I booked a stay at Carrol's place while I was in TN looking for a place to live, and it was hands down the best rental experience I've ever had. She is so kind and hospitable, and it was wonderful getting to know her and her furry friends! The apartment is very cozy, was super clean, and has everything you need including a full kitchen. Very peaceful surroundings and you can see the mountains from the driveway! I sadly had to cut my trip short, but would 1100% stay again if I'm back in the area. Thank you Carrol!

We had a girls trip of 9 who stayed in Bristol at Bethany’s amazing loft. The place was perfect! So much space for everyone. The open concept of the main living and kitchen areas was perfect. We especially loved the porch with several different sitting areas where individual groups could gather to chat. With 9 ladies, of course we used them all, lol. One other great feature for a large group is all the bathrooms. Even when we were all getting ready for the day, we had plenty of space to shower and get ready without feeling hurried. Thanks so much to Bethany who has thought if everything for a perfect stay. We all decided this is a place we would love to book again!

Diana's place was just what we were looking for. We were visiting the area to ride the Virginia Creeper. Took us about 40 minutes to get into Damascus. Also, spent time on the South Holston River which was nearby. Great location and convenient to so much. House was perfect! If you like peace and quiet you will get it here. Thank you for sharing your place. We definitely would book again.

My daughters and I had a great stay here. The access to downtown Kingsport is great! The space felt very clean and open.

My family and I were looking for a place that would be perfect for my grandma to comfortably move around in and Jeff’s place was simply superb. Very accessible with all the kitchen appliances as well. It really felt like a second home by the end of the trip. Had a lovely time in Bristol thanks to the Magnolia providing a perfect home base for us. If we’re in the are again we’ll come back!

We have stayed here multiple times now. This time was just as great as it always is, we really enjoy staying here and always look if this house is available first before booking in the area. Great location, great space.

This was our third year at Maraya's place, and an easy choice for our trips to the Appalachian Athletic Conference Women's Volleyball Tournament at the Meadowview Conference Center -- go CIU Rams!🙌. Why get a hotel room when you can get a whole house with the works for the same cost? I like walking, and the location is less than a 15 minute walk from the Meadowview Conference Center via Oasis Lane. Not to mention that Meadowview itself is great for a beautiful stroll. Plus the neighborhood nearby the house is big enough for a 2 to 3 mile walk with very little traffic and some challenging hills to get the heart rate up.

Very quaint! Easy booking, communication, check in . Our daughter lives in the area so we are biased on a lot of things but it is very close to so many things. Homey feel entering the door. clean and stocked with games, extra blankets and towels. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the home other than to sleep because of family things we were doing but comfy beds and pillows. I would consider booking this again

it's always nice when you walk in a home that's not yours but yet you feel right at home that's the feeling I had if you have a chance I encourage you to spend the night

Very affordable, looked exactly like the pictures....we felt right at home!!! I will rent from here again on my future business trips as well as vacations....I've been to four different AirBnB's within a two week span and this one was by far my favorite!

We needed a few nights stay in Johnson City for a beauty pageant . This was a great place to stay and close to many shops and restaurants. Would stay again !

Great place to stay in the Bristol area. Close to the racetrack and other areas of interest. Easy to navigate and get to things around Bristol. Rita was great and very responsive. She made the whole stay very enjoyable. Would stay again!!

Our stay was perfect! It was so convenient to the South Building at the speedway where we had an event.

great place took back in the corner against the woods.. very close to you the gray City and Johnson City.. lovely little two bedroom with pull in garage
