It’s a beautiful property and the house is so cute, the beds were the most comfortable I’ve slept in with any rental.

Very cute, comfortable cozy cottage. Peaceful setting, well stocked with everything needed for a trip. We most enjoyed paddling the river in the pedal boat and sitting on the porch. Close by the scenic Withlacoochee bike trail. Very cute neighborhood cat that came by to say hello.

Felt right at home. Glad we chose to book here. The backyard is GREAT for fishing and water activities.

What a fun and flexible space. The four separate bedrooms made it so we could comfortably get together with relatives and have fun together in common spaces and then also have privacy while sleeping

We had such a great time staying here! ❤️ everything was perfect and they had everything you could need! The showers got nice and hot and they have lots of food options and a great yard! We were right along the water and it was beautiful! During our stay we also had a big storm and the house was like a fortress! Such a great time here!

The house was exactly as described. We were first timers with Air BnB and honestly would revisit this property again and again. Wonderful, quiet location that was just minutes from the town center. Hours spent on the dock and playing with our dog in the fenced back yard.

I loved my time at this farm Airbnb. The location was beautiful and calm, and the accommodations were clean and cozy. The host was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Mig and Jimmy’s place was perfect for our extended stay in Inverness. It was spotlessly clean with a very well-stocked kitchen in a great location, right on the canal. The yard is large and private, and the home is conveniently located to downtown. restaurants and events. The house is decorated very nicely, and the beds were really comfortable. I would highly recommend this home.

What a wonderful cottage! Christine was a great host--from the moment we booked until after we left. We would have loved to have stayed longer than our whirlwind three days. The view of the water is spectacular--we could see boats moving fast through the water and birds gliding along the shore--all from our perch inside the house. The back deck provides wonderful private water views and enough sunlight to soak up your daily amount of Vitamin D. The inside of the cottage must have been designed by a professional! Seriously. The two bedrooms with ensuite baths are perfect--a queen in one, and a king in the other which can be made easily into two separated twins. (There is even a cot hidden beneath the bed for a third guest.) The open living room, dining area, kitchen (well equipped) has everything you need--including many comfortable places to sit, a large screen tv. In addition, there is a large "sunroom" with comfortable seating and even a chest of games. This place has everything!

Our 30 day stay at Susan and John’s Dead Boat Cove was absolutely perfect! The split property provided the ideal balance of privacy and comfort, and we couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful stay. We spent so much time kayaking, enjoying the screened-in porch and lots of dock time—all were perfect for relaxing and watching the wildlife. Susan and John were fantastic hosts, incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and every recommendation they gave us was spot on. We truly can’t wait to return for another stay. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend for his birthday. It was exactly what we were looking for. Out in the woods, secluded from the everyday hustle and bustle and quiet and literally right on the river. Early morning coffee was a treat with the birds and let’s not forget the alligators! Definitely will come again and again.

The little tin roof cabin was EXACTLY what we wanted. The decor, amenities, space, surroundings perfect. Perfect for a bestie sleepover! Chose to have a staycation vs lots of adventure, but if more time, a lot of exploring to be had. Definitely a re-do in the future!
