Great house close to Christchurch Park, and a 10 minute walk downhill into town. We felt comfortable staying here and had a brilliant week in Ipswich. Thank you!

Our second stay at T&T’s beautiful home. Myself and my partner John could not fault the hosts in any way, the property is beautiful and even some added extras since our last stay and our suggestion listened to from before. Hosts were amazing when we had issues with heating and hot water and their handy man was very friendly and fixed the issue as quickly as possible. Such generous and amazing hosts. We look forward to hopefully returning in the future.

A lovely little house with everything needed for a home away from home. Situated in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the seafront and town centre. Beautifully decorated with a cosy relaxing vibe a lovely place to stay.

We had the most wonderful Christmas at Louise’s house. The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful and have so much character. The village was really lovely as well. Louise was an excellent host, helping to make our stay as special and easy as possible. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

The house is beautiful and even better than the photos. We were a party of 10 and we found we had everything we could possibly need and enough room to live comfortably. We stayed mainly around the house, cooking meals and playing games by the open fire but ventured out for country walks and to visit the alpacas, which were a highlight. Overall a fantastic weekend, we can't wait to come back.

Pennys Place was a real good find, my self and my party thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the beds were very comfy. The location is conveniently located just a stones throw from the beach with amazing views at sunrise. Penny was very friendly and responsive and was kind enough to offer us a late check out which really did help with our travel plans. I would stay again and recommend this place. 10/10

A beautiful house with plenty of space! It was just what we wanted, a short break in a peaceful & private location, with a swimming pool for the kids during half term. Very responsive to questions & Karen also very helpful with some last minute questions too! A bit more expensive than I was initially looking to spend, but was well worth it & the kids absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay and it had everything we needed as a family of 3 and a dog! Nicola had thought of everything and we were very surprised by the lovely basket of goods which included all of the extra things you need when staying away from home.

Alan and Sue were perfect hosts. Place was easy to find, has everything you could possibly need and in a beautiful park.

A beautiful location in gorgeous surroundings. Polly sent plenty of information regarding the accommodation and local area which was extremely helpful. The property was perfect for us as I can't think of anything better than waking up to the sound of birds singing rather than the sound of traffic! The house was very warm and cosy and it was lovely to be able to walk around the grounds and lake. I definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to visit this area!

We had a great, last minute stay at Abbie's, the place was really nicely decorated and had a very homely feeling. We felt lucky to find something like this available on the day! coffee, tea and sugar provided just needed a few basics. The area was really nice, just off the marina, there was also a nice pub/restaurant a 2 min walk to the right that serves food till 8. Now that we've found this place we'll be looking forward to staying when we're next up, thanks Abbie.

Wonderful weekend base for sons couple of football games that happened to be in the same area. Incredibly responsive host, and probably the most immaculately clean airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Board games and card games were played and the dvds in the kids bedroom were watched. A wonderful couple of family nights spent away. Highly, highly recommended.

A beautiful place to stay in with everything you could need for a long or short break. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped ( we never ran out of glasses or mugs) and the garden was very secure. There was a great village shop next door and the access ( steep steps) to the beach were only a couple of minutes away and you could get on to a massive and very quiet beach. I would love to stay here again!

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

Such a comfortable, clean and well equipped cottage. Great location in Reydon, easily walkable to Southwold. Secure back garden which is such a bonus when you have a dog! Lots to do in the local area, great walks, cafes and pubs (many of which are dog friendly). Corin is a great host and responds quickly to queries. This is our second time in this cottage and we will certainly be back.

Lovely clean, cosy and private accommodation. Perfect for our needs on our night away and perfect for our two dogs as within walking distance of the beach. Nice touch to leave a bottle of Prosecco and milk in the fridge plus doggie treats. The only minor downside was that we couldn’t use Netflix.

The Hideaway really lived up to it’s name! Hidden away behind the boatyard in a very quiet private area. Very bijou but just what we needed for a few dates relaxing. A two minute walk to the centre of Pin Mill and the great photo opportunities I was hoping for. Also some lovely walks right on our doorstep. It has it’s own lovely wooded garden.

I had a remarkable stay in the Sheppard's Hut Lupin. I looked amazing from the outside and then I opened the door and it was spectacular. Diane had stocked it out so well and I was immediately made to feel at home. It was so comfortable and warm and I had a good nights sleep opening the window to hear the early morning birds. I had a great shower in the morning. I ate at the Queen's Head in the evening 5 mins away in a car which was very acceptable. I made a great way to end a incredibly successful weekend. I would go back tomorrow.

We recently stayed here and it was a great spot for a peaceful getaway with friends. The house was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed, tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The outdoor space has potential if you are lucky to have good weather as you can spend evenings chatting or just lounging around on Jacuzzi and BBQ.

Drift Lodge was exactly as described. Really peaceful location with lots to do and see nearby. We were given clear instructions of directions and entry to the property. Suzanne came to check in with us on day 2 to make sure we were happy with everything and had everything we needed and she was really friendly. The property itself was spotless, and really clean which made us feel comfortable from the get go. Suzanne left us a welcome booklet which included local recommendations, which was a nice touch and proved really helpful when deciding on walking trails The hot tub under the stars was the icing on the cake. Brilliant experience all round and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside break.

We had a wonderful new years stay in this property . Herve’s place was extremely clean, cosy and very well stocked with everything you might need. The location was perfect for walks, pubs and restaurants and in a lovey quiet cul de sac. Herve was easy to contact and very responsive and pro active. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place.

Andy and Emily were very helpful and always very responsive to our questions/messages. (One example of their helpfulness was that the screen on the TV stopped working and when we contacted Andy he replaced the TV the very next morning!) The cottage was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and about 15 mins from Beccles and Bungay (both lovely towns). We had an enjoyable stay and would highly recommend their cottage. P.S. Have dinner at the Olive Tree restaurant in Bungay - great food and lovely people!
