Needed a place to stay while in town for work and this place was perfect. The home ticked all the boxes. It was spacious, conveniently located to job site/ dining establishments and above all clean and organized. Orlando was friendly and very quick to respond to my questions. I would stay again. Jeff was a great host and this apartment is within easy walking distance of downtown Washington, IN. There was ample on-street parking, even with a festival going on. We received several messages from Jeff and met him during our stay as he lives in the other part of the house (separate entrances, facilities, etc. though). The only drawbacks are that the bedroom and bathroom are up a set of steep stairs. It wasn't a problem for us, but if you have any mobility issues, I don't think this would work. The other drawback was that the light switches were difficult to find (in fact, I never found the one for the living room). This is quite minor, but if you are arriving after dark, be sure to have a flashlight/flashlight app to locate them.

Erlita has a beautiful home. I recommend to anyone looking for affordable and a comfortable space to work in private. All modern appliances with a clean kitchen and bathroom. The color design is beautiful the black with white gives off a modern design and makes the room look so big. The tv is big and the couch is super comfortable. She left me with snacks and drinks also the WiFi is fast. Thank you for hosting your beautiful home. This was a great experience for stopping by in Terre haute.😁

Wonderful location outside of Terre Haute. Roomy place for 5 people. We all enjoyed fishing in the lovely pond and playing pool in the large living area. The deck was enjoyable with the fire pit and a grill. We will definitely try to return next year.

I stayed here for 3 months as a travel nurse. Rebecca was always responsive and reached out to me occasionally via text to check on me as she knew I was alone for most of the time. This place was very close to the hospital I worked at. Vincennes has many trains pass through daily. I eventually got used to it, but just something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, everything was good!

Great little gem in a quiet neighborhood. Nice, peaceful decor, well stocked kitchen, and very clean. Easy parking once we found the alley with the driveway. Just a really nice place at a reasonable price - thanks so much for a great stay!

Terra was an outstanding host. The house was exactly as it was advertised. She is and was incredibly responsive! I don't think the phone finished the first ring before she answered. She checked in on us during our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed, and openly asked for feedback on what she could do better as a host. I will ONLY stay at her place when we are in the area. Great job, and thank you for making us feel at home.

This house was perfect for our girls’ weekend. Plenty of comfortable spaces to hang out both inside and outside. Comfy beds. Overall very peaceful, which is exactly what we needed!

We had a great time! It was so easy to check in and the Memorial across the street was beautiful at night. Very peaceful. I gave my Kids a tour of Vincennes history, they really enjoyed their stay.

The place was exactly how it was listed and was perfect for what we were looking for. Super clean and organized and check out instructions were very simple. I had messaged about the washing machine and Dj responded quick and was at the house within 10 mins and got us taken care of. The house was exactly what we needed for a short weekend stay. Nothing over the top but it was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Matt responded to all of our questions quickly and was flexible with our late arrival.
