This place was absolutely perfect. Lovely location in a quiet village less than 10 minutes to Durham. It was clean, spacious, and Tom made sure we had everything available, even adding a nice touch of Prosecco and milk. Check in was easy and Tom was quick with communication. Would definitely recommend and we would certainly come back. Thanks Tom!

An easy 5 stars. This was our 2nd time staying in Whitley Bay in one of Joanne and John’s homes and we couldn’t have been happier. They are fantastic hosts and the property was amazing. Turning up to have bread, milk and teabags as well as some other treats was lovely and the home had everything we needed. The location is walking distance to the high street, beach and some great local restaurants. The Christmas tree and log fire were such a magic touch. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas in your home!

Ellen’s place is ideal location - we travelled down for sky diving and a trip to Durham both a great distance from the Airbnb. Ellen was friendly and proactive and the space is clean and cosy - very homely. Definitely recommend.

Stylish cottage in a quiet location and only a few mins walk from the high st. Only thing I would suggest to improve is providing more toilet roll (no spare rolls) and some tea/coffee/sugar would have been nice to arrive to. There is a Morrison’s less than 5 mins walk away so it was fine though, it didn’t spoil our stay and would stay again.

Great place to stay with only being a 5-10 min uber from the centre. The place was clean and zoheb was on hand in case we needed anything. Check in was also really easy with no problems whatsoever. Would definitely recommend

Wylam village is a well connected place in the North East as the trains run regularly to Newcastle and Carlisle This cottage is an 10 min walk from the station It was clean & neat with a well equipped kitchen Lounge was spacious and comfortable The front bedroom was large & very spacious with the bath in there as it says in the description My husband particularly loved the cosy duvet Steph was in touch and her response times were excellent No hesitation recommended this cottage and we would definitely return. We didn’t use any of the outside space as the weather was very chilly so I can’t comment on that

Lovely clean and tastefully decorated house, everything there that you could want while away from home. Really well stocked kitchen, so you can make a variety of meals if required. Beds really comfy and the street is very quiet so slept like a log! All the rooms were a really good size, more than enough room for a family of 4. Location was great for our needs (visiting family), the town is within walking distance so really handy. Richard was very responsive to messages and really friendly. All in all a really positive experience and will definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sammy’s place. The flat was easy to find with the descriptions/directions given prior. The host was very quick at responding when I queried parking (which was no issue at all). It was all exactly as described with a nice homely feel. The bedding felt luxurious, the towels were soft, the sofas super comfy and there was even a bottle of wine and milk in the fridge. The location was superb, so close to the centre of Hexham, yet very quiet. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend to others. Thank you ☺️

We had a lovely time. It was like a home from home. Emma couldn't do enough for us. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of enticing cafes and restaurants in Bishop Auckland.

A lovely place to stay for our weekend when attending a wedding at nearby Middleton Lodge, which is only a two minutes drive away. This is a beautiful and peaceful retreat, yet only a mile or so from the A1 and with lots of idyllic villages to visit in the surrounding areas. The property was exactly as listed and as shown in the photos. Thoughtfully decorated and well equipped, much larger than the average two person property and lovely to have sheep and chickens passing by the living room windows. Having a log burner to use was an added bonus. Fiona's communication was excellent from start to finish, with clear instructions and directions. Would definitely recommend Fiona's property to anyone visiting this part of the country. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer!

What a gem of a place! Perfect for a long weekend in Durham and we definitely hope to return. Lisa sorted parking permits for us and changed our booking dates - she couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The place was clean and warm, with some lovely treats to welcome us in. Recommend without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay at Linda's flat over the weekend. There was plenty of space for four of us, the place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The area is very nice, with some shops and cafes a short walk away and close to the Metro. Linda was a lovely host, and was very helpful and quick to answer and questions.

This is a very comfortable apartment right in the heart of Corbridge with views over the church. It is well-equipped and has the advantage of a parking space.

Great stay, great apartment and great location. Perfect for us. Looking forward to heading back there very soon!

Nice flat in Gosforth. Really clean and quiet. Kitchen has got everything you need to spend a few days. Hosts offer a travel cot which was very handy. Quiet area, minutes away from Metro and bus to the city centre. Very nice local businesses around.
