Such a beautiful spot with amazing views! We only stayed for one night but really loved the experience. Our room was super clean and comfy, and the whole place is in a quiet, peaceful location. You can use the kayaks and bikes (a bit rusty, but still fun). Some great food spots are just an 8-minute drive away, and Key West is about 40 minutes by car. Overall, it’s the perfect place to chill out and slow down for a bit!

We really enjoyed the location of this home. across the street from the golf course and pickleball and the whole neighborhood is walkable. Sunset Beach was a gem to go in the evening for the sunset. The cabana club was perfect for my kids to have pool and beach time all at once. Food and drink was good and affordable. The house had plenty of towels and kitchen had everything we needed.

Perfect spot for 4 couples- each having our own king bed and bathroom was awesome. The pool is lovely, and plenty of outdoor space to hang. A perfect house for a relaxing vacation. We saw manatees in the canal from the dock! The only drawback of this place is proximity to the airport- there is a lot of air traffic noise during the day. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but is worth mentioning for those who want absolute quiet. Otherwise, the property is private and peaceful. Lots of good restaurants nearby, and Sombrero Beach is worth a visit, although it does get a little crowded. We would rent again!

We were very pleased when we arrived! Everything was immaculately clean and organized and the house was so pretty and decorated beautifully. Linens and towels were plentiful and everything felt fresh and clean. The outdoor kitchen is well stocked with dishes/utensils/etc. and was also super clean. Lots to do with numerous tv's, ping pong, and billiards. We enjoyed the fire table every night and the lit up dock and patio. We are not fishermen, but the house is absolutely a dream for those that are! We experienced a power outage that impacted the entire neighborhood, and the host was very responsive in assisting with getting the WIFI back online and bringing in service repair staff. We would definitely come back to this house on our next visit to Marathon!

We had 6 people and we’re not crammed at all!

We stayed at Tree Top Paradise for 3 nights during a quick trip to the keys, and this home was perfect for our family of 5. My wife and I were in the master bedroom, my old daughter and her boyfriend were in the 2nd bedroom, and my younger daughter used the pull out couch in the living room. We all had plenty of room, which was good, since the weather didn't cooperate during our stay (washout one day with driving rain until mid evening). Even during the rain, we were able to hang out on the covered screened in porch, which was nice. The unit was furnished well, having everything needed. Was clean enough that my wife didn't feel the need to reclean the place like she will do at a lot of other places we rent, so that was good. Only minor issue was a plugged shower drain, but was able to unplug it with a plunger, so didn't need a maintenance call. Also has bikes (bit older) and some beach equipment on site. Overall, it was great, and we'd definitely rent again.

This place was great! Set up great for any angler with a family who enjoys the outdoors. The inside was better than expected. We had a group of 9. We were super comfortable. Even the water heater amazingly kept up! I will stay again if I’m back in Marathon.

The house is definitely dated and had a bit of a musty smell when we walked in. However, you cannot beat the view. The pool area was beautiful and the water all around it just made it perfect. There were a few things that didn't work and the internet was spotty, but that only really matter at night when we wanted to relax. It is a top contender (once we know how many bedrooms we need) for our trip next year!

Stayed with the Family for Christmas Location of house is convenient and easy to access. The outdoor area is great for relaxing evening. Saw a family of Manatees swimming in the canal. Despite a few small issues during our stay, in which the Host was quick to communicate. We had a great time
