We had a wonderful time at Alicia and Jamie’s home in Livingston Manor. The home itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. And the property was fantastic- beautiful and very private yet close to town. Speaking of the town, Livingston Manor is charming and definitely worth exploring, as is nearby Roscoe. Overall a great time. We look forward to returning.

What a great stay! We went with close friends and were a total of 4 adults, 4 kids (3-7 years old) and two dogs (one big, one small). Matthew’s place was picturesque and exactly as described. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out and the kids (and dogs) to play. Unfortunately it was FREEZING the week we went - teens and below - so our plans changed from outdoor activities to mainly hanging at the house, which had enough space and games that it wasn’t even a big deal. Matthew was very quick to respond any time we had a question. Just a tip, the doors lock by a button on the handle, so just double check it’s not pushed in if you close the door from the outside - the kids definitely locked us out by accident! There are keys, but just an fyi. Would love to stay again when it’s warm and take advantage of the lake and beautiful surroundings. Overall a great place!

Amazing Stay – Perfect for Family & Friends! Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The place was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and considerate, making sure all our requests were accommodated with ease. Communication was effortless, which made the entire stay even smoother. The house had everything we needed, from extra towels, blankets, and pillows to a fully stocked laundry area. The grill worked perfectly and even came with propane, making outdoor cooking a breeze. The space itself was huge, making it ideal for family gatherings or trips with friends. One of the highlights was the multiple bathrooms, which made it super convenient for a larger group. And the hot tub was absolutely perfect, especially in the winter! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and spacious Airbnb. Would definitely book again! Let me know if you want any tweaks!

Chris’s home was a great place for a group of friends to ring in the new year. Plenty of space for us all to relax, comfortable bedrooms, and the kids in our group really loved the game room.

Heather was extremely quick & responsive to any of my concerns and questions. Super personable, understanding and very kind! This house is amazing! Everything was extremely tidy and clean. Also the place is decorated beautifully! If you don’t want to leave the house there so much to do with the arcade and movie room, hot tub, and fireplace, including so much ample space ! With the ski bear lodge being 10min drive it made super easy to do snow-tubing with my friends! With having a pretty big party everything went so smoothly, even my guests absolutely loved it! Even the people in the community were very nice and personable! This had to be my best birthday ever and I’m so happy I chose this place ! I would definitely recommend to everyone who wants to be in the Poconos area ! Such a great experience I am definitely doing this again !

10/10 would recommend and visit again! The place is beautiful and full of thoughtful details. We adored the large windows that let in tons of light and wood burning fireplace. It was both light and airy, yet warm and cozy. The bathtub was a hit! The property has direct access to the lake which was LOVELY. We visited in winter and the frozen lake was stunning, we could only imagine the joy of splashing around in the summer. This house has all the supplies you need for a groovy time!

Anais was so helpful during our entire stay. She was responsive and offered fantastic local recommendations. The snow was gorgeous and our kids loved playing in it. The fenced yard with a play set was safe and inviting. The home itself is gorgeous—so open and clean. We highly recommend Bridge and Tunnel Brewery just right up the road. It was extremely dog and kid friendly.

We had a perfect long weekend at Steven's cottage. It is bigger than it looks in the photos and was immaculately clean when we arrived. Steven was extremely responsive to all our questions and needs. The place is incredibly peaceful, a 2 min walk from the lake, on a private road where Steven owns all three houses. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating to spend time at this oasis with my partner and our best friends. There's a lot to love, but the best part is that the house comes with a private deck and dock, and unlimited access to various boats, to make your lake weekend whatever you want it to be. We loved that we could take our dogs to play fetch off the dock and not worry about getting in anyone's way or having to share any space. It was a great stay and we hope to go back!

We had a great time at the cabin on the lovely, private lake. It was older and more rustic inside than I expected but overall cozy and very quiet, which is what we were going for. The long, dirt-ish driveway was very bumpy, true to the description. We have a Subaro Outback so it was no problem. I was able to kayak and swim in the lake. We did a hike not far - in Hancock, NY (if anyone does the Boucheux trail be aware that it's on a 2.8 mile dead end road (tripped us up and ended up driving a half hour into PA :)), relaxed on the deck, and on the way home we stopped at the Callicoon farmer's market, which was amazing. It had the most interesting and freshest produce I've ever seen. Overall we had a wonderful weekend; exactly as we wanted.

Beautiful cabin equipped with everything one could need. We had a birthday celebration and everyone had a wonderful time. The snow just made the scenery even more spectacular. Thank you Jason for being a perfect host!

This was the perfect cozy retreat. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Debra’s Airbnb, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a beautifully decorated space that felt like a home away from home. The cozy atmosphere was immediately inviting. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the dining area provided a lovely spot to enjoy them. Debbie and Mike were absolutely fabulous host! I can’t wait to go back again. This will be a frequent trip we take!

The place was awesome and just what we were looking for our weekend getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked as we made many meals during our stay and the house had everything you need! We would 100% stay here again!

Heron’s hideaway was beautiful and we were even treated to a daytime snowstorm over the lake which was lovely to watch while inside and cozy. The home is great for a group of friends like us with lots of space for everyone to have a good mix of together and alone time. Would love to go back in the summer when we can swim!

Great place and great host! Our host Jason was very responsive and helpful with all questions and made sure to address all of our concerns. The place was clean and me and my friends really enjoyed the house, would definitely recommend a stay here as its very peaceful and private.

Had such a wonderful weekend at Priscilla’s. Super cozy and comfortable for a large group of people with baby and dogs in tow. So many games to keep you entertained, screened in porch that was delightful to sit and have morning coffee with a blanket and well stocked kitchen. Everything was as pictured and described. The pond was frozen over during our stay but it was still so beautiful to look at and walk a couple of laps around, looking at all the animal tracks that would appear over night. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway. Already thinking about when we can stay again.

It was a fantastic stay and a beautiful spot. Cozy cabin and everything I expected.

This cabin was so peaceful and quiet and only 1.5 hours from our place in the city. We really needed a few days of quiet to reset and this place really delivered. It snowed while we were there which added to the serenity and cozy vibes. They were also very accommodating to our sweet pooch and left a dog bed and bowls out for her which was a cherry on top. We hope to come back in the spring or summer so we can enjoy more outdoor activities!

My husband and I spent Thanksgiving at the cabin and it was perfect . We unexpectedly got snowed in with 8+ inches and it was magical. I highly recommend a winter visit. We managed ok on the road without at AWD vehicle, but if I'd known we'd have winter conditions I would have rented one. The cabin has a well-appointed kitchen and the pellet stove keeps everything very cozy. We spent our days walking nearby trails and evenings streaming old movies on the the projector. My dog was over the moon. Heather is so kind and very responsive to any questions throughout the visit. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Julie's place was the perfect winter getaway. The fireplace, hot tub and sauna warmed us and the very well-equipped kitchen enabled us to prepare great meals. The house was beautiful, with two living rooms for different activities and energy levels, a game room downstairs, a dining room with a large table and chairs, and comfortable furniture and beds throughout. Julie texted me to make sure that our every need was met. We had a snow and ice storm, and she had the driveway and walkways plowed, shoveled and sanded twice, and kept plenty of salt on-hand. We hope to return sometime in warmer weather so we can enjoy the pond, too.

Leo was a very considerate host. The home was immaculately clean and cozy. Our party of four adults, two kids, and two dogs had a wonderful time cooking meals, enjoying the fire, and frolicking in the snow. It’s a very comfortable and stylish home. Thank you for having us Leo and Jose!
