We had a beautiful stay here 😊 lovely, peaceful surroundings and just what we wanted for a last minute getaway. The hut was slightly difficult to find in the dark but what a stunning place it is! Would definitely recommend this place to all 😁

"Wow" what a find! Such a beautiful place and so peaceful. The Shepherds hut was even better than it looked ,in the pictures and very spacious considering. It was spotless inside and had everything you needed. I loved that we arrived to homemade cakes and goodies in the fridge. My son loved the animals and we were very lucky to meet Bob who kindly told my son about the animals and let him help feed some of them. Bob and Helen are excellent hosts, they go above and beyond from start to finish and nothing is to much trouble. We shall be back.

A wonderful glamping/country farm site. We stayed in the Norfolk shepherds hut and it was perfect - spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could want. A well thought-out brochure to download onto your phone with all the information you could need for your stay. Complimentary fresh free range eggs! Just perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay in the shepherd's hut, and it actually exceeded our expectations! We stayed for New Year's Eve and despite the chilly weather, we were cosy and warm inside thanks to the powerful electric heater and the many blankets. Also, if anyone looking would find it helpful to know, towels and a hairdryer are provided! I didn't see them on the listing (perhaps I missed it) and it's so useful not to have to pack those things. We also found Stephen, Andy and all of the pub staff to be really friendly and helpful. Thank you again.

Beautiful surroundings with the animals and countryside very peaceful and relaxing . Was in the hot tub every night.welcome hamper was a fantastic surprise felt very welcome. Hut was very cosy and comfortable had everything you could need for a relaxed break xx

Grate shepherd's hut well organised and very comfortablebed , garden very peaceful,full of birds , lots of deer sightings in the adjacent fields we have has a lovely stay and we'll be coming back soon

Fantastic cabin in a beautiful location, proper luxury but so close to nature, waking up to the frozen lake in anticipation of a sauna was amazing! Sarah and Will were great hosts and so helpful with check in and ideas about the local area, many thanks!

Lovely location with accommodating host. Cabin has all the essentials and is cozy with the fire on. Barnaby was very responsive and helpful and was kind enough to provide a later checkout to enjoy the space!

Annie is so very warm and welcoming - with her beautiful family they have created an oasis in which you can immediately relax and immerse yourself in a very natural environment full of wildlife. The shepherds ‘Hut with No Name’ is thoughtfully and comfortably equipped - for me particularly loved the very comfy bed, outdoor shower and copper pans :) It’s not often you get the opportunity to swim in a natural pond whenever you like and maybe have a sauna… You just have to stay here :) I didn’t want to leave …

The shepherd hut was absolutely perfect. Gina had proivided everthing we needed for a mini break. Our border terrier was super happy with his stay. Beautiful location with lots of recommendations for places to eat locally. The Black Swan is a wonderfully atmospheric pub and the Broken Egg is a great place for a spendid cooked breakfast.

Beautiful space. Bumblebee was very cosy: lovely and warm and with everything we needed for our stay. Have already recommended the site to friends and family and we will be back next year.

Loved our time here, a last minute getaway and just what was needed. Peaceful, calm and surrounded by nature. The hut has a great private spot on site and the view from the hot tub was a real treat; an ancient oak woodland with birds and deer a plenty. We had enough time to grab a Sunday roast at the Unruly Pig, both agreed it was the best we'd ever had! Quick stop for supplies at Ruebens butcher/deli with some killer cheese and snacks. A must visit. Visiting in winter was lovely, the wood burner came into its own and we'd have been perfectly happy going absolutely nowhere. We'll certainly be back.

stayed here for our anniversary and it was breathtaking. The hut had everything we needed, was warm, clean and so comfortable. we've stayed in alot of different huts/cabins and this is by far our favourite. So peaceful and Helen was so lovely and accommodating. We'll be sure to come back next season and we are also booking this for our parents 😀

I had a remarkable stay in the Sheppard's Hut Lupin. I looked amazing from the outside and then I opened the door and it was spectacular. Diane had stocked it out so well and I was immediately made to feel at home. It was so comfortable and warm and I had a good nights sleep opening the window to hear the early morning birds. I had a great shower in the morning. I ate at the Queen's Head in the evening 5 mins away in a car which was very acceptable. I made a great way to end a incredibly successful weekend. I would go back tomorrow.

Stayed at the hut in hollesley for my birthday weekend. 2 of us and 2 small dogs, fitted us perfectly. The hut was absolutely beautiful! You can really see the care that has gone into decorating and furnishing it, aswell as all the utensils and supplies which are labelled and easy to find. Plenty of wood for the fire and even though it was February, we didnt get cold atal so its definitely well insulated. The view from the hut was stunning and on the morning we left there was a herd of deer right outside so definitely keep your eyes out for them. Check in and out was super easy and the host is available if you need them atal (not that we did). My only tiny thing that we would love to see improved for a 2nd stay is behind the hut you do feel a little overlooked by the nearby house so not as private as we had hoped but this could probably be fixed with some fencing or hedges. But overall a great little place!

Lovely peaceful quiet location, hut was very clean and tidy. Definitely the cosiest warmest hut I've been in, even in the coldest of weathers you should be warm once you get the heater going. Richard gave clear precise instructions on how to check in, didn't get to meet him as he was away but met his sister Gillian on arrival, who is a wonderfully kind helpful lady and was quick to respond if i was in need. All in all a great peaceful experience, would love to be back someday.

Perfect stay, was everything we were looking for - a peaceful getaway in a beautiful location. Mark was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us lots of useful information about the area. The cabins were beautifully done, comfortable, clean, cosy and well thought out. We loved the BBQ hut and the stunning views over the lake. Such a relaxing break, we would love to come back.
