Amanda’s cottage is beautiful and is in a great location. The surroundings are peaceful, and this is a great destination for a relaxing weekend away. Amanda is very accommodating as a host and was always very prompt with responses to queries. We were provided with a lovely welcome basket which was a nice treat to receive on arrival. Check in and check out was very straight forward and instructions for this were clear. The hot tub and outdoor area is so nice and relaxing, with a lovely view of the countryside. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept with ease. I would definitely recommend staying here for a wholesome weekend away in the countryside.

We had the best stay, we had a lovely girly weekend celebrating my mums 50th and aunties 60th. The accommodation was beautiful, clean and Lucy put in lots of homely touches; going above and beyond. Lucy was really quick at responding if we ever had any problems. The view and surroundings were beautiful, such a lovely place and will defo be coming back again in the future ❤️ thank you so much.

The cottage was much bigger than I expected and extremely homely. Chloe-Louise had thought of everything from soft dressing gowns in the bathroom to fresh eggs in the kitchen. Both bedrooms are large with en-suites and a log burner in the lounge. The weather was cold but the enclosed garden was perfect for our chihuahua to run around in. Would love to stay here again.

We had a great couple of nights here. The cottage is perfect for a cosy stay, made even better with the addition of the log burner. The cottage is spacious, clean and has everything you need. The welcome package was a nice touch, we had a lovely breakfast the following morning. It was nice to be able to walk around the grounds too, where we saw some wildlife. Tony was a great, friendly host - answered any questions we had and also gave us recommendations for things to do locally and a bit further afield.

Great place to stay! tucked away in the beautiful country side. We made good use of the pizza oven! I would definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here. the house is full of charm.

Firstly Hannah was very personable and very prompt with her answers to any questions I had. The place was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Great care had been taken to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend staying at this residence and Hannah is an amazing host.

Chisholm’s was absolutely gorgeous, filled with character and such a lovely place for a quiet getaway. The grounds are so beautiful and there is a very cute and friendly doggo around to spot too. The property itself is lovely, very well presented and cozy- a lot of thought has obviously gone into how to make things lovely for guests. Within short driving distance of places like Dedham, Manningtree and Mistley so we also visited some excellent restaurants. Polly herself is super friendly and nice, very responsive to messages and it was overall a lovely experience.

Another lovely stay at the cottage. Beautiful home from home. Thoughtful added touches fresh flowers treats catering for dietary needs extras in the bathroom and sleep spray too. I stumbled Accross this Airbnb quite by chance and I was blown away. I have now visited over and over again because the location is close to family. I always feel right at home. The cottage has everything I need for my stay, plus the hosts make it super cozy and welcoming with afternoon tea on arrival (I live for those scones) a fire at the ready to create ambiance and warm the living area, plus some bubbly and amazing coffee to relax with. I travel from the US so these details upon arrival make me feel very welcome.

My family and I had a lovely stay at the Coach House. The property is beautifully designed and the decor is very stylish. The house was very clean throughout and we had everything we needed for our stay. Charlie was very quick in replying with any queries that we had throughout our stay also. We thought the paintings throughout the house were a lovely touch to the property also. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Beautiful countryside setup. Paul and Jane are exceptional hosts, with a simply amazing holiday village. The cottage is pristine and attractively decorated, with the outside bath being a particularly great feature overlooking beautiful fields. We went in Spring but I can only imagine how amazing it is when the yurts are full, the place is full of life and in mid-summer. Surrounding area is full of beautiful spots, you won’t be stuck for things to do. We will be returning for sure. Thanks for having us Paul and Jane, and being such great hosts! Our children didn’t want to leave 🙏😅

Myself & my partner had the most beautiful stay at the cottage. Everything was so clean & perfect. I also loved the art work scattered around the whole cottage! Cant wait to visit again in the future!! 10/10 recommend! X

What a lovely cottage, perfect for our weekend away with two dogs. Very close to the beach which is great this time of year (March) as plenty of sand when sea is out. Really clean cottage with lovely little touches. Our host even left treats for the dogs which was really nice. Would definitely recommend and will back again!

Peace. It was just what we needed. The cottage was equiped with all we needed. Beautifly clean and the bed was not only a decent size but very comfy too. A win win. King size bed. The Spring bulbs were up & a rabbit visited us daily. Lovely to sit out and watch the sun go down. Parking just beside the cottage. All on flat ground. Did i say how peaceful? A real little gem of a place to stay . We absolutely loved our stay here . The Barn was really lovely, immaculate throughout with everything you would need for a stay .
