Excellent place to stay for a family or group. Close to town and university. Plenty of space and has the amenities of home. Vontae is an excellent communicator and gives clear directions for arriving and departure.

We were comfortable from the moment we walked through the door of this house. It's welcoming with an ideal balance of private and communal space, inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed, so over three days we ate every meal at the house. We didn't always need to cook because there was prepared food within a few minutes' drive. Susan provided plenty of suggestions for groceries, restaurants, and activities at Veterans State Park. We all slept great and attribute that to the quality of the bedding and mattresses as well as the sense of peace in the neighborhood. We spent evenings working on a puzzle enjoying a cozy fire and the fairy lights around the mantle. The wifi allowed remote work. Susan communicated well and was quick to respond to questions. She was personable and welcoming. We look forward to returning in warmer weather when we can take advantage of the pool and spend more time on the dock watching the sunset. We couldn't be happier with our stay. Thanks, Susan!

Just a quick trip to Cordele Georgia to watch Dale Jr race at the speedway on Saturday night. Great place for a one night stay.

My family and I traveled 12 hours to spend Thanksgiving with my father-in-law, and this home provided the perfect setting for a truly memorable holiday. The views were absolutely breathtaking—watching the sunrise and sunset from the porch quickly became our favorite part of the day. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. We spent our days fishing and relaxing by the water, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. It was exactly what we needed to unwind and reconnect as a family. The host clearly put a lot of thought into making the home welcoming and enjoyable for guests. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with stunning views and everything you need to relax, this lake house is the perfect choice. Would highly recommend.

Place was very clean, beautiful views and easy to find. We stayed for 3 nights on business in the area and the location was very close to the job site.

Perfect quiet place to relax. Plenty of room for a large family or multiple couples. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning sunshine with the brisk Fall air! The location was perfect for our weekend adventures- Georgia Veterans Stare Park, Andersonville, downtown Cordele, and Montezuma.
