Key Colony Beach is truly the gem of the Florida Keys. Staying at Cindy's apartment in the Continental was the perfect fit for my husband and I. The private beach was clean, easy to access, and just steps from the accommodation. The overall vibe here was quiet and peaceful, and the apartment had all the amenities we needed for a 5-day stay. Cindy's space is very clean and well-appointed. This location is perfect for morning walks around the immaculate and safe neighborhood, or short jaunts to Key Colony Inn or Havana Jack's for dinner/drinks. Honestly now, you're already here! What's your hurry? :)

Viel zu schnell sind die Tage bei Norma vergangen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Norma ist eine tolle, liebe Gastgeberin, die viele Tips hat. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage. Und alles ist so wie beschrieben. Wir sind in der Lagune geschwommen und haben Sonnenuntergänge bewundert. Es waren rundherum perfekte vier Tage, vielen Dank Norma!

The location, condo, grounds, access to restaurants and proximity to our fishing destination made this stay enjoyable. At the top of our list for our next trip.

Easy to find location along Overseas Highway, right above their restaurant. Pictures were deceiving as the space are actually bigger. Clean although place. Quiet after 8-9ish then busy during mornings when Highway once gets busy again. You'll be heading out by then. Recommended to stay between Key Largo and Islamoranda for those adventures in between.

We enjoyed our stay at Keith's place. The kitchen was well stocked except for having only one hand towel which we had to wash a few times. We loved being able to make coffee every morning and sip it on the patio, there is a drip coffee maker and plenty of filters. We purchased coffee and other food at Winn Dixie which is a very short drive, less than 5 minutes. The view from the balcony is even nicer than the photos. Traffic was congested at times because of road construction so we had to leave ourselves extra time to get to places. There were a lot of activities we did like scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, shopping, etc and Keith's place was in a great location to do everything we wanted and a short drive to many restaurants. Keith gave good recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The Roku TV was nice, easy to watch anything we wanted and also to stream Netflix, etc. If in the keys, we would definitely book Keith's place again.

Our stay at Fernando's place was great. The listing accurately described the unit, its location, and the amenities. The space was very clean, except for the toilet in the master bedroom being slightly dirty in some places. Overall, we were very satisfied with the place and Fernando was an exceptional host.

Sharon was an excellent host that answered any of our questions promptly. The place was even better than what the photos showed. Comfortable enough for 7 people to stay for a long weekend. We didn't use the pool, but it was nice to have the option. Easy to get into the gated community, and we didn't struggle to find parking with our rental car. Easy to get to many different popular spots around Key West with rideshare. Convenient to have some convenience stores like CVS within walking distance, and a Publix not too far via car. Only thing I would improve is having more toilet paper and hand soap refills in each bathroom, especially with 7 people staying over a long weekend.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was an out a 20-25 minute drive to Duval so did have to take an Uber everywhere we went since we hadn’t rented a car. Overall it was a very nice place-we just weren’t crazy about the location.

House was nice and clean. Great location perfect for getting to open water. Frank was very helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

We loved the privacy and beautiful surroundings of this property. The house was exactly as described and met all of our needs. We were impressed with the amenities and the overall space that the property offered. It was our own little oasis in Islamorada. Would definitely stay here again!

wonderful stay in key west. location was perfect for getting to all the places we wanted to see or adventures we wanted to experience. the home was clean, had all amenities we needed and exactly as pictured. the local AvantStay team was super responsive with any questions or needs we had including local recos. would highly reco this location to anyone traveling with friends and family.

We didn't know anything about Key Colony so based our reservation strictly on reviews and price. Well worth every penny that was spent. What a wonderful tropical getaway! Can't wait to visit the Keys again with my 4 children and husband. If you're looking for a great place to spread out and enjoy family this should be your rental.

We loved our stay in Key West! It’s on the southern end of Duvall Street, but we never had an issue walking to shops or restaurants. The stay was within a resort that is very well kept and quiet. We felt like the inside of the townhome was nicer than the pictures showed. Harry was an excellent communicator and quick to respond to all of our questions. We had a blast!

Great space with everything you need. Patio is a perfect place to relax. The house is well stocked. Plenty of room for a group. Access to hotel pools/restaurant with transportation into town if you need it. Great host communication. All you could want!

Sandra’s place was beautiful and she was a wonderful host. She was proactive in giving us all the information we needed to settle in AND also providing wonderful recommendations to restaurants around the area (three of which we tried and thoroughly enjoyed). Very responsive to any questions we had regarding locations of certain items or locations. The place itself was very cozy and homey. Felt very comfortable relaxing there in such a serene environment. Will gladly take an opportunity to stay here again.

Eric’s place was lovely, well maintained, nicely appointed, and immaculate. The 3 of us enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool. Even though the apartment is near the airport we only heard planes twice in the 4 days we were there. There is a convenient little grocery store on the site and excellent BBQ from a food truck near the pool. Eric responded to our questions promptly. Comfy beds, everything worked and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Diane’s. The space was even better than the pictures. We enjoyed the activities at the yacht club, including fishing, kayaking and hanging out at the pool - but it was also a perfect spot for us to go out and explore other parts of Key Largo. The house itself was very comfortable for us - great beds, a well-stocked kitchen and appreciated all the extras like plenty of beach towels to use. Would love to return!

Michelle was great! Very responsive and understanding when we had to make a last minute trip change. Unit was clean, bright and had a nice view. It’s a nice location between Key Largo and Islamorada making it convenient to explore both. We didn’t use any of the resort’s amenities, but there was an influx of seaweed at the small beach. Just one downside of this time of years in the Keys. But the pool looked great!

Die Lage war unschlagbar! In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Duval Street! Der kleine Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Für uns als 6-köpfige Familie war es eine sehr tolle Unterkunft auf unserem Roadtrip!

Sean and Denise were amazing hosts. They were extremely responsive and very flexible with check-in and check-out. Their place was perfect and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable as well. The grounds are great with access to both a private beach and pool. There are so many things to do in the area and the restaurants are fabulous. My family will definitely be back.

Very nice place to stay without breaking the bank. Lyft and Uber are always available to get you to where you want to go or rent a golf cart. Very responsive host, we will definitely be back.
