My friends and I booked a last-minute stay in Ellenvill for the Borscht Belt Festival this past weekend. The location was great! It was an easy walk to all the restaurants and events. The space was perfect for us, and Morris was a super friendly and responsive host. I would definitely stay there again!

Tee was a great host, was very helpful and recommended restaurants nearby. Very responsive to my requests. Would book again.

We stayed here for a weekend to celebrate my kid’s 8th bday. Place was just as described. Very clean and spacious. Loved the fireplace and games. We went snow tubing at Holiday Mountain which was about 40 mins away and had a great time. If you forget to bring any groceries you’ll be able to pick up some stuff at Pete’s supermarket which was like 6 mins away. Would stay here again!

We had a phenomenal stay on Lake Muskaday for Presidents Day Weekend. The home was beautiful, homey & perfect for our family of 4. It was a great place to get snowed in for a few days. Only a short drive away from some cute towns such as Callicoon, Roscoe & Livingston Manor. We loved the big kitchen, the cozy living room and the fun-filled basement with many toys and games for the little ones. thanks for sharing your home with us !

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay for our Ski Big Bear vacation. Walking in, we felt right at home. We enjoyed playing games, watching TV and relaxing by the fire. The house was nicely decorated, clean and had plenty of towels for a family of 4. We highly recommend!

This is a wonderful stay if you are traveling with kids and pets. So much to do in the amazing basement. The property is fully fenced, allowing your doggo the freedom to roam! Great location. Plenty to do around town.

This house is a must stay if you are coming to the area, especially for Ski- Big Bear. The house is warm, cozy, clean, and very comfortable. We loved this house and all of the wonderful recommendations provided in Erin’s guidebook. Looking forward to our next trip back!

What a gorgeous, gorgeous home! My partner and I had a lovely time during our stay and were constantly impressed by how well organized and intuitive everything in the house was. The guidebook was also extremely helpful and gave great tips on local businesses. Amenities were exactly as described if not better. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hovarth Farms! The property exceeded all expectations. The home was incredibly comfortable and welcoming, fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed our time there and would love to return soon!

I took a few of my employees to Brad & Nadine's for a weekend getaway and it could not have been more perfect ! The place was spacious and clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen had all the basic necessities for cooking and all appliances were in working condition and well maintained. The hot tub was fabulous and clean as well and is located on top of the deck vs under which I really prefer so that the sky is visible while sitting in it. The fireplace and large windows are a big plus too. ! All instructions were clear and the hosts communicated promptly. It was the perfect weekend getaway and a great alternative for a larger group to stay at after a day at beautiful Lodge at Woodloch spa which was only a few miles away. I highly recommend Brad & Nadine's place. We'll be back for sure!
