Nice, light and bright apartment in a wonderful building and Cambridge location. Many restaurants and grocery stores/pharmacies nearby. My teens especially liked the ice cream shop next door. Always great to have laundry available. It is a nice building with a fantastic gym. Views overlooking the city. Had more than expected kitchen supplies, herbs/spices for cooking, etc. Would definitely stay there again if/when we need to be in that area.

The apartment was very tastefully remodeled and furnished. It made good use of a small space. The skylights in nearly every room made the whole place feel bright and airy. It was also immaculately clean. The one thing that guests need to be aware of are the steep stairs leading up to the 3rd floor apartment. As I read in another guest's review, and I concur, the stairs are a bit of a challenge to navigate for people in their 60s, especially with luggage or groceries. Unfortunately, in that area and in my price range, first floor apartments are much harder to find. Just something people need to be aware of. It worked out great for us for a 5-day stay, but I would make a different choice for a longer stay.

Visiting a large family for Thanksgiving can always be hectic but staying at Anna's and Milan's house provided that 'calm base camp' it is always nice to come home too. Since the T stops literally at the front door you really don't need a car. But if you do have one there is parking spot in the driveway so what more can you ask for in Boston in regards to transportation. The view is beautiful from the second floor apartment and I literally only had to go across the street to gather my most important collectible on each trip, native beach stones. there's no better place to stay in Winthrop

This was a perfect setting for me in cold February. Close to where I wanted to be and close to the beach where I grew up. The apartment is a streamlined resting place in a busy visitor's schedule: all needs met in advance. I'm so grateful to Emily for being flexible when I needed to change my schedule. This place is so great I'm reluctant to share it with others.

We had a great time in this apartment with my friends. It was very clean and well furnished. Moreover, the host was answering quickly to our questions. I would definetly recommend it to anyone visiting Boston.

This unit is in a great location - never more than 2 miles to where we needed to go - so an easy walk or uber ride. Great communication and easy instructions to leave our luggage and check in.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish and we loved every minute of our stay. Karl is a considerate attentive host and his apartment is beautifully appointed, pristinely clean, tastefully furnished, perfectly equipped with quality appliances, utensils and products, homely and extremely comfortable. The garden area is a bonus and a joy to sit in and relax. The neighborhood is safe and clean with a great local vibe, a fabulous food store, lots of eating places and the Red Line within a 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The sidewalk from Davis T Station to Cedar Street is a bit uneven in places which I found challenging when wheeling 2 large suitcases so unless you are luggage light I recommend taking a taxi to and from the airport. Karl's place is superb and provides everything we look for on our urban holidays including easy access to downtown and a peaceful retreat from the city hustle at the end of the day. Our group of 3 women stayed at Johnny's place for a week for the World Figure Skating Championships. The hotels were hard to book and not worth the price they were charging. What a find for us to be able to stay at this property! The neighborhood felt safe, and we appreciated the Whole Foods, CVS, and restaurants right nearby. The walks to TD Garden and the subway station were easy and convenient. One of us slept in the king bedroom, one slept on the bottom bunk of the second bedroom, and one slept on the extra mattress in the lower finished basement level, so we each had our own space. The kitchen was lovely; we appreciated the breakfast options provided! Overall, we were very comfortable; I'd recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful home! Very comfortable and a haven for book lovers. The access to the park is unbeatable. Will return here again for our next trip. 10/10

We had a great time on a New England road trip! We loved the restaurant MIDA went twice! Wine and liquor store is also close by.

We were so blessed to find this space. Family came from across the country for a celebration of life for a passed on loved one. We needed a space where we could gather to laugh and cry but also have our own comfortable rooms where we could retreat to when we needed time to process. The place was conveniently located, filled with sun, and decorated in such a way that it felt warm and inviting. We're just so appreciative of having found the perfect place to provide us respite from the storm we were enduring.

Staying with Rojan was such a dream! It’s a beautiful location with gorgeous sunsets over the water and the house is soo spacious and clean! It honestly looks even bigger in person and we loved the layout. Rojan was so kind and responsive and very helpful in case we needed anything!!! The parking is fantastic if you’re driving in like us, very convenient. I feel as though I must mention the view from the deck one more time because of was unreal. We had such a lovely stay, I truly am grateful for our experiance. I would 100% stay again coming back to Boston, no complaints at all!!! :) 10/10

Hosts proved themselves to be very responsive when an unexpected house issue arose immediately after check-in. Although a solution wasn’t feasible overnight, they got the problem fixed right away the next morning. After that hiccup, our stay was quite lovely. A beautiful location and even though we were there during a cold time of year, the view was still remarkable. The space was clean, quiet and well equipped with everything our group needed to be very comfortable. Would love to stay again during the warmer months!

We can’t say enough about Pema’s hospitality! We were in town due to a family medical crisis and her thoughtful, caring support throughout our stay was above and beyond what anyone could expect. They are among the best hosts we’ve ever encountered! The Nest is a cute, well appointed hideaway close to groceries and not far from Cambridge. Thank you, Pema and Jonathan for everything!

Thank you to Kara for hosting us at your wonderful apartment! We stayed three nights and enjoyed every minute. The apartment is well appointed and spacious. It’s beautifully decorated and has all the amenities. I love the location in the South End of Boston. There are great restaurants very close by. We would love to return.

We absolutely loved this place! It was perfect for an overnight stay. Kaitlin was very helpful from the time we booked to the time we checked out. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Reda’s place was fantastic. The beds were incredibly comfortable and everything felt pristinely clean and updated. The building was very quiet, and although it is located along a busy street, we did not notice any street noise once inside. The location is very convenient to the green line for quick access to the city sites, and there are also convenience shops and food options in the neighborhood. Reda was very responsive and helpful. Great stay overall!!

This is always my favorite place to stay while visiting family in Medford. It’s convenient, very clean, and comfortable. Joe is a great host and he makes the process very easy.

Excellent location, spotless, responsive hosts, and best of all NO CHECKOUT RESPONSIBILITIES! Finally a place with a reasonable check-out time of NOON and we didn’t have to spend hours in the run-up to our departure doing anything more than chores that we would choose to do as considerate guests who value other people’s space, the hosts requested nothing more than we make sure the stove was off. Homapart was very responsive and even went the extra mile to return my mis-placed airpods. TEN STARS.

Beautiful private home with a great view of the harbor and walkable to restaurants, groceries, and water taxis. Loved the peacefulness of the place and the privacy it offered. Hosts were consistently kind and helpful. Had a couple small hiccups with dysfunctional internet (fixed the next day after we brought it up, problem was the doing of a previous guest) and their brand new grill had not quite been fully assembled so we pivoted and cooked our steaks inside instead but knowing the hosts I suspect that issue has been fully resolved and won’t be a problem again in the future. They were kind and responsive and we always appreciated that!
