Super convenient as we split days between Breck & Loveland. Well stocked and very comfortable for the five of us. The pantry was a dream for a few easy meals. Easy to reach when I couldn’t figure out the dryer!! Thanks for the lovely stay.

Jennifer’s place looked just like the photos. There was plenty of room for our group. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location for a fantastic ski trip! We took the free bus one stop to the snowflake lift (could walk the block, but we opted for the bus bc of our young kids). Coming back, just take the 4 o’clock run, turning off at the sign for “park place” which ends right near that bus stop for a quick walk across the street back. The location is so close to downtown Breck, we walked into town each night and had an amazing time. The hosts had a book with lots of recommendations that were excellent. The condo was perfect for our family trip. My kids loved the bunk beds and the games and puzzle in the cabinet, and soaks in the hot tubs after a long day on the slopes. We can’t wait to come back for a future trip!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the hot tub—it made our stay extra special. The location was also excellent, close to Frisco’s main street, and fairly close to multiple ski resorts in the area.

This unit was perfect for our girls' ski trip. It was great to have three bathrooms and lots of stocked items! There is a great view from the deck and we especially liked the hot tubs, steam room and sauna after a full day of skiing. It was so easy to get over to Copper Mountain and a quick trip back at the end of the day. It was also nice to be in a quiet area with plenty of parking! Frisco has many great restaurants and cute shops within walking distance! (I even found two geocaches when I was out and about.) Nicole was very responsive and the binder in the unit was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home with beautiful scenic surroundings. Peaceful, restful home with all the comforts. Thank you for a wonderful experience in a wonderful home. Loved our time there.

Had a great stay. Comfortable and convenient with young kids. Nice amenities and hot tub. Right on the brown and yellow bus routes but easy 3 min walk to Snowflake lift and <10 min walk to Peak 9.

Place was perfect and comfortable for small family. Humidifiers in every room helped with dry air. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee and cookware. Super convenient location with Winter Park resort just a few miles away and restaurants very close as well. One light was out in the bathroom and we texted host and they got it fixed promptly. I would recommend.

Super cute and cozy condo! Everything was clean worked and the amenities were exactly as described and pictured, etc. The location of this condo is perfect for visiting multiple resorts in the area (Breck, Copper Mountain, etc.) and is within a 5-10 minute drive of multiple great restaurants, a Target, the Silverthorne outlet mall, etc. One thing I wish I would’ve known before I booked is that the unit is on the third floor and there’s no elevator. One member of our party has minor mobility issues and it was a little difficult for her getting up/down each day, but we made it work. If this isn’t an issue for you, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this darling space and its gorgeous views!

Great find of a place centrally located to multiple ski resorts. This is our go to place for skiing in Colorado and looking forward to coming back next year!

We loved our stay at Mary and Alan's condo. The property was so beautiful and had lovely pathways and trees. The community pool and hot tub was so pristine and so close we enjoyed a hot soak after skiing. The condo was so bright and spacious we loved the space. Had many lovely nights in the large living room with the fire. We would love to come back and stay here hopefully next year!! Thanks again Mary and Alan!

This condo is perfect for 4! Could easily do 6 too. The place had such a personal feel which made it so comfortable and cozy. It is up to date, very clean and organized. Centrally located. Beautiful views. Great covered porch. We enjoyed the record player in the morning having coffee! Will definitely stay here again. Next time hope to have more time to just enjoy the space.

My husband and I stayed along with our 11 and 14 year old grandsons while we explored local ski areas. We were very pleasantly surprised by the space. The kids were happy sleeping on the day beds, which are under the windows in the broad hallway leading to the bedroom with the queen bed. It was great to have “permanent” beds for them instead of having to open and close a sofa bed every day. (The listing does say that it can accommodate 6, in which case you would need to use the sofa bed. That would be a bit crowded, but doable.) There were lots of unexpected extras, like a big basket full of non-perishable foods, and many games. We used the hot tub/pool every night; it’s only about a 2 minute walk door to door. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we ski in this area.

The place was exactly as pictured and described. I misunderstood the clear and concise instructions on getting in and they were extremely quick to respond and patiently assisted me in correcting the error of my ways. I also asked for their assistance after forgetting to do something, and they gladly assisted. I try to be self sufficient when renting airbnbs but I guess the 10k feet elevation caused me to be a bit airheadish, lol.... Glad to have a host so available and pleasant in helping me when I needed. I thoroughly enjoyed their cozy place with a majestic view of the mountains. The bed I slept in was super comfy.
