From the moment we booked, our host, Sushmita, was incredibly responsive, answering all our queries promptly and providing clear instructions that made locating the homestay effortless. The house itself is a gem—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The balconies and master bedroom offer breathtaking views of the mountains, making every morning and evening a delight. The peaceful surroundings and serene locality add to the charm, making it a perfect escape from the city hustle. One of the highlights of our stay was the food! Munish’s place made me feel at home instantly. He’s the sweetest, always up for conversation and helpful beyond words! I went alone, I didn’t know anything about the locality, he’s been mighty kind in telling me about things to do nearby. He’s helped my long distance friends plan my birthday. He’s super respectful about your privacy as well. He arranged for my airport pickup and drop.. All in all, I had a perfect trip, without any hiccups, thanks to Munish. Definitely going back.

Staying at Karan's place was one of the best decision we took during our Dharamshala visit. We were a large group. Spacious and clean rooms, lots of open space, responsive staff everything was just perfect. The care taker Mr Chunnilal ji is a gem. He patiently served our never ending demands with a smile. Similarly the kitchen and cleaning crew did an excellent job.We enjoyed every bit of our stay there and will definitely look forward to visit again. Karan is a super host and was very prompt to respond to our queries. We thank and wish Karan and team all the best.

The stay was excellent and the food they shared with us was wonderful and homely. Immaculately kept house. The only thing to note would be that the path to reach the gate is steep and narrow, almost too small for our SUV. Do keep that in mind.

It was definitely an amazing stay during the new year period. This was my first time in a farmhouse and it was definitely amazing. Kudos to Jeewika for serving great food to us and providing enough firewood for a long lasting bonfire

If peace, nature, and chilling sounds like your vibe - then this is the best place to be. The villa is quite pretty, spacious, and very home-like. The staff and the owner were really gracious and welcoming and worked their hardest to give us a stay that was happy, content and beyond comfortable. The best thing here (besides the mind-blowing beauty and hills) was the moon room at the top floor of the villa. It had a transparent roof and windows all around which was enjoyed thoroughly by my kids who love astronomy. There was a study room, spacious balconies, a barbeque setup and a river view point on the location. An experience we loved was sitting near the bonfire and listening to the sounds of the nearby river flowing by. It was a lovely experience and I highly recommend this place to anyone considering.

The property is beautiful. The breathtaking view of paragliders, mountains and lots of cats makes it even more appealing. Tekchand bhaiyya is very helpful and guides you well for every possible thing.
