Lelands place is perfect,right on the slopes, great facility with hot tubs,pool, steam room and sauna. I highly reccomend this place if you want ski in/ski out.Leland was also very quick to respond to any questions I had!

Avery’s place was absolutely perfect for our family’s ski getaway! The condo is exactly as described, and the photos truly represent the space. The location couldn’t be better—it’s just a short drive to Winter Park, plus you’re within walking distance to a lovely park and several great dining spots. Inside, the condo was warm and inviting, with a thoughtfully organized layout and vaulted ceilings that gave it a spacious feel. It was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. We made breakfast each morning and even cooked two dinners, and had no trouble finding everything in the kitchen. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the couch was a great bonus—perfect for everyone to relax and watch a movie after a long day on the slopes. Avery was an excellent host, providing clear instructions and being quick to respond. We’re already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

This place was perfect. The location was a quick drive to the resort to ski. We walked to restaurants and shops within 5 to 10 min. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. (including our 3 teenagers) We enjoyed cooking meals and all hanging in the large kitchen area after skiing. It was very quiet and we never heard our neighbors. There are a lot of stairs but it didn’t bother us at all. They had everything provided which was a huge plus. We usually have to buy extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags at airbnbs, but this place had plenty for the week we stayed. I can’t wait to come back and would 100% stay here again.

Great property! We traveled with multiple couples and kids, and everyone had a real bed to sleep in and bathroom to use. Main level was great for hanging out on and the hot tub is conveniently located on the patio. So nice not having to go to a community room to use. Loved the location in the center of town. This made it easy to walk everywhere from bowling to shopping and many different dinner options. We will diffidently consider staying here again if we make our way back to Winter Park!

Very comfy, spacious and clean cabin. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We had 13 people in our group and the cabin had more enough space for all. Loved the complimentary coffee, wine and chocolate left for us. Hot tub was perfect. Cabin was very clean. Only issue with we had was one of the tubs in the downstairs bathroom that was not draining well. Cabin has great views. Check in and check out was super easy. Location is just a few minutes from Main Street downtown and about 15-20 mins from Peak 8 where we went skiing. We did get snow two days and the driveway is at a slope so I would recommend a 4x4 truck. Host was super responsive. We appreciated the quick responses.

The place was comfortable, in a great location, and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The garage is extremely narrow and the alleyway leading to it is also narrow, which makes it difficult to get in and out of the garage. We were just barely able to fit our Toyota Highlander with about 2” on either side of the mirrors, and you can’t really open the car doors when you’re in the garage. I would keep this in mind if you have a larger car! There were parking spots available in the complex parking lot.

We enjoyed our stay in the basement of this shared condo. It felt private and comfortable, and all of the folks there in cluding Tim were friendly and kept the kitchen well cleaned. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after some hard ski days at Keystone which is only 20 minutes away. Breck is about 8 minutes away, closer if parking at the gondola. I wish there was a bit more space for food, but understand that's part of the setup. I didn't look closely at the listing and actually thought it was a full place, but it all worked out great. Tim was friendly, communicative, and allowed for a later checkout, and it was lovely to get a chance to park in garage (nor guaranteed).

We loved our stay with our family of 4! Great accommodations, big and well appointed kitchen and living area, and two big bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy walk to town and quick drive to mountains, and the pool / hot tub after a day of skiing could not be beat. Also, great communication with PMI Breck.

Great location! Super convenient to skiing, shopping, and dining—everything is within easy walking distance. Cute place with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location! We are a family in of 7 and the walkability to Peak 9 base, ski rentals, Village ski school, Main Street and plenty of little spots right in the Village is what sold us! It was so convenient and truly made our entire trip more enjoyable! The condo itself has a great view of Peak 9 from the balcony, is well appointed, beautiful and beds/bedding very comfortable! Highly recommend staying here for all families or groups!

This place is beautiful! Exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed this stay very much. The view is amazing.

We loved our stay at Jessica’s condo! The location is exceptional. You can see the Quicksilver Chair out the window, so you’re on the slopes in minutes. You’re also a block from South Main Street and an abundance of restaurants and shops. We parked our rental car and didn’t use it the whole time we were there! The main bed was SUPER comfortable, which is very important after a long day on the mountain, and the pull out couch worked for our teenaged daughter. Jessica was also a proactive communicator and provided great, local recommendations (try Gravity Haus for dinner!). Oh, and we saw a moose from the window of the condo, which was an added bonus!

Awesome location in the Village. Just a couple minutes walk to the ski lift and ski rental shops as well as the Village ski school. Also easy access to Main Street with tons of restaurant options. Great for kids!

AMAZING location at slopes and restaurants/shops! Great view! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. Very clean and spacious condo. Tanya was quick to answer questions and very proactive with info before our stay. Will definitely book again!!

If you are going to Keystone and are lucky enough Meghan's place is available, look no more and book it. Perfect location, 5 mins to River Run Gondola and Village. Quiet place, clean, comfy beds....anything you need. And humidifiers which made all the difference for my family during our stay. Seriously, you can't ask for anything else. When we go back, we are staying at Meghan's place!!!
