We love the place… Exactly what we was looking for, everything about this place was perfect… we definitely coming back. Declan was a super host . Thank you so much for everything.

Deanna was very responsive and friendly. The house was very clean and had everything you would need including coffee and filters, garbage bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, paper products, sponges. The house was beautiful. Our dogs felt at home as did we. Highly recommended.

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

The most charming home on a beautiful lot. Amble backyard space featuring a fire pit and fairy lights - the perfect activity for a chilly night. My husband and 2 boys not only enjoyed the fire pit but my two year old LOVED all the room the backyard offers. The home itself is super cozy and very clean. I would recommend and would love to stay here again.

This was a great stay. Very clean and comfortable, nicely appointed with plenty of amenities. Our group could not think of a thing more that we needed. Timely communication from the host Chelsea topped it all off for a nice experience. Would do it all again, for sure.

Very clean, spacious house in a fabulous location! Steve’s responsiveness was the best we’ve ever had. If we don’t rent this house in the future, we’ll definitely look for one that he manages. Phenomenal!!

A great place to stay! Dean and Sheila have set up the perfect place in The Villages. The outdoor space is great for pool time, releasing with a book, and eating meals. The golf carts are perfect for going to Spanish Springs or Lake Sumter, both have plenty of music playing and restaurants to frequent. The indoor space is set up nicely for guests, we didn’t spend much time inside, as the weather was perfect for outside activities. One Rec center is within walking distance and also has a bar-grill, others are a quick golf cart ride for pickleball, bocce, shuffleboard, etc. I highly recommend staying at Dean and Sheila’s home, we will definitely stay here again when we come back to The Villages.

Joes place was perfect for Us. The house was very clean and comfortable. Joe was very helpful and responsive, even helping Us with a last minute adjustment to our reservation. I would definitely love to stay there again on our next visit to the Villages.

Margarita House was a great place for our month long stay in The Villages. Kathleen was very responsive to my question, always responding in a timely manner. The house felt so spacious and airy with high ceilings and a nice layout of comfortable furniture. The next door and backyard neighbors were so friendly, the best that we’ve encountered in our 4th visit! The house comes with a larger than usual backyard and great afternoon shade on the patio. We enjoyed this area of The Villages! Thanks Kathleen for hosting us!

Beautiful home and very clean upon arrival! Looked exactly like the photos. Nice neighbors who were really helpful as well. Stayed here for about 3 months and it was perfect. Pudgee's Eatery down the road was amazing as well, and the house is pretty close to some dollar stores and a Walmart a little farther.

This house was everything we wanted. Super clean. Comfy beds. All the amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. They even had candy for the girls. Which they loved. It was perfectly located for our sports tournament. After a long day at the fields, we were all to happy to come back to this house. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

A few things I look for when I rent a place. cleanliness, accessibility, comfort and most importantly, a good night's sleep. And this place had all of them.

We loved our stay! From peacocks to lemurs, there are so many interesting animals here, and the hosts are wonderfully informative about them. The apartment was spotless and had all the little touches that make it that much nicer, like ice already in the freezer. The host and her family were so kind and welcoming, would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Laurie's place! Prior to check in, Laurie sent information about the area, and also shared details about the house and where to find what we needed for our stay. So helpful. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics - and then some. The beds were comfortable - and with crisp cool sheets. I don't know what we enjoyed more - listening to the birds while enjoying our morning coffee on the screened lanai, sitting on the peaceful dock, or perhaps it was kayaking the pretty channel? Hmm, hard to pick. Either way, we would not hesitate to stay at the Waterfront Hideaway again! It was cozy, clean, comfortable and quiet. Thank you Laurie!

This was our first stay in the Villages. This place is close to Spanish Springs town Square. All the neighborhoods have golf/bike paths. The house was a perfect size for us. We appreciated being able to have our dogs with us. It was easy to walk them as the surroundings are so pretty and weather so nice.

We loved this place and wished we could have spent more time there. It was a last minute booking and Kimberly answered the request right away. Beautiful property, out in the country but borders a preserve. Close enough to several small towns with great shopping and restaurants. Back porch is a great set up for cooking out, watching sports and hanging by a fire. Plenty of room for kids to play outside, fenced in and safe. We will absolutely go back and spend more time in the area.

Sarah has a cute small house in a more natural setting. She's taken care with design. Lots of nice outdoor areas to lounge. Place was very clean. Wasn't a major issue for me, but something people might want to know- the property is near a CSX freight railroad line- you will hear freight train whistles throughout the night. Also, the main mattress is a spring type that whenever you move you hear a symphony of spring noises. I was able to sleep well and enjoyed my stay, but thought others may want to know the above. I'd stay with Sarah again.

Me Encanto la Casita de Don en el Lago. disfrute mucho de la naturaleza y el hermoso paisaje alrededor del Lago. Me encanto montar el bote a pedal. Un lugar especial para relajarse unos dias y desconectar. Hay muchas casas mobiles alrededor pero se sinte aislado, privado y super tranquilo. Me gusto mucho tambien la visita al bar restaurante The Cove. Muy buena la comida a muy buen precio y puedes llevar a tu mascota. Sin duda me gustaria regresar.

This place is amazing for a family retreat. Very quiet, the river is stunning, you can use the canoes and the kids loved fishing from the deck. Beautiful fireplace, the cabin is equipped with everything you’ll need. Sparkling clean. Absolutely recommended. We will back next year for sure!!!!

Excellent rental !! Teri was extremely helpful and accommodating as I needed an early check-in. The home was super clean and exactly as described…..and the cookies were a nice surprise. Would recommend this home for anyone’s visit to this area.
