Karen’s little cottage had everything my parents needed for a comfortable stay in Sudbury. The location was ideal for us, lovely garden, very secure and perfect as pet friendly. Such sweet touches with the personalised mugs and bag. There is hot water, it just takes a little while to run (it’s a house that’s centuries old, these things can be a little slower so just be patient) and no WiFi but this in no way affected the stay. There is full signal and 4G in the house so you’re not cut off. Will definitely book again! Thank you Karen

This place was fantastic. Everything you need for a party is there. The communication with the host was slow but I was told he was hospitalised and very sick. Hope you get well soon Andrew. The price for it was alot for a day I wish I could chek in around 11am or noon to have more time in the place. Nothing to complain about the place. very clean and it was full of everything you need. I was celebrating my 30th Birthday and I wish I could get discounts for this place to come again and again for more parties 🥳.

This is the second time we've stayed at The Pretty Fox, and we loved it--again! It's a very cosy house that has many historic features, and Wanda and Tom make you feel completely "at home." It's also a perfect place for walking into Diss, which is a great little town. We highly recommend this home.

Don't go anywhere else!.... if you are reading this feedback and researching places to stay in rural Suffolk that is dog-friendly! Honestly, from the excellent comms from Jo, the private stunning garden area, the fully stocked with anything you would ever need kitchen, the most comfortable bed you could imagine, homely log burner and wonderful interior. What made this place special (apart from all the above), were the little thoughtful things...the little lowlight in the kitchen facing the bathroom which could be kept on during the night so you didn't have to put on other lights and wake others up, the little light that came on to highlight the little step, all the wonderful breakfast things ( fresh eggs, real butter, jams, choc au pains, fresh uncut loaf, yogurts, choccy snacks, doggie treats, poo badlgs, doggie towels...). Jo really has thought of everything. Fantastic surroundings, so many walks and the perfect place to decompress! We hope to be back in the summer months!

We had a lovely stay in this quirky, characterful house. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. There was easy on-street parking. The really good thing was that the owner went above and beyond to sort out an issue we had. Many thanks for that David. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Claires Round House was a great little find. it was perfect for a couple if days geteaway. and do quaint can't recommend it enough

Absolute Gem of a property in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. the accommodation is perfectly laid out and the hot tub is perfect at the end of the day to relax in. Have already contacted them about future stays as will definitely be booking again.

Had a lovely few days at the Crows nest, would highly recommend, the location was great for restaurants and shops. We couldn’t fault the apartment it had every thing we needed, very comfortable would definitely like to return

Lovely, peaceful and spacious flat with vintage touches, in a very central location close to restaurants, shops, the seafront and the many walks and places to visit around Aldeburgh. Great for couples or families. Managing Agents very responsive to any requests. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful weekend base for sons couple of football games that happened to be in the same area. Incredibly responsive host, and probably the most immaculately clean airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Board games and card games were played and the dvds in the kids bedroom were watched. A wonderful couple of family nights spent away. Highly, highly recommended.

This space is an ABSOLUTELY GEM of a find! I ended up with a prolonged stay of about 2.5 months and it was a joy to have this space to stay in and work from. The hosts were receptive, proactive, friendly and supportive. I have nothing negative at all to say about my stay and can’t think of anything that would have made my stay more enjoyable. 5 stars easily!

We had an amazing stay, the house, cabin and gardens where amazing. We didnt want to leave. Hot tub was great. We are already thinking of our next trip.

We recently stayed at this property as a large family so we could come together to spend quality time together celebrating our Nans 80th Birthday. We had such a lovely time. There was enough space for all, we had a peaceful and relaxing weekend. The cinema room was great bith kids and adults loved this. The Hot tub was another favourite. The property was homely and had all the facilities we needed. We have all said we will 100% be staying again as this enabled us to spend quality time together. Thank you for an amazing stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in Suffolk for a 3 day wedding as an extended family group and the house was the perfect base. The house is very comfortable- especially the beds - and everything has been thought of. It is also very very clean. The courtyard is beautiful. We would thoroughly recommend!

Fabulous house in a beautiful area. House was incredibly well equipped and everything was a really high quality. Loads of essentials in the fridges and high end toiletries in all bathrooms. Cant recommend Jacqui enough as a wonderful host. And really dog friendly.
