Colby’s place is the perfect home for those who are trying to escape the cold of the northeast winter. It is a perfect location. A short walk takes you to Fountain Park and the many restaurants and events such as the weekly farmers market and the yearly art festival. A short drive takes you to numerous trails and relaxing hikes. If you prefer to stay at home, you’ll find a relaxing and peaceful backyard. Inside the beds are comfortable, the home is spotless and the kitchen is well supplied. I am hoping to return next year for a longer visit.

We had a wonderful time for our girls' getaway. We especially loved the outdoor space. We spent a lot of time by the pool! The waterfall was peaceful and relaxing! Loved the lighting in the pool at night, so pretty! We had a great space for cooking, playing games, and just relaxing! We would definetly stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house is even better than the photos and so well stocked with makeup wipes, lotion, hair tools, etc. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with. They answered my millions of questions quickly and allowed my friend to check in early. The house is only a quick drive (or Lyft) to old town which was super convenient. The only minor issue we had was troubleshooting the Alexa on the outdoor patio (she had a mind of her own) but that doesn’t take away from the perfect stay we had. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly book again if ever I’m in the area.

Laura’s place was perfect for our stay over New Years Eve! Her place was clean and free of clutter. Her backyard was perfect for our dogs with a spot for them to do their business and a jacuzzi that was an extra bonus! The neighborhood was peaceful and the area was nice! Thanks for a great stay! I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Perfect for a multi-Family trip! Even bigger yard than the pictures give it credit, lots of kids toys/activities, and great seating and amenities for parents too!

Beautiful home! Well stocked with amenities (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent). Very clean and peaceful neighborhood. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond to questions! Thank you for an amazing experience!!!

We were in the Phoenix area for a multitude of baseball tournaments for our kids, and had 7 people stay at the house (family + extended family). The house was located close to the highway, and just off the main street - very easy to find, and get in and out! Reno and LaDonna were very proactive in their communication the day of check-in, and checked in with us a few times during our stay - very much appreciated! The house was incredible cozy, very spacious, and looked exactly like the pictures on the site. We all very much looked forward to returning to the house each and every day to play card and board games, eat, watch TV, and bond as a family! My friends and I needed a place to stay while visiting our friends in Arizona for spring break! Its not a huge place but it was clean and provided exactly what we needed for our short stay! I would stay here again if I come back to the phoenix area.

Perfect amount of space for a family with 2 teenagers. We came here to decompress after hiking for several days in Sedona, and the quiet and private neighborhood was great! Although not walkable to downtown or attractions, it was very central to access museums, the zoo, and the airport.

Breathtaking views on the foot of the Superstition Mtns! Peaceful location. Desert lovers paradise! Woke our first morning to wildlife playing outside. This home offered all we needed for our week-long stay and Lisa was responsive to all my questions prior to arrival. Would definitely stay again and recommend to any friends/family visiting the area!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Airbnb in Downtown Phoenix, and I can honestly say it was one of my best travel experiences to date! From the moment I walked in, I was taken aback by the beautiful decor and the inviting atmosphere of the space. It was clear that a lot of thought went into creating a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. Derek was super attentive and very helpful!! Highly recommend this place!!
