We had the most wonderful stay. The hosts were so welcoming, we could not have wished for more. We are both very grateful for our experience staying with Natasha and Sean and look forward to coming back again. Nice and clean place

This was possibly our 4th or 5th stay at Ginnie’s place, and it has always been 5 star stays for us. Its our home away from home, very homey from when you open the door, the uncluttered and spacious living room, dining table for 6, comfortable bed, cold air conditioning, hot showers…. The list is endless.

We enjoy the stay so muxh, the place seems so private and beautiful surroundings. The pantry also got vietnam drip coffee thats prob my favourite. Honestly, definately gonna pick this place again if i come to Melaka in the future!

Très bel appartement, magnifique piscine et à proximité des tours Petronas. Nous avons été très bien pris en charge à notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement ce logement avec Ken qui est disponible et bienveillant 👍

Really great accessibility (walk, train), great for when it’s rush hour / traffic jam, comfortable apartment that’s low maintenance, has everything you need in a studio flat! Responsive personalised host, a cherry on the top. It’s the basic things like these for a medium or long term stay that makes places like these a great find!

A nice getaway for new year eve, place is cosy and comfy..

The unit was simple and equipped with necessities. All stuffs in the unit function well 👍 Having a good view to watch sunset and private beach in the condo. Check in was easy. However, the floor of master room was a bit sticky and found some hair at outside toilet floor. And parking is first come first serve, which inside already fully park and we have to park opposite street parking area. Overall, great experience staying here.

This was our second leg of our Melaka trip which was into Melaka town so this location was a great place to stay! Whilst it wasn’t smack in the middle of Jonker street, it was a stone throw’s away to all the hustle and bustle - exactly what we wanted as we unwinded during this year end trip. The place was exactly as shown here! It had everything we needed. We always parked at the public parking bays instead of inside the hotel since there were available ones so parking isn’t an issue. The walls and doors are thin/do not block out noise from the hallways or neighbours but we didn’t experience major noises that were an issue. Would come back and stay here again! I recently had a fantastic 3D2N stay at R&F Princess Cove under Welmex Concept. The place was incredibly clean, and the facilities I felt completely safe with the excellent security measures in place. Plus, the rate was great, offering excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

What a gem of a place! The view was absolutely beautiful, and the place was very comfortable. Kids and family really enjoyed it. Super easy access and walk to Jonker Street and amazing view of the waterway and the ship.
