clean , spacious , value for money.. very near restaurant, shopping malls

host was aware of Muslim needs. he prepare prayer mats and Muslim kitchen ware. swimming pool are clean. location are great. we were there for weekend road was busy till midnight. but we were not affected by the noise around the house.

The homestay was spacious and it nearby to the one of the major Mall in JB and it the plus point. The host is very responsive and friendly upon our queries and we really our enjoy there. Thanks Host.

Check in process was easy, security guards are strict with anyone entering and leaving the premise. There are eating spots around the area such as TD Central and TD Point, there is also Mount Austin with a lot of food options and activities. If you venture further about 5km away, there are malls such as Aeon Tebrau City, Toppen, IKEA etc. The downside was the lift cos it’s quite slow. Water is leaking above the designated car park lot, so drivers might want to take note. Traffic was heavy going through the guard house, so you gotta be careful of vehicles cos it’s sharing the same path.

The apartment was great and have everything we needed, however a microwave would had been awesome if we needed to heat up our food😂. Other than that, Zulkarnain and Lisa really helped us a lot in our check-in/check-out procedures. Will surely use your service again in the future! Thank you so much!❤️

The host provides few bottles water, coffee packs and tibits. The beds inside 3 bedrooms are spacious for 6-10 pax. The location is within walking distance to Toppen Mall GameOn. It is suitable for big family size.

A great place to stay in Johor! We went as a group of five people. The owner provided detailed instructions for getting the key and parking, and the security guard was very helpful when one of the RFID cards didn’t work. One thing we didn’t like was that the elevator was very slow—we sometimes had to wait as long as 10 minutes, even though there were four elevators, but only two were in use. The owner provided two parking lots on different floors, but that wasn’t a problem. The soap and shampoo provided were really good, and there’s a single bedroom without air conditioning, but the living room has air conditioning, which kept the place comfortable. They also have Netflix, so we could watch movies and relax. The location is near many restaurants and tourist attractions. I loved it and will definitely come again if I have the chance.
