"Our stay at this place was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the cleanliness and thoughtful design of the space. It truly felt like a home away from home. Alex was an exceptional host, providing clear and prompt communication throughout our booking and stay. They were incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had, and even offered some great local recommendations. The apartment/house itself was, cozy, and well-equipped. We particularly appreciated. Everything was in perfect working order, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also ideal. Thanks

This house is located in the most amazing neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale with an amazing price. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, the beach is right behind the house. We love it. Everything beautiful, amazing views. The house wonderful, Very cozy very comfortable, very clean. The house has something special, you can sense that since you get there. We love it spending time in the pool, you can see any kind of birds flying to the beach, groups of birds flying around you when you are in the pool is going to make you feel fascinated. It is not a place to party but is a place to relax and reconnect with yourself and God. We really find peace in this place and we would like to come back anytime. The host very kind, very friendly, easy to contact and very respectful. She helps us in everything what we need and more.

La VUE ! Incroyable !! Difficile de dire si c'est le lever du soleil ou le coucher qui est le plus beau depuis le jardin :)) Le petit déjeuner à l'abri sur la terrasse, face aux canaux, nous fait clairement sortir du lit le matin... On se sent réellement privilégiés de séjourner dans cette maison. Même si la chambre master est d'un standing supérieur aux autres, toutes les chambres sont néanmoins agréables et confortables, avec de beaux rangements. La cuisine et le salon ne sont pas en reste avec de belles prestations. Grand frigo avec distributeur de glaçons. Four XXL où l'on a fait les meilleures ribs de notre vie ! Publix à moins de 2 km pour les courses. Nous avons quitté cette maison à regrets après un séjour de 5 jours totalement idyllique. Notre hôte Miriam a été formidable : elle s'est non seulement montrée très réactive lorsque nous avions une question, mais elle s'est surtout déplacée chez FEDEX pour aller expédier un objet oublié par l'un d'entre nous...Service 5 étoiles !

Amazing beach just a few minutes away from the bnb and very spacious rooms! Val was very responsive and also very friendly, would recommend staying with them!

Great hosts and property! They were always very responsive and helpful to our questions and needs. The property was beautiful and in a great location, within footsteps of the ocean, and lots of restaurants that you can walk to as well. Will be sure to be back!

Was here for a reunion with 10 people comfortably. The house was wonderful after a learning curve. The fridge is one where if you close one side by itself it can dislodge the other without realizing it. Made it so that it took a long time to keep it cool. So MAKE sure it’s closed. We trouble shot this with Evangeline who was very responsive and helpful. The upstairs got very hot, but…we didn’t realize the AC was off up there. So make sure that is on. All of these things were user error. So read the instructions on the house carefully. There were plenty of pool floaties left by other guests before us. We were there for four full days and TP, garbage bags, and paper towels lasted 2-3 so bring some extra for longer stays with more people. We walked to the beach and back multiple times (10-15mins depending also on the drawbridge situation). Don’t pay attention to the walkable google maps back and forth instructions that say 24mins! They are wrong. Perfect house!

We had an unbelievable stay at Laura’s property. The home was stunning and it was located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Laura was extremely communicative and she did everything she could to make our stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible. Will definitely book this property the next time we are in lauderdale. We stayed at this house as a family of four adults and one toddler. It was a fantastic experience. The house was clean, comfortable and full of amenities. The "guesthouse" was perfect for the grandparents who traveled with us to stay and have their own little area. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. Can't really get much closer to the beach--about a two minute walk. And the garage has a beach cart and a ton of beach toys and equipment (chairs, cooler, towels, etc.). We had one minor issue the first night and Amy was very responsive. Scott, the handyman, was there the next morning and fixed it. He was friendly and helpful. Pool was great and with the heated water, we were able to enjoy swimming despite temps in the high 60s. One thing to note for families--there are no bath tubs in the house (just three showers on the property). We should have realized this (first time traveling with our kid). Not a huge deal but be prepared. Highly recommend this house. We hope to return!

I was at Three Palms with my son for a weekend escape and a concert in Sunrise. The home was perfect. It was clean and beautiful. The location was close enough to everything yet secluded like our own private oasis. Loved the indoor games and outdoor pool toys. The monitor message center was a nice touch and offered some good info as well as easy reminders and updates during our stay. Absolutely loved our stay and would re-book for sure when returning to the area!!

Great host, great accommodations and very communicative. Beds are very fresh sheets were clean and kitchen. Had everything you could need! Pool was even heated!! Definitely a good spot and highly recommend it to anybody that has a group. I will see the photos on the Airbnb app. Do not do this place justice! It definitely looks better in person and everyone that stayed absolutely loved it! Also loved that upstairs for the bathrooms. They connected to every single room. No one had any issues being able to use a restroom at any time.

Ótima casa em um bairro que ainda não conhecíamos, ficamos apenas 2 dias em uma pausa antes de voltar para casa, mas certamente está na lista para voltar em seguida e explorar mais a região. A casa é muito grande e espaçosa com um bom pátio cercado onde as crianças adoraram brincar. Sentimos falta de cortinas blackout para deixar os quartos escuros e mais utensílios para cozinhar.

Love the place very spacious house was very clean and nice only thing that I didn't like it didn't have a microwave rather than that everything was great we'll stay again

This is a beautiful house within walking distance of the beach about a 20 minute walk. The street is very nice and the people on the street were very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the pool and the hot tub were great very pretty view of the waterway, we had our coffee on the porch every morning, the host was incredibly courteous and responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this to a family or a group looking for a convenient location close to the beach and the town.

I will definitely book this place again when I am back in the area. It's a wonderful space in a great location. The pool and the airbnb were pristine. The location is fabulous. It's close to everything I needed, but was very quiet. I especially loved that I had a parking space right in front of the building. Parking can be a challenge in this area. Also, for South Florida on the beach, I felt the room was very spacious. I almost hate to give such a good review, because I don't want this place to be booked when I want to book again lol. But, I have to be honest. This is a hidden gem. The host was a great communicator as well.

Perfect location, which made for an easy drive to everything we needed! The house was well stocked and the pool was a huge hit with our kids! Communications were very clear and made everything easy!
