My partner booked this for my birthday .We travelled from London which took us around 1 hour drive to arrive . When we arrived David welcomed us and give us a tour of the place which was amazing . I was left speechless of the place only because it was so peaceful and quiet. David is an amazing host and explained us everything . The pool and hot tub was perfect as the weather was so good and warm as well . We had an amazing time and can’t name one thing that I did not like.

My sister and I stayed in this beautiful cottage in the heart of St Albans for a long weekend to visit family who live in the area. Perfect location, close to the lovely town, cathedral etc yet wonderfully peaceful and quiet. We also visited London for a day and transport links were excellent. Leon is an extremely accommodating and responsive host. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

We stayed at this cottage with my parents and our 1 year old daughter, whilst visiting the Harry Potter Studio which was a short drive away! It was a really lovely cottage in a lovely area. The cottage had everything you needed and was clean and tidy. The bedrooms were cosy and beds very comfy. Paul was very helpful with my requests regarding the baby gates and cot, which made our stay with a 1 year old very easy! Highly recommend this cottage!

Exceptional luxurious lodges built on a picturesque lakeside setting which encompasses breath taking views. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I absolutely loved the hot tub, the spacious decking and all the amenities offered within the lodge itself. A big thank you for the Prosecco and goodies which we were greeted with upon arrival. Superb experience and would love to come again! Thank you so much!

This place is way better than the photos give it justice, and the fireplace at the property is on of the best I’ve ever seen in my life, and its something I really value in an air bnb. The place has so much character, and the grounds are quite simply stunning, incredibly tranquil, a top quality jacuzzi, which is away from view of the property and very private! It’s one of the most value for money places I’ve ever been on Airbnb and Sally is a gem of a person too, funny, smart, informative and there if you need her! I will 100% be recommending this place to people and I will definitely return. 10/10 👌🏻

Good location in the centre of town. Spacious and clean. Offers lots of space for watching tv, eating or working. Useful outdoor space too.

Vicki was lovely - she was very responsive and communicative and even asked me what kind of milk I’d like. It was a Relaxed check in experience and we had a lovely chat when showing me around. The sofa bed was already made up for my arrival which I’d asked for so that was great. It is, however, a typical sofa bed and i didn’t find it particularly comfortable. A memory foam topper would make all the difference so could be easily remedied. I personally do like a softer bed so it might actually be fine for someone else. The kitchenette has everything you need and the shop over the road is very convenient. Great little annexe, basic on comfort but private and has everything you need for an overnight stay. Again, Vicki was a lovely host and that’s a major plus. Definitely recommend.

The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, duvet and pillows were feather filled. Location was perfect for us. Host gave clear instructions for check in so it was very easy. We would stay here again.
