David and Grace are top hosts. They keep an aesthetically clean place equipped with all you need for a luxuriously comfortable stay. They really thought of everything - they even have first-aid kits and a guest handbook for easy reference on how to use appliances and numbers to call for emergencies. I appreciate that what you see in their posting is consistent with our real-life experience. All the appliances were functioning. WiFi was stable and fast. Area was accessible to public transpo (near Padre Pio Chapel and St. Michael's Parish), and there was also a dedicated parking space. For food the handbook says you could preorder some meals from them. But also within short distances (even good for leisurely walks) are sari-sari/convenience stores, Savemore, or you could just do Grab/Food Panda. I highly recommend this AirBnB gem. Balai ni Momena, the place is so nice it has a very big space, it has a separate kitchen and a living areas, they have also a two parking carport space and you can fit in a motorbike. All the rooms are fully airconditioned, clean and so tidy, you can hardly hear the aircon system, it was so quiet. Our host is so nice and kind enough that if you have some questions and concerns, they quickly reply and do something about it, very accommodating and we will definitely be coming back here, thank you so much to our lovely host Jen.

Hi Christine! Thank you for the accommodation! We really enjoyed our stay! First of all, the location was perfect. Easy to find and it was near 7/11, market and even cake shop and so everything we need was a walking distance. The neighbors were kind too. Hehe. The place was spotless clean and everything we need was there. We requested for a wine glass and it was delivered to our doorstep when we arrived. 🥹 We really enjoyed the pool as well! It was a memorable get together with friends in your place and we will surely book it again next time. Thank you!

The place was very easy to find, I used Google Maps (very accurate). Very near malls and convenience stores. It was raining heavily the day we checked-in, thus, there was some leakages in the living and master bedroom. Nonetheless, we had a great stay. Fast WIFI, clean bathrooms, kitchen was divine, it was as advertised. We will definitely go back and enjoy again it's amenities. My family totally loved it. Definitely recommended for big groups / family.
