I am so proud and thankful to God to have met Jean and all her neighboring environment and her family. It's been a very pleasant and satisfactory stay in a comforting homey accommodation that I wanted to prolong but couldn't due to obligations. The home furniture and appliances are splendid, I couldn't be more grateful to have a parking spot right in front of the door and to witness and utilize all those fabulous kitchen utensils, it was almost a paradise for those of us who like to cook. It was wonderful to observe all this wildlife, wild geese and swans, swimming on lagoon by the house while sitting on the living room couch and simply enjoying tea or dinner. Many thanks to Jean for allowing me to bring in both of my pet rescue kitties who were extremely well-behaved and happy and supported me during my stay. I bow down in front of Jean's superior knowledge both in hospitality and in interaction with both human and pet-friendly guests. I could only wish more hosts would be like Jean.

Liam was incredibly quick to respond and accommodating to our group’s last minute booking. The location is excellent and great for having a car or taking a train. Great, quiet “, comfy spot and had everything we needed and a great value for the area.

Tammy helped me and my boyfriend out when we were in such a pinch. due to our apartment not being ready in time she was ready on short notice and such an amazing host and was so wonderfully kind. I had such an amazing stay and would come back again. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the summertime so close to the beach and amazing restaurants nearby Tammy‘s place is a 10 out of 10 and felt just like home. 🤍

Perfect location on a beautiful body of water. The welcome basket was wonderful. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated and the back porch and deck by the water looked brand new. We look forward to returning!

We had a lovely winter stay at this stylish house in East Hampton. Appreciated the amenities: Cozy living room with a gas fireplace, nice kitchen, comfortable bed, and great water pressure in the shower! Would definitely stay again in any season.

This is generally a great place to stay in fire island! There could definitely be some updates (the front door handle kept falling off, some amenities are dated, no soap in bathroom, etc) but all in all perfect for an FIP getaway.

The place was great for our weekend get away! A fun spot very close to main st. Very peaceful with a great view.

Three generations of my family were comfortable sharing Jessica's house. The children and their parents slept upstairs, while the grandparents had the downstairs to ourselves. It was a perfect arrangement for getting a good night's sleep. The house is well organized and comfortable, with plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking, and has a pleasant porch for outside lounging. It is walking distance to a beach on the bay - a safer beach for small children than the ocean. All and all, a good experience!

Seamless communication and such a beautiful property nestled in the woods right on the LI Sound. Highly recommended!!!

Mike's home was a great spot for our first trip to Cherry Grove. He gave us extensive information before we arrived to make sure we were all set for our stay, and the home was well stocked. We especially appreciated all the kitchen supplies, the numerous towels, and the shed with charcoal, boogie boards, and beach chairs. The outdoor shower was definitely one of the highlights of the space, as well as the large porch. Villa Vista is also well located, just a 3 minute walk to the beach and in a quiet but easily accessible part of the Grove.

Such a lovely home right on the water! Spent a cozy New Year’s Eve here with 6 people, great location to downtown Greenport. The home has a ton of character, one of the reasons we’d love to be back!
