The place was so nice!! The view was amazing!! The kids had a blast!! The place was so much bigger than what I thought! I loved the cute touches they had to make you feel right at home.

Everything was exactly as described, I would book here again.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away and unwind. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Cabin was very comfortable and host definitely makes you feel at home. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful place with us! Will definitely come back.

Great place to relax! Great views of lake especially from the dock. House was clean and as described. Wish there was more than one bathroom would be my only flaw otherwise nice quaint space with awesome deck to enjoy the outdoors. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife, two boys and our dog enjoyed a two night stay while visiting family over Thanksgiving. The space was immaculate and we all really enjoyed the snacks and popcorn she left for us! The boys loved their own room/bathroom at the top of the twisty stairs! We did have a slightly difficult time opening the door when first arriving but Jodie was super helpful! Because of the recent cold snap the automatic lock snagged so be sure to enter the code, press lock key and pull door towards you so it'll unlock! Communicating with Jodie was always very prompt and easy. She was very gracious and even let us extend our stay a bit! Overall really quiet place we all enjoyed and would love to visit again!

The camper was very cute and clean, looks just like the pictures. It was well stocked with lots of little extras. Unfortunately due to weather issues we arrived too late to tour the property and meet the chickens :( We did see deer in the field across from the camper in the morning. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area!

We spent a relaxing weekend at this chalet and enjoyed the peaceful getaway. The chalet was spotless, well-decorated, and had a beautiful view! The hot tub was nice and the rockers on the porch were perfect for morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was impressively well-stocked and we loved the Ms. Pac-Man game—such a fun touch! That said, we were a little surprised to find that the chalet is on a shared property with three other chalets being built and a house nearby, which wasn’t clear in the listing. It didn’t take away from the experience, but something to be aware of if you're looking for total seclusion. Also, although we knew it was non-refundable, we had asked to reschedule due to unexpected basement flooding at home, but the host was unable to accommodate, and unfortunately, the travel insurance wouldn't cover it so I won't waste money on it in the future. Overall, we had a wonderful time and appreciated Adam being very communicative and proactive.

The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The surrounding guests were pleasant and we enjoyed our conversations. The proximity to the Tennessee river was a plus for our fishing excursion. If the opportunity to return arises, we will definitely contact Cali to help us with accommodations. Thank you

I think this was my fourth time staying at Tracy’s Beason house. It won’t be my last. It’s perfect for a couple bass boats and four people if you’re planning a fishing trip. It’s a very quiet area. My friends and I love it. Highly recommend.
