I believe this is my 3rd stay here. It is very comfortable, clean and the location is great for my needs. You cant go wrong staying here.

The house was so clean and charming, there is a little stream out back that was so peaceful to listen to. Jackie was very kind and accommodating when I had to adjust my trip slightly. This house was the perfect place to stay at for my trip, it felt so homey and made the whole trip feel so special.

Jeff was a wonderful host, and the house was beautiful! It was listed as accessible and it was truly an accessible house...there was a ramp and even a shower chair! We felt very comfortable there and will definitely return!

Beth was a wonderful host. We enjoyed visiting with her on her front porch. Beth provided many recommendations of local places to visit and was very responsive to messages throughout our stay. Her cottage is beautiful and is stocked with amenities (even extra toothbrushes!). You could spend a week here on the back deck reading one of the many books from the cottage with a friendly neighborhood cat on your lap. I will definitely stay here again!

Jennifer’s place was wonderful. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs. Her pace was exactly as described and dog friendly. The back yard was privacy fenced and the perfect size for our pups. Jennifer was very responsive and very personable. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Great place to stay in Bristol. Very clean and had everything needed to cook. The back deck is a comfortable and private place to relax.

Although our stay was just a quick overnight visit on our way back north, it felt like we had all the comforts of home during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Great hosts who are very detail oriented and clearly anticipate anything guests may need. Highly recommend!!

Great location. Calmer than being right in Bristol, but close enough that it was not a daunting drive. Johnson City is a hidden gem also. We have not been to that area of TN. Has a chance to spend time at Bristol Caverns too. House was as listed. House was cozy. Loved the wood floors. Shame it was raining a bit, otherwise it would have been nice to hang out on the deck. We really appreciated the breakfast supplies. All around good house, good bones and worth spending the three nights there.

I booked a stay at Carrol's place while I was in TN looking for a place to live, and it was hands down the best rental experience I've ever had. She is so kind and hospitable, and it was wonderful getting to know her and her furry friends! The apartment is very cozy, was super clean, and has everything you need including a full kitchen. Very peaceful surroundings and you can see the mountains from the driveway! I sadly had to cut my trip short, but would 1100% stay again if I'm back in the area. Thank you Carrol!

This was a fantastic place to stay while visiting my mother and sister. Clean, comfortable, and the location was great for us. The beds were so very comfortable! We will definitely be back :-)

This place is beautiful!! We were greeted at check in (which we made last minutes plans) they were super nice. There was no detail left unthought of! The decor was perfect. They had everything we didn’t even think of makeup wipes, q tips, bottled water and popcorn for us! It was a very quiet neighborhood and the view of the lake was beautiful. I would highly recommend staying there and we hope to again one day!

Me and my husband and another couple attended the 2023 Hot Rod Power Tour directly across from Sherri's. We were able to watch from the balcony and walk across to the event. Her place had everything anyone could ask for. It was spotless, comfortable, and the location was excellent. Sherri was a text away if needed. We will definitely be returning if it is available.

Awesome place, right across the road from Bristol Motor Speedway. Awesome Host. Would definitely Love to stay here again for future trips.

It's a great place to stay for my work needs. Seth's property checked all the boxes with ease of checking in, clean and comfortable.

First, I would like to thank Tiffany for letting me call frantically when I had locked the deadbolt on front door where entry key pad is. Then locking the back door behind me. She was able to tell me what to do to get back in quickly. She’s a super responsive host, and will answer all of your questions. The stay is quiet and peaceful, and I will definitely be returning when staying for work! Internet speed is great for those that work remote! Decorated nicely, and has supplies for all cooking needs. Thank you for having me, and I will be back :)

Probably our best AirBNB stay to date. Sonja's communication skills are spot on! She is informative, engaged, and kept in contact throughout our stay. As organized people ourselves, her "informational binder" is something all hosts should have. No guessing. All information is there in print should you need to refer back to it. Condo was clean, smelled great, and had personal touches along with the amenities listed. Location was perfect as we were in town for the NASCAR race. Walked over and back without fighting traffic. We highly recommend Sonja. Robert and Jodie

Great place to stay in the Bristol area. Close to the racetrack and other areas of interest. Easy to navigate and get to things around Bristol. Rita was great and very responsive. She made the whole stay very enjoyable. Would stay again!!

We stayed at Karen’s place for a music festival at the Bristol Motor Speedway. Super convenient to the event (within walking distance). We loved the cleanliness and top notch amenities. Everything you would ever need is provided. Karen is a very thoughtful host who knows what guests might need and provides it plus more! Very comfy beds, luxurious linens and fully stocked kitchen. The condo was pristinely clean and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. 5 + stars
