A wonderful stay w a group. Everything we needed and more was available. Super convenient to travel, shops and restaurants. Very responsive and friendly host - would book with him again!!

깨끗하고 포근한 숙소였어요. 숙소가 있는 긴시초역도 백화점, 이자카야, 편의점, 마트, 돈키호테 등 없는게 없었고 역에서 6분만 걸어가면 숙소가 있어서 편했습니다. 숙소 바로앞에도 패밀리마트가 있어요. 스카이트리까지는 도보로 30분정도 걸리는 편입니다. 숙소에 대한 안내도 pdf파일로 주셨고, 이미지까지 있어 찾기 수월했습니다. 3명에게는 넓었고 4~5명정도 머물러도 좋을것 같아요. 근처에 지하철다니는 소리가 있지만 asmr 소리같아서 듣고 깬적은 한번도 없습니다. 숙소에는 쇼파는 없고, 넓은 바 테이블과 등받이없는 의자들이 있었어요. 주방이 정말 넓고, 냉장고와 세탁기도 있었습니다. 수건도 넉넉히 주셨고, 난방도 따뜻했어요. 벌써 그리워요! 언젠가 다시한번 Satsuki 선생님의 숙소에 또 머무르기를 바랍니다. 추천해요!

Sora reached out with detailed instructions, which made checking in very easy. The place was nice and functional for what we needed, and the location was perfect.

Wonderful, pristine accommodation with friendly and helpful hosts. Just like the photos and located in a tucked away peaceful neighborhood. You can easily reach three different subway lines (5-10 minute walk) making it easy to get around the city. The real joy for us was exploring the area. In ten minutes you can access the Meiji shrine which will take you to Shibuja or stroll through Gyoen gardens to get to shinjuku. The place itself is amazing and we loved returning to our home at night. Well appointed and comfortable, the amazing sauna and shower area made it feel like a spa vacation. Looking forward to returning someday.

Wallace sorularımıza yanıt sağladı, evde garip bir Wi-Fi sorunu var, belki de havanın kötü olmasından kaynaklıydı. Onun haricinde hiçbir sorun yoktu, her şey Wallace’ın anlattığı gibiydi, bize birçok konuda yardımcı oldu ve uygun fiyata konaklamamızı sağladı. Tokyo’nun önemli merkezlerinden Nakano’ya yürüyüş mesafesinde bir ev olması da oldukça iyiydi, evin hemen önünde metro ve FamilyMart bulunuyor. Bunlar bizim açımızdan önemliydi. Ev, klasik Japon yapılarına göre oldukça geniş ve ferah. Kısacası her şey anlatıldığı gibiydi ve fazlası da vardı. Bir sonraki gelişimde de aynı yerde konaklamayı düşünüyorum, Wallace’a teşekkür ederim.

Book this Airbnb because of bath tub + washing machine + price. Unfortunately the washing machine broke when I try to use it. But fortunately, the host was super helpful, she even help me to do laundry using another unit washing machine. And she later bought a new washing machine. The unit is around 12 mins walk from nearest station. Would not recommend for shopper, the distance will feel longer when you have heavy stuff. But for people who want to relax and enjoy the Sakura season, there are some Sakura tree in the park nearby. In good weather, you can walk or jog down all the way to Oyoko river, where there are Sakura trees along both side.

Muy buen alojamiento, a pasos de la estación de metro y de un supermercado. Espacioso e iluminado, con hermosa vista. Incluso los días de lluvia fue agradable mirar por la ventana. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento. Nos recomendó lugares cerca para comer y también para apreciar los cherry Blossom. Pasamos una muy buena semana. Gracias por todo !

All good things are present in the listing. Two stations nearby: one JR line and one metro subway line which makes it easy to be located. There are also a number of restaurants around which we were able to try ourselves. A nearby 7-eleven was also very good since we had our luggages shipped to airport before we left the place. The only thing I was looking for was a huge supermarket where we can buy all necessities (since we usually cook for ourselves on one or two days during our trips). The nearby ones are not as huge and were not enough to have all that we were looking for so we had to jump from one store to another.

Easy to get to places and the house was very clean! me and my friends enjoyed our stay and the communication was easy and fast

Mie's place was a quirky cat shrine traditional Japanese room, there was cute cat statue and memorabilia everywhere and it was in a very quiet part of town but was still close to a station and near Ueno Park which was beautiful in the spring and had a lot going on. also wasn't far from Senso-ji temple which was beautiful. it was a shared guest house with a shared bathroom and kitchen area, i was a little weary that there wasn't a good lock on the bedroom but the house was quiet and I almost never seen anyone, all in all cool place and I only stayed for a couple days, the cats have their own room upstairs if you want to go play with the rescue cats, good place to stay ifnyou love cats.

First of all, the host is a friendly person and quick to respond to questions/enquiries. Second, the house is fully renovated, giving us a comfortable and homey experience during the stay. Washroom/ toilets are clean. The host is thoughtful and he prepared some coffee/tea/ cookies for the guests. Besides that, there are a lot of eating places in the neighbourhood. Convenient stores such as 711, FamilyMart and Lawson are within walking distance. The house is near to the MRT station. Coin laundry is nearby (we washed the clothes at home but dried the clothes in a coin laundry). The disadvantages- only one bathing area on the ground floor for the whole house- there are thirteen of us so we have to take turns to bathe. The staircase is very narrow and steep. We have to arrange for our elder parents to sleep in the room on the ground floor for safety reasons. Overall, we have a great stay in this house. I would recommend this house to people.

출장은 물론 여행을 겸한 개인 일정에도 자주 도쿄를 가는 편인데요, 에어비앤비 이용은 이번이 처음이었습니다. 그래서 신중하게 고르고 골라 선택한 숙소였는데 너무 넓고 쾌적한 시설과 이미 어느 정도 알고 있던 동네이기도 했지만, 새삼스럽게 주변의 분위기나 환경이 너무 좋다고 생각했습니다. 역에서의 접근성도 나쁘지 않을 뿐만 아니라 가는 도중에 있는 작지만 개성 넘치는 레스토랑과 카페들이 더욱 숙소의 매력을 높여주었습니다. 하네다 공항과도 비교적 가까운 편이라 태교ㅣ를 이용해서 이동했구요, 시부야 역은 물론 다이칸야마 지유가오카까지 이동이 편해서 쇼핑을 좋아하시는 분들께는 정말 추천합니다! 이번에는 출장과 개인 일정을 겸해서 다녀왔는데, 개인적으로는 앞으로 출장때에도 적극 이용하고 싶다는 생각이 들었습니다. 좀 일찍 도착했는데 청소 중에 짐도 먼저 맡길 수 있도록 배려해 주셨구요, 항상 친절하게 마지막까지 여러가지 신경써주신 호스트께도 정말 감사드립니다!! 모든 면에서 정말 제게는 완벽한 숙소였습니다!! ^^

Linda was very cooperative, very helpful, kind person who went above and beyond to help us out. Her house was very clean, well organized, and easily accessible. Very good location, close to train station. Surrounding was quiet, lot of room for a family.

저는 아이들이 있어서 정말 신중하게 숙소를 서치했습니다. 숙소는 깔끔해야 했고, 교통이 편리했어야 했습니다. 사진상 깔끔해보이고 교통도 좋아서 이곳으로 결정했습니다. 가격대도 괜찮았구요. 실제로 하루 지내본 결과, 숙소는 신축이라 매우 세련되고 깔끔했습니다. 숙소 청소 상태도 너무 깨끗해서 잠도 푹 잘 잤습니다. 숙소에서 아이들과 아내도 편하게 시간을 보낼 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 부모님을 모시고 와도 좋아하실 것 같은 좋은 컨디션이었네요. 숙소 위치는 교통이 좋아서 어디든 가기 편했습니다. 가격대비 매우 좋은 위치였네요. 호스트 분은 응답이 빠르고 제가 예약때부터 이것저것 여쭤봤는데도 친절하고 꼼꼼히 대답해주셨습니다. 여행이 덕분에 편하고 즐거웠습니다. 감사합니다. 다음에도 이곳에 여행을 온다면 이 숙소를 꼭 예약하고 싶네요. 감사합니다.

インターネットの接続が快適で夜はNetflixを観ながらゆっくり過ごせたのが良かったです。最寄り駅まで徒歩圏内なので観光にも便利で、すぐそばにコンビニがあるのも助かりました（本当に目と鼻の先！）。トイレが2つあるので朝の混雑時でも家族でゆとりを持って準備できたのが最高でした。駐車スペースは1台分ありますが、確実に利用したい場合は事前連絡が必要です。設備の使い勝手がよく、特に大人数での利用に適していると感じました。

이번숙소는 매우 넓고 청결했으며 편의점이 바로 옆에있어 너무편했습니다. 제방문하겠습니다!!

역시나 예상했던것만큼...!! 숙소 컨디션, 시설 관리, 청결도 등 모든 부분에서 매우 좋고 만족스러웠어요♡ 세심한 내부 인테리어와 공간구성, 동선 역시 최고...! 가장 인상깊었던부분은 호스트의 응대와 서비스였어요 사전 안내부터 체크인과 체크아웃, 문의사항까지 응답도 빠르고 원활했구요 접근성도 좋아 이동이 용이했어요! 주변 환경 역시 조용하고 안전해서 장기숙박에도 적합할 것 같네요ㅎㅎ 내돈내산으로 이용한거라 재방문 의사가 있을만큼 모두에게 적극 추천해드립니다 :-) 덕분에 일본에서의 좋은 추억 가득안고가요! 감사합니다 사장님^^

아이들과 함께한 도쿄 가족여행에서 정말 만족스러운 숙소였습니다! 로프트 구조 덕분에 공간 분리도 잘 되고, 넓직해서 모두 편하게 머물 수 있었어요. 화장실이 2개라 아침 준비도 수월했고, 포켓와이파이도 빠르고 안정적이었어요. 무엇보다 향 좋은 디퓨저나 깨끗한 침구, 작은 소품들까지 정성이 느껴져서 너무 감사했어요. 이 정도 가격에 이런 퀄리티라니… 정말 추천하고 싶은 숙소입니다!

Wi-Fiが速くてNetflixも見られるので、夜も楽しく過ごせました。駅から近いので移動がラクだったのと、すぐ近くにコンビニがあるのが何より助かりました（徒歩20秒！）。トイレが2つあるおかげで、朝の支度で家族がバタバタすることもなく、ストレスフリーでした。駐車場は1台分ありますが、事前予約が必要なのでご注意を。全体的に使い勝手がよく、特にトイレ2つは家族連れに本当におすすめです！

일본 여행을 자주 다니는데 이번 도쿄 여행에서 정말 만족스러웠던 숙소예요! 위치도 좋아서 이동이 편했고 공간도 넓고 깨끗해서 어른 4명, 아이 3명이 머물기에 딱이었어요. 로프트 구조라 가족 단위 여행에도 잘 맞고 화장실이 2개라 아침 시간에도 전혀 불편함 없었네요. 포켓와이파이, 디퓨저 향, 수건 수량까지 하나하나 세심하게 신경 쓴 느낌이라 감동했어요. 가성비도 훌륭해서 다음에도 도쿄 오면 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶습니다 :)
