surrounded with lots of market,stores and restaurants, is quite convenient for those saying for a short trip and doesn't want to travel out too far away from the hotel. The hotel has a wonderful seaview where couples can enjoy their moment together.

The house looks exactly like the pics. It’s easy to check in and find everything👍🏻 . The host is also responsive. Everything work perfectly from the aircond, tv, fan and the shower heater. They also provide cuckoo so there’s no need to buy mineral water . Would recommend to my family and others. Will definitely book this place if we ever go to PD again 👍🏻the money is worth it

Good place to stay

We had an amazing stay here! The unit was exactly as described; clean and the house smells good. It was easy to communicate with En Khairul. He was very responsive and provide clear instruction on how to get to the unit. The thing we like most about this house is; the mesmerizing sunset view. Mashaallah sangat cantik and menenangkan! Wish i could share the stunning photos with all of you here. Recommend that if you stay here, don't miss the chance to see the sunset view from this house. The only downside was that the apartment was a bit quiet, possibly because our stay was outside of the peak season. Solo travelers should be extra careful, especially in the parking lot area inside the building. Alternatively, guests can park outdoors near the main entrance. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this unit. Would definitely recommend this place for those looking for a peaceful retreat. We would be happy to stay here again! Thanks to En Khairul and wife :)

Spend 3 nights here. The location is superb and right next to pd waterfront where mcd, starbuck, kenangan, zus, chagee is all in walkable distance. The unjt itself have a great view of pd town as well as the ocean. Parking is easy and ample. The host is responsive and very informative. Definitely will consider this place again wheever i'm visiting PD.

We had wonderful stay at this Airbnb ，the house is spacious with complete cooking utensils ,the mahjong set and pool table are added point to this house. House is clean and it is highly recommended for any large group of peoples. Will definitely come back again

Location really nice. Near beach and Econsave mall. The house is really huge. Can fit so many people. If you guys stay with many people, this place is a must. Owner also really helpful to solve few problem that happen during the stay. The downside only they not provide towel. Maybe I'm the one that not use to stay on homestay, before this if i stay at apartments will be provided with the towel but it's okay because the house is near Econsave, so i just can buy towel there. Check in also really easy.

We had a wonderful stay at Kelvin’s place with our whole family. The space was spotless, and all the amenities provided were incredibly useful, especially for a family with small children. Kelvin was very easy to communicate with, providing clear instructions that made check-in and checkout seamless. Highly recommend this spot for a comfortable, family-friendly stay!

The view really IS all people have mentioned; we bet many videos have been taken from the balcony. The space is quiet and peaceful, and the bed was very comfortable. Nadia (and the 'admin team') were quick to respond to the little issues that arose, which we appreciated!

Thankful for the last min change of mind to book this air bnb i stead of other resort/hotel. Stayed here as husband got work @ Pantai Batu 1. we truly enjoyed the beautiful seaview , sounds of the waves and homie feeling of thisair bnb. Easy to find food, etc as almost everything is a walking distance. kids enjoyed the beach, pool, playground etc. would say would love be my choice of air bnb whenever we are in PD. host very helpful and accomodating with flexible check in and checkout . Truly happy with our stay here!
