Heaven is here! This adorable gem was just what I was looking for. Amanda was excellent at communicating things about the home and any concerns I had. We couldn’t have chosen a better location viewing the lake and having this beautiful scenery! I will definitely be back just for a weekend getaway!

This place was just what we needed. We rented this place following a death in the family locally and we needed somewhere for family to gather and be together. This house and the property was everything we could ask for. Quiet. Peaceful. Spacious enough to allow for individual space when needed. The property is beautiful. The house has character and comfort. The hosts have stocked EVERYTHING a person could need. And it has an amazing vibe and history. It felt to all of us that there has been much love and laughter in this historic home which is just what we needed. Thank you for hosting us.

Loved everything about this place and will definitely return. My only recommendation is more than 1 key or a keypad to get in, as we had different groups who wanted to return before the others.

Chirpy Chalet was a wonderful home away from home. My friends and I really appreciated the space and how much there was to do within the home itself. (Board games, streaming TV with good internet, Propane Grill, etc.) Each and every room were so uniquely decorated with so much love and care. (was especially fond of how the shower looked) Overall this was such a fantastic getaway and i'd recommend it to anyone visiting Ashland, The host was very kind, and even greeted us with cookies !

This place was absolutely phenomenal. The house itself was very clean. It had tons of space for everyone that came down for the weekend. The game room is such a huge bonus to this stay, we ended up spending most of our time in here. The hot tub is also great and works perfect. I would highly recommend this place and plan to come back in the future!

Great place for a little getaway! Not too far from Mohican St Park for our day activities and plenty of fun stuff at the house to do in the evenings—they even had fire starters and smore sticks! I would definitely stay here again, the outdoor space was especially lovely and the hosts were very responsive.

Beth’s home was everything we needed for a long relaxing weekend. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the sweetest dog which was a nice treat. The house is a short drive to the towns of Berlin and Sugarcreek for shopping & dining. The views were stunning from just about everywhere in the home. The house is so unique, charming, beautifully decorated and so comfortable for our group of 9. All the beds were super comfortable and having four full bathrooms was a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to stay in and cook. We were fortunate to have snow during our stay which only made the views from the house even more impressive. Fortunately Beth notified us about the driveway conditions with snow so we were prepared with all wheel drive vehicles. If you aren’t familiar with the area, drive carefully as there are a lot of horse and buggies, electric bikes and walkers on the winding country roads. We absolutely loved Beth’s home and can’t wait to return.

This was the perfect place to stay for three friends attending an agriculture conference. The house was tidy and comfortable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My wife and I had a fantastic getaway in Berlin, and this place was absolutely perfect! The location is right in the heart of town, close to amazing restaurants, and the coffee shop downstairs was a great touch. The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub—enjoying the morning views over the hills was unforgettable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought out. This spot is a must-stay when visiting the area! Highly recommend!

Sam was very helpful and place was meticulously clean. Beds very comfortable, theme was consistent throughout (Well put together). Kitchen was well stocked with cookware for in-house cooking. Recommend a visit to the local classic theater (a quick walk around the corner) that plays new release movies among other arts.

The location was in a good neighborhood with easy access to the places we needed to be during our stay 🙂

Our stay was perfect. Very comfortable. We were in a pinch to find a place due to issues with a different Airbnb. Duane was quick with his response time. I was so thankful. I did need a baking sheet and that wasn't available. No biggie but if you want to take advantage of that beautiful gourmet kitchen you need to bring your own stuff probably . It is directly above two restaurants however :) Would book again.

Very spacious, clean, and comfortable! We felt at home. Decorated very well. Comfortable beds, great blankets. Great communication with friendly host.

This charming little place is just as described. Quiet and peaceful, a great place to kick back and relax. Christine is a thoughtful host. She had the place warm and cozy up on arrival. From the toasty fireplace, to the loaf of homemade bread. We definitely recommend the stay.

Kelly’s apartment is gorgeous! The living room furniture and the beds were very comfortable and I highly recommend taking a bubble bath. It is also conveniently located. We would stay again.

Hillside Villa was an amazing stay! Was very conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Berlin but also very quiet and peaceful. Was also very easy to find. We had the Hillside View Suite and it was an amazing view. Everything was very clean and above expectations. The owners are very responsive with communication. We will definitely be returning for future trips!

Hillside was a unique staying experience. It was very much a hostel style environment where there were a lot of shared common spaces and a good chance you will run into other guests. Which could make for a pretty unique experience if the other guests are sociable or friendly. It can also create an awkward experience if the others guests are loud or prefer privacy. The place was listed with washer dryer but we had to call to get access when the host said none was available upon arrival. The house is very large and up on a hill over looking the countryside. There was a faint musty smell in the home and some areas with water damage signs. The basement was a little worse with the smell. The pool table had seen better days and someone left it standing with a partially broken/unscrewed leg. We wanted to enjoy the downstairs tv area but the smell was a bit overwhelming. The place had a lot of potential. The room we stayed in itself was nice with it's own whirlpool tub. Kitchen access a plus!

Absolutely beautiful. We were provided everything we needed which was helpful since most stores were operating on Christmas hours. Our host Leon was prompt in response. The entire place was cleaned and the Bibles in every room made it seem so much like home. My family and I appreciate the hospitality and enjoyed our stay very much. I would definitely recommend for large groups and we will more than likely book again being as tho we always travel for Christmas

Jonna's place was perfect! The kitchen had everything I needed to make food for our party of 16! She accommodated beds for everyone and was extremely polite and gracious!

Absolutely beautiful home. Perfectly located to explore Amish country. Beyond clean, super easy check in/out. Jeremy was so kind and communicative! We will certainly return!!

We had a lovely stay! The wrap around covered porch with views of the rolling Amish farmlands was gorgeous. The double access to the room made it easy to bring in our belongings from our car without tromping through the shared space. The bed was very comfortable. The bath was huge and the jet tub was a nice surprise. We built a fire in the outdoor firepit and four other guests joined in for conversation. We really enjoyed having our own rocking chairs just outside our door to drink our wine in the evening and coffee in the morning while taking in that beautiful view! Late at night we enjoyed a few rounds of pool in the lower Game Room. If you are bird watchers, I highly recommend a visit here. From the Mockingbird that sits on the fencepost just under our room, to the numerous songbirds darting about and the rare Kestrel hiding in the Walnut trees. My Merlin App was lighting up with more birds than we could imagine! I highly recommend this Airbnb that is just a minute from town.

Our families loved the Castle on the Hill! We were greeted with a generous snack basket that we all enjoyed. The kids had a great time exploring all the special nooks and crannies to spend time together in— especially the tree house! The kitchen exceeded our expectations and provided a gathering space for all of us. The sleeping options were numerous and gave the cousins options to explore together. We cooked delicious meals with the well-stocked kitchen, played the games that were provided and enjoyed March Madness on any and all of the tvs in the home. This home is perfect for a larger group looking to spend time together with quiet surroundings and beautiful sunset views. Hosts were super helpful and thoughtful. We hope to return again!
