My stay at Aditi's Airbnb in Bir Himachal Pradesh was an absolute dream. The picturesque beauty of Bir served as the perfect backdrop for a truly rejuvenating getaway. The accommodation was cozy, beautifully designed, and provided a serene sanctuary amidst nature's embrace. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Aditi's personalized recommendations allowed me to explore the enchanting monasteries, embark on scenic hikes, and immerse myself in the local culture. Aditi's warm hospitality added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. I am grateful for the unforgettable memories and can't wait to return to this idyllic retreat!

The place was stunning, it had everything as described. Sonam was helpful during the stay. Place was clean and well maintained. it even had slippers which many of Airbnbs don't provide. the place was absolutely right on the money. if you find it available on your dates, Book without thinking, you won't regret. I was visiting Bir, in December 2022 to start my paragliding course. I must say that I made a really good choice to stay at Amrita's place. After a long day of paragliding training, this place absolutely felt like home for me and my friends. Peaceful, right weather, privacy, amenities, all my requirements were fulfilled personally. Has a vintage vibe to the house as our host told us that the place is about 103 years, very well-kept, and maintained. The kitchen and the rest of the place were very clean as well. I have already started recommending it to my friends. Also, not to forget about mentioning the top floor bathroom which is Huge and gives a view of the Billing Valley. 3-5 minutes away from the market to get all the necessary groceries and vegetables. Huge and well-functional kitchen to cook in as well. Plus Jimmy the dog made our experience playful. Thank you, Amrita for such an amazing stay and experience.

It has been one of the best stays in which we stayed. Every is so so amazing. It is closed to the landing site. All the cafes and restaurants are nearby. The host is very responsive and communicates well. The house is so beautifully built. The interiors are unique and very chic. They have a beautiful common area which is the best hangout place in the entire home to chill out with your group. Me and family had great fun playing ludo which was available at the house. They also have a good collection of book which you can enjoy reading. I clicked beautiful pictures in different corners of the house. The vibe of the house is great. Beautiful energy.

We had awesome 2 night's stay at Sonali's place - Studio Indique. It's a very spacious studio apartment for 3 people and a huge bathroom. Nice little kitchen in the corner of the apartment to cook or heat. Spacious dining and living space, albeit it's studio apartment. It also has high-speed Internet and nice garden outside to chill out. No TV in the apartment to spend good family time, and we were very happy about it. There are grocery stores and cafes just outside the home stay. So, you can cook your essentials or try culinary skills. Sonali also suggested us few good restaurants around Dharamshala - Sakura (Japanese) and Mcloed Ganj - Hot Yak (Chinese and Tibetan), where we had lip smacking foods. I also celebrated my Wife's birthday at Sonali's place with a delicious cake from nearby cake shop and red wine to make it special. Also, my daughter had medical emergency at the midnight, and Sonali helped us with the hospital details and guided us until she recovered. Thaks Sonali :-)

We loved our stay in Karuna retreat for 5 days. The place has warm and cozy vibes. The kids loved the media room in the attic. It was a different experience for them. Since we were traveling by our own vehicle, we enjoyed the best of both worlds, the calm and peaceful neighbourhood of Rakkad and the hustle and bustle of Mcleod ganj. Traveling to the Main Square of Mcleodganj took 30 mins. Karuna Retreat is very close to Norbulingka Institute which was a great place to sit and just enjoy some peaceful moments. Star and constellations gazing was our favourite thing to do on the terrace of our beautiful homestay. There were nice home run cafes nearby. A grocery shop was just round the corner. We loved the location. Our host Tenzin was an easy and proactive person to talk to, though we never needed anything as everything was just fine. We loved the collection of books there too. We really hope to come back soon and stay for a longer period of time.

Sian’s place is what you always hope an Airbnb will be like, but rarely ever is. Her and Boby were so engaged and helpful, always just a text away and provided the perfect mix of helpfulness and leaving us to our own devices. The homemade bread and jam they made for us when we arrived was such a sweet touch also. The place itself is absolutely beautiful and calm, we spent the short amount of time we had there just looking out at the beautiful fields of grain and the sunset right from the bedroom window. The hut is so beautifully refurbished, it felt so cosy waking up each morning and putting on the Tibetan slippers, making tea and going for walks around the forest and cafe above. Boby organised for us to go to the hot springs, where we bathed in the hot water under the pine trees after the long hike which was absolutely incredible also. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to escape off the beaten track and connect with yourself and nature for a few days (or weeks!!)
