Great stay! The space was super cozy and well laid out. The only issue I saw was that the third bedroom--the one with the smaller bed--has a window in the door. There is a shade that pulls over it, but you can still see around the edges which made privacy a little bit of an issue. I might suggest they add velcro so the shade is flush with the door. But otherwise this was a great little place, perfect for my needs!

Absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, instructions were detailed step by step. Perfect for me for off-season. Quiet yet some bustling. I can only imagine the location to be above expectation during the spring/summer season.

Such a cute location - very unique communal spaces to hang out. Very comfy mattress and it’s nice they provided the things to cook and shampoo/cond and things to do laundry

Daryl’s place was a perfect setting to host us for the food show that we attended. Had all the accommodations and instructions were clear where to go and what to do etc. the place was very clean and welcoming, from the kitchen snacks to the thoughtful charging stations strategically placed for each of the rooms. Would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the Boston area, as it was only 15 minutes away from the downtown area. Thank you Daryl.

What a fantastic spot in a great area. Kevin couldn't have been a better host, so good on communication. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, very spacious with every amenity provided. The area of Allston is beautiful, clean and safe, two big grocery shops close by, lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants close aswell. Train station is only 10 minute walk, make sure and check the times of these as not as frequent as the T as this is a commuter rail. There are plenty of bus options aswell that will get you to downtown. All in all one of the nicest places I've stayed and really made our trip to Boston perfect 👌. Thanks for everything Kevin.

We had a great stay at Michael's house. It was a stressful time as we were there to attend my mother's funeral. Michael was the perfect host and could not have been kinder to us. He responded quickly to questions or requests and he was very flexible: offering us an early check in and was accommodating when we needed to add a day at the end of our stay. The house was lovely: clean, well-stocked, warm and homey. The perfect place to come home to after a long day. It was nice to have different sitting rooms, if you wanted some quiet time. We were close to downtown restaurants, walkable when it's not 10 degrees! The ocean is right at the end of the street. It was a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We would most definitely stay again!

Hosts proved themselves to be very responsive when an unexpected house issue arose immediately after check-in. Although a solution wasn’t feasible overnight, they got the problem fixed right away the next morning. After that hiccup, our stay was quite lovely. A beautiful location and even though we were there during a cold time of year, the view was still remarkable. The space was clean, quiet and well equipped with everything our group needed to be very comfortable. Would love to stay again during the warmer months!

This spot was an absolute gem for two visiting for the night for a concert. Jennifer's spot is so much cuter in person than even the pics do justice. The attention to detail on little amenities, cute, clean and cozy space, SUPER COMFY BED and responsive and proactive host paired with off street parking was perfect! I will definitely be checking to see if this spot is available again for an overnight trip to the Boston area!

We can’t say enough about Pema’s hospitality! We were in town due to a family medical crisis and her thoughtful, caring support throughout our stay was above and beyond what anyone could expect. They are among the best hosts we’ve ever encountered! The Nest is a cute, well appointed hideaway close to groceries and not far from Cambridge. Thank you, Pema and Jonathan for everything!

The house is spacious and very comfortable, ideal for large groups, everything was clean and organized. The house has everything you need for a long stay, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to the center and public transportation, supermarkets, etc. Ben is super friendly and communicates quickly. I recommend 100% this stay we had a great time.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft. Gelegen in einem ruhigeren Teil von Boston, mit guten Anbindungen an den öffentlich Verkehr (Bus und Bahn) von Boston. In kurzer Distanz auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Walmart 10-15 Autominuten) und gute Restaurants. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen bequemen Aufenthalt in Boston benötigt. Man kann sogar gemütliche Spielabende oder Fernsehabende im Wohnzimmer verbringen. Kommunikation und einchecken war super.

Excellent experience. Easy check in and the place was perfect, she even had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Easy walk to the ferry into Boston, and easy parking. It was winter, but there were plenty of outdoor activities so we'd love to come back during the summer. Older house but so charming and great location. Overall great communication before, during, and after; she even offered to ship a shoe my niece left behind to us. Would love to come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Hull.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tim's airbnb. The apartment was welcoming and very spacious, and had everything we needed to make us feel at home. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was conveniently located between the two bedrooms, the kitchen had first-class appliances, and we loved having a coffee bar. It was helpful to have chargers in the bedrooms, kitchen and office area for a variety of hand-held devices - no need to bring your phone or tablet power cords! And it was great to have a washer & dryer in the facility - we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Phillips' Cambridge apartment. The location was perfect for college touring in the Boston area. Everything was as described; the kitchen was well appointed and stocked with basics; almost every location of interest was within walking distance and, if not, the T was only a few blocks away. Would definitely be happy to book again when in Boston.

Spacious, great closet space, convenient, lovely neighborhood. Hosts were very flexible and responsive. Perfect for four adults and a young child.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Catlin and Ryan's place! The place was clean and spacious, and was conveniently located near a train stop which made visiting all the neighborhoods around Boston a breeze. Ryan was also kind enough to drop by and offer recommendations for local grocery, restaurants, and sightseeing. Check in and check out were easy and clearly detailed in the app, as well as physically in the house. Overall, Catlin and Ryan's AirBnb was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay for our group trip. The next time we come to Boston, we will definitely be looking to come right back here!

Fantastic North End Location. 3BR condo is perfect for 3-4 people — kitchen and bathrooms are fully updated and well appointed. Spacious Open plan living room and dining space allow friends or family to easily hang out together — with nice views of the Boston Harbor activity. The building itself is older and there’s a steep two flight walk up to the condo. Beds were comfortable and owners are super communicative and really make sure your visit is successful!

Jake’s place was fantastic. Just like the photos and super clean. Felt right at home and beds were comfy! Spacious enough for the three of us with two beds and two bathrooms! Kitchen had everything you could ever need or think of!

Great place to stay, fantastic location and a very well-kept place. If you’re coming in on Amtrak at South Station it couldn’t be more convenient.
