Amazing place. Host always quick to respond to any questions. Close to everything but far enough from main street for an enjoyable stay. Walk to the beach and private access.

Moatez was a very nice host. His property is in a beautiful and quiet and very green area. The rental space is rather big and has a private entrance. I would certainly stay there again if I were in the area.

Brianna was a wonderful host! Our stay there made it an easy engagement weekend for us! She was quick to respond with our questions and let us do a late check out on our last day. Definitely would book with her again!

The location and value cannot be beat. Walkable to the best spots in New Haven.

We loved staying in the apt. Right in the heart of Milford. We could walk to the festivals and restaurants. Apartment was spotless. Great security getting into building. Everyone was available for any assistance. They even had a number you could call after hours for assistance. This is a great place to stay in Milford Ct

I made last minute plans to spend a Saturday night in New Haven. Weekend accommodations in New Haven for that particular October weekend seemed costly. I ended up at this airbnb because it felt like a good value for a reasonably central location. With a car, you can get to wherever you want to go in the New Haven area in a fairly short amount of time from there. The airbnb was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet and peaceful at night. I had never stayed in the Fair Haven neighborhood before but this airbnb worked well for me. I initially had an issue accessing the door to the airbnb and had to make my way to an evening performance, but Tywanna kindly offered to stay up late to make sure that I could get into the apartment. This airbnb is a good value for the New Haven area, and I would like to return in the future.

We stayed at this property for a family wedding nearby. The house is wonderful, Michael was really responsive and helpful with all my questions. We were so pleased there was even a high chair and pack and play on property which is so great when traveling with small kids! The pool and outdoor space is perfect plus the sauna/steam amenities in the pool house were a great added luxury. There was also a really sweet handwritten note for us with cheese plate/water/sparkling/ water ready for our arrival.

Fabulous hosts, despite traffic delays they welcomed us and our dog and we had a lovely Thanksgiving - enjoyed the boardwalk, the cute cafe down the street and of course the fabulous sea

We had a great two night stay at Logan’s place. House was clean, extremely well kept and had no shortage of thoughtful finishing touches. We felt right at home! The location was centrally located (5 min drive or less from town and all the spots we wanted to go). We can’t wait to come back!

This is a wonderful house. Very clean. Interior space is well laid out and was more than ample for our family of six adults and five children. The large living area comprising the first floor with access to pool, pool deck and hot tub allowed for a perfect balance of togetherness and separation. It is nicely furnished. Great pool, deck area and hot tub. Beautiful views overlooking Fort Pond Bay. The approach road is a little bumpy, but it will in no way prevent us from looking to rent this house again.

Lisa’s home is incredible! Beautiful, clean, organized, and a great place to stay for families or group gatherings. Lisa is proactive with communication and shared great recommendations. Best part- watching the sun rise over the water from the patio! And great coffee shops and restaurants walking distance from the home.

Lisas House is a perfect starting point to explore the Hamptons. The kids loved the playground in the basement. Amenities as the pool, the Weber grill and a very well sorted kitchen made it an excellent chill-out spot after a full day of sightseeing. To sum it up: „ A perfect home away from home.“

The place was clean and matched the description perfectly. Annie was responsive and answered all our questions before and during our stay. She gave us instructions and also left an in-depth instruction book in the living room. Streaming services were included but the tv had logged us out before the stay, we let Annie know and we were able to log in within minutes. Lovely place and amazing host!

We spent a lovely Christmas vacation at Joes place. The large well appointed kitchen had everything we needed for our big feast. Good food, good wine and a crackling fire—it was just wonderful. We also took the opportunity to check out some of the art galleries in the area as listed in the house manual. Really appreciated the recommendations. Highly recommend

Mark's place was exactly what I was looking for to ring in the New Year in style, comfort and complete relaxation! I was able to start each day with a quiet cup of coffee and then head directly to the beach for a long morning walk (just a short drive away). Montauk Manor is an absolute hidden gem for a winter break and the indoor pool and hot tub are a rare find in the Hamptons. Check-in/out could not have been any easier and the Manor staff are wonderfully welcoming and friendly. There were still a good number of local shops open, including Left Hand Coffee. 100% recommend for all seasons and will eagerly book again!

Rate was great, it was off season. Cleaning fee is a little nutz considering it is tiny. VERY clean, perfectly functional. I wasn't a fan of the mattress, way too soft for me, but maybe that is just me :-) Overall I would happily stay there again. It was quiet, the other tenants were very friendly.

Great spot with super easy beach access! The view from the bedroom windows is awesome especially for sunrise. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice stay. Appreciated the bedside chargers. Kitchen was smartly stocked, was able to prepare a Thanksgiving meal with amenities provided. Very clean. Stunning views of the ocean. Downside, small bathroom/shower, limited bathroom shelf space/counter.
