a 5 star because overall, the house was great for its price.

The unit is exactly as it is advertised on airbnb. Fast and reliable wifi connection. Easy check in. Hosts are very reachable and responsive. On our first night, there is a small problem with the loud noise of the aircon but they immediately have it repaired. One of the cheapest but worth it accomodations in Angeles City. I stayed here for 30 days while attending an English academy. The neighborhood was quiet, allowing me to rest well, and the room condition was quite good. Among everything, the speaker became my precious companion. Although Netflix was available, this speaker kept me company throughout the month, making my stay much less lonely. The house also had excellent soundproofing, so no matter how loud the volume was, it couldn't be heard from outside. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. They even helped me get medicine when I had an upset stomach. I truly appreciate everything and will cherish the memories of my month-long stay. Thank you!

It was our first time in bataan and mostly there are no hotels near the port and I found this listing which was perfect for our family. 3 bedrooms with ac, a kitchen where we can cook freely, and an outdoor seating to cool down the night. Feels like home because it was almost complete (except groceries) which was very convenient for us with a baby. The parking was perfect also for our car.

Anei's place is situated in a safe gated subdivision. It was easy to find thru waze. The location is near downtown Angeles, near Clark, and also near San Fernando so everything is within easy reach. All in all it was a good place to stay. The price is reasonable and the host responds quickly. She even gave us complimentary cheese bread from the famous local bakeshop. It was delicious. Thank you!
