We had a great family vacation in Serge's beautiful house. A quiet, peaceful neighborhood, everything looked exactly like in the pictures. Everything was clean, Serge's instructions were spot on, and his helpful attitude was unmatched by any Airbnb host I've dealt with in the past. Always proactive, reaching out to make sure we didn't need anything else. Any request was immediately responded to and addressed. We hope to return here in the future, it was really great!

We had a great stay in Marblehead. We love the area and the cute shops and restaurants. Amy was an amazing host. Always responsive, very friendly and super helpful and accommodating. The property was very clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend booking a stay with Amy as your host. I can’t say enough good things about her attentiveness and help. Her communication with us was very helpful and made the whole experience effortless.

We had an excellent time at Brad’s beautiful home. Beds were very comfortable, enough hot water for several showers, and all of the cooking ware you would need! Well these things are what catch our attention when traveling for work. Brad is an awesome guy and fantastic host. He was there from time to time, and there was never an awkward moment. He is very personable and easy going. I would stay here 10 out of 10 times when passing through.

We have been using short-term rentals as a family since 2011. This is by far the best appointed house we've ever stayed in. Plenty of everything -- basic groceries, towels, dishes, parking, beds and baths. It's a classic New England home with thoughtful updates. Love the vintage touches! Everything was first rate and we were comfortable for our short visit. We will be back!

This place is a VIBE!!! And I am so happy that this place was the exact vibe I was looking for to record my in person podcast. Scott’s apartment is fantastic! It is located on the lower floor of his house. It is very open and light. The bedrooms are spacious and the mattresses extremely comfortable. The kitchen and living area is also spacious, with beautiful views of the woods. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are also very well equipped, with very nice towels. There is a washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron. The heating system worked superbly during our stay. We were in the area to visit with family and friends, and the house is located in a perfect location, whether you need drive north or south, east or west! We look forward to staying at Scott's house in the future. Comunication with Scott was very easy and he checked in to see how we were doing. Thank you, Scott, for a lovely stay! We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

Shelby is very responsive and communicates often. Easy check-in process, place was as listed and clean. Also has a garage which is helpful as most houses in the neighborhood do not have a garage.

The spacious accommodations at Kelly's home were clean and comfortable. It was a great place for us to stay while visiting family in the area.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Adam's beautiful home in Cohasset, MA, and it was an incredible experience! The house was inviting and cozy, and felt like home. The neighborhood was full of spectacular homes and amazing views; in a picturesque neighborhood with easy access to the beach and local attractions. Less than an hour from Boston and just over an hour to Cape Cod, it was the perfect place to "home base" out of for our week-long vacation. What we enjoyed most was being able to walk from the house to Black Rock Beach. It was a peaceful 5-7 minute walk. The weather was perfect and the fall leaves were in full color mode! Our host was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If we did need something, there was a Stop & Shop grocery store within 10 minutes and Trader Joes 15 minutes away. There are a few restaurants within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway in Cohasset.

This place could not have worked out any better. There were six of us in town for the World Figure Skating Championships which were amazingly fantastic by the way. Everything about this house was truly perfect for our adventure. The place was spotless and the little extras that were left for us like coffee, tea and bottled water was a really nice touch. The hosts were very accommodating with a few special requests we made and extremely responsive. We would most definitely stay here again. Most of us have been regular Airbnb users (over 30 times in my case) and this was definitely a highlight on my list.

We enjoyed a week here. It isn’t super close to Boston but it is a fantastic place to be able to stretch out after a long day in the city. An Uber or Lyft is always close and getting into town takes about 25 to 30 minutes. We figured out the public transportation on day one and used it everyday to get where we were going. Narissa was quick to answer any questions I had and everything we needed was there.

This was a fantastic air bnb, absolutely perfect location right by alewife. Quiet, well equipped and extremely clean. Kitchen had everything you could need. Bathrooms were fully stocked and spotless. Beds were very comfortable. Our family enjoyed our stay a lot! Thank you!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, convenient, and had great vibes. Communication was excellent, and the location was perfect. We’d love to come back! It would be even better with amenities like a hot tub and grill. The patio was a bit unclean, so we couldn’t really use it. Looking forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful stay in this charming and cozy New England home & would definitely stay again. Private off-street parking made things a breeze coming and going. We loved being able to walk the dogs down to the beach. My son was excited to be able to play basketball in the back yard and everyone enjoyed the arcade room.

Great space. There were 8 of us that stayed. We mainly were out in about during the day going to Boston breweries. We didn't spend a lot of time there, but we hung out there in the evenings. Bill hooked us up with a bag of charcoal for the grill so we could cook up some steaks. The house has a great backyard area. The kitchen and dining room area was big enough to accommodate us. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. Great shower heads. Off street parking was great for both our vehicles.

The owner is really nice and always responds quickly. The place is also nice and clean and looks exactly like the picture. Highly recommended!

Excellent choice for us as a soccer family in town for a tournament. We were able to have a mini-family reunion with other family members joining us. The home and the hosts were outstanding in every way for us. Given our own culture and customs, we were especially grateful for a no-shoes in the house stay. We will definitely stay again.

Grace's home is in a great location for spending time in Boston. She has a room on the first floor and is very accommodating. The kitchen has all the necessary supplies for preparing some meals, and the bedrooms are comfortable. There is a convenient market for shopping, and many restaurants are close by. Train stations for the Red and Green T Lines are within walking distance (but maybe a bit far with luggage - especially in winter).

Loved the 'character' of the home. It was built in the 1800's so had that old school charm, wonderful craftsmanship but has the necessary updates as well (bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces). We couldn't get over how cool the neighborhood is...tons of beautiful homes that were built in the late 1800s/early 1900s. In fact, JFKs birthplace (first home) was about 2 blocks away. It is now a national park and free to tour. Great bakeries at the end of the street. We were there to tour Boston/historical sites and I was surprised how close everything was. Nicole was super responsive and wonderful to work with.
