Great location and host is very accommodating.

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Easy walkable distance to train stations, lots of restaurants, convenience stores and supermarket nearby. Apartment was clean, had all the amenities we needed for our family. Host was very responsive.

Very good place to stay. Close to Shinjuku

Our group of 8 was comfortable during our 3-night stay. The accommodations were very clean. Remarkably, we were able to share the limited space without any problems. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Slippers, toothbrushes and towels provided. I really appreciated the deodorizer spray in the shoe cabinet.

The place was really clean and provided the space we needed for 3 people. The host was accommodating and they were kind enough to wait for us to arrive in order to show us the room. 7/11 and a grocery store was down the street. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beihoa's place was fantastic. The location is close to the Yamanote line, but not so close that it is noisy or crowded. There are lots of places to eat, grocery stores and 7-11s(3) in the neighborhood. We also found a Don Quiote near by...which we went to at 2 am thanks to jet lag. Beihao was very quick to respond and offered suggestions if we needed help. The Yamanote line is very easy to navigate and I strongly suggest a Pasmo or Suica card. The condo is located very close to Shinjuku and Shibuya...super fun places to visit. The condo is clean, full of light and big by Japanese standards. I would definitely return here!! Thank you Beihoa for helping to make our visit amazing!!! My son and I fell in love with Japan!❤️

Great locations and easily walkable to Golden Gai and train station. Well maintained and clearly explained what to expect.

Very convenient spot to stay if you want to be a quick ride away from Shinjuku and in the heart of Okubo. We could quickly get around town, 20 minute walk to our favorite spots, or 5-10 minutes to a few subway lines. This place is great if you plan on mostly being outside touring, it is pretty compact but worked great for us.

Great place to stay. Super convenient right next to the subway and train station. The place was very roomy and comfortable.

Cozy, serene flat in a hip and vibrant neighborhood. Easy to get everywhere. Billy was super responsive. The shower was huge, the bed was comfortable, and the flat was super quiet despite all of the hustle and bustle. It definitely has the charm of an artist's space.

Great place, professionally managed! Tomoki San personally welcomed us. Extremely clean and extremely functional. Loved the washer dryer, full size fridge and microwave, these made our trip so much easier as we are a party of 2 adults and 2 almost-2-year-olds. Wifi was strong, towels, toothbrushes, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies were all provided. Really could not have asked for anything more. The very very short walk to the station made travelling around very convenient.

This place was a charm! Everything was brand new (some fixtures even had its original plastic on it). Lots of cute little decorative knick knacks that made us feel at home. Just a little difficult to find but this was typical of all the quaint AirBnB places we rented in Japan and not an issue unique to this one. The address/GPS led the taxi driver to a property behind this one instead, so we had to search on foot though we found it quickly thanks to the host's detailed instructions and pictures. Everything was squeaky clean and complete. There were plenty of extras like laundry pods and washing net with the washer, extra toothbrushes, Q-tips, all toiletries we could possibly need. They even provided a stroller and high chair for our baby. The host went out of their way to even help us with arranging the shuttle to the airport, even though they didn't have to. Super attentive hosts with great attention to detail! My kids didn't want to leave the place, which speaks volumes. :)

The house is within walking distance of Kawasaki JR station and Kawasaki Keikyu station. It's very comfortable for couples or small families. The house and interior are a bit old but well maintained. It's well worth the money for it. I would recommend the house to my friend or stay again.

We had a wonderful stay during our first trip to Tokyo. The location is great, just over a 10-minute walk to Shin-Koiwa Station, with 7-Eleven, supermarket, restaurants and daily goods shops nearby. The host was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond by picking us up at the station with luggag knowing we were traveling internationally with 3 young kids. The house was clean, modern, quite, spotless and well-equipped. The furniture and appliances are in excellent condition. The kitchen was impressively stocked; not only with cooking essentials, spices, and rice, but also with free milk and bread in refrigerator for kids on the first day! A special touch we loved was the small water bottles filled with fresh green leaves placed around home. It felt calming and welcoming. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and attention to detail. If you're looking for a place that truly feels like a home away from home, with a host who genuinely cares about your comfort, this is the place!

Great location, close to transport and restaurants. The apartment is compact but well organised, with a decent table. Communication with owner was prompt and efficient.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It is a perfect budget option for exploring Tokyo- especially the Asakusa/Akihabar area. The apartment itself was really nice and the hot tub bathroom was very appreciated after long days of walking in Tokyo. Additionally there is the most charming breakfast cafe right across the street with great coffee, right next to a 7-11, and there is a charming street right across the street with small street stalls with friendly vendors that sell takoyaki, yakitori, gyoza and more, as well as a bakery, mochi shop and grocery store. It was a delight find right across the street on the way to the station. The only thing to note is that the nearest Station is not on the Tokyo Metro line, so better to use a Pasmo or Suica card to get there rather than pay for the Tokyo subway pass. Great stay, highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay over New Year's in this very spacious and comfortable house. If, like me, you're reading all of the reviews before confirming your booking, let me quickly tell you: the other reviews are accurate; the home is spacious, clean and comfortable; the location is fantastic; and the host is proactive and responsive. My family really enjoyed our stay. The host, Akiko-san, was proactive and responsive. She messaged us to make sure we got settled. We asked if it was possible to get the water in the shower a little hotter, and within a few hours, on New Year's Eve no less, a gentleman came and fixed the issue for us. The house was a great environment for our 8-month-old baby. The kitchen is well-stocked; it was easy to prepare food for my baby, as well as breakfast for the rest of the group. The location is ideal. I could write so many more positive things, but don't have enough space. Highly recommend for your next family trip.

What a great place to stay. the location was perfect and walking distance from a main line train station. there were so many cool things to do around the area. like a diving range and shops. the rooms was spectacular. everything I could have asked for. I'm 6ft4, 194 cms tall and I fit everywhere. the bathroom was brilliant and the bed was perfect for me. not to hard and not too soft. such a simply place but felt very homely the host was amazing. beyond amazing!! they helped me through so much and gave me advice on a lot of things. I truly and grateful to them. made my trip all the more worth it. thank you so much.
