一次非常非常非常满意的住宿. 房子🏠 这是一栋很新的房子，我住的是3楼，2间房间，非常宽敞，1个房间有一个双人床，1个房间是榻榻米，我们1家4口，孩子6岁和7岁，睡在榻榻米上我们晚上不用担心孩子翻来覆去，特别安心. 房子特别的干净，设施先进，楼上有洗衣机，每天都可以洗衣服，房间有专门的干衣房. 有厨房也可以自己煮食.非常棒. 屋主夫妻🎎 第一次到东京，从一开始和屋主联系居住路线开始，屋主就很耐心的解释. 准备入住的前一天，我在大阪联系屋主我可能海鲜过敏，在大阪酒店前台也没办法帮我找到医院去看病，想了解是否可以到东京后在附近医院看病，第2天一到住处，2个屋主就很关心的问我情况，然后在楼下耐心的等我把行李和孩子安置好后就带我到附近诊所看病和买药. 真的非常感激不尽，如果不是有他们的帮忙，可能我就改机票回国了.PS：医药费还不算贵哦，连看病拿药¥700人民币搞定😁 交通🚖🚃： 晴空塔附近，少了一个坐地铁到网红景点的麻烦.这里线路非常简单，一条线可以到皇居，银座和涩谷，还有机场. 打车到浅草寺也很便宜.在楼里还遇见周杰伦的粉丝专门带孩子来这边住，打卡【说好不哭】MV网红景点. 我很少在airbnb做那么长的评论，但是这家住宿比起那些小红书里介绍的酒店实在是好太多了.真的是太棒的一次住宿.

Nice location with access to the trains. Walkable to many restaurants and cafes. Has two western style beds and two futons to sleep on. The place was clean and comfortable. Despite the language barrier, the washer and dryer were easy to use.

ビジネス出張の利用でしたが、お部屋が広くとても綺麗で、柔軟なチェックイン時間対応で、非常に助かりました。立地も便利でおすすめの滞在先です。

The location is convenient, close to Ueno station and the park. Very walkable. The room was fine for our family of 5 for the three nights we were there. It is tight, the room with the beds has about a meter or less on each side, and there’s no where to put any clothes (shelves/drawers). The price and amenities were great, so if you can tolerate leaving all your stuff in your suitcase and plan on spending most of your time out and about it’s a perfect place.

Wonderful location, lovely room—ideal for people looking for an authentic Tokyo experience, close to the Yamanote line but far from the crowds. The host was especially great at communicating—I really appreciated it. Highly recommended!

Cozy place, easy check in.

This place is ideal for business people needing to work in the room, which was clean and well equipped. It has lots of storage space and perhaps one of the best ergonomically designed apartments I had experienced with Airbnb. Te ingenious rubbish bins were stacked vertically and the corner with the washing machine has shelves etc. above the machine. A dead corner had discreet triangular shelves with decorative things added, which makes it more of a living space and less spartan. It also has a walk-in wardrobe with lots of hangers. Another feature unusual with Airbnb and great for long stay travellers is the free weekly cleaning. Compared to other places there are less English instructions for equipment etc. but this could be compensated by smartphone translation apps. Nice river park just around the corner. The best and amazing supermarket is LIFE at the Oshiage station. Solamachi is foody's paradise where many restaurants are open through the afternoon. 2F Food Marché is a must visit.
