Perfect for a family getaway. Comfy and clean. Would stay here again. Bennington was very responsive. You may want to start the hot tub as soon as you arrive since it takes hours to heat up initially. Morning sunlight streams into the upstairs bedroom from higher windows without curtains. I didn’t mind, but just a heads up if you’re sensitive to light. Appreciated that it was dog friendly for our pup AND clean. Some other places that are pet friendly smell like previous animals and this place didn’t. It was very clean.

The house worked very well for our large family. In particular, the kitchen/dining/living area is spacious and well arranged. We fit everyone around the dining table. The living room fireplace is a nice touch; we wish the fireplace would have worked in the small family room, too. With four bedrooms and the loft, there is plenty of sleeping space. It would be nice to have another bathroom, but at least all the bathrooms have a shower. The kitchen has everything you need for food prep and lots of counter space. AvantStay says there is a drip coffee maker, but there is a Keurig as well; it would have been good to know that before we arrived. We parked one car in the garage; we could have parked two. That brings us to the pool/hot tub. AvantStay should say up front how much extra you pay to have the pool heated. Given the price of the rental, a heated pool should be included. One more nit to pick: The TVs take some learning. Apps should be up to date. Overall, a great home.

Beautiful place! Close to Mt. bachelor and Bend. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. They have bikes in the garage for you to use. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect house for two families. The upstairs bunk room was great for kids to hang out! Right across from the tennis/pickleball courts which was super fun. Only 12 minute bike ride to Sunriver village.

We had an amazing stay. We felt right at home when we got there. The instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen had all the basic necessities. The hot tub was clean, private and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and we loved that there was so many extra blankets. This was close to the village and sharc center. We love the area and appreciate all the different bike options we had even for children. We were able to use the bike wagon/stroller and ride to the park and the river which wasn’t too long of a ride. Some of the cons There were a few dog hairs on the bed and we did not have a pet with us but I understand it comes with the territory of being a pet friendly home. There was also specific instructions for cleaning out the fire place but the metal tin was already full of ashes. The grill outside was a little too deteriorated on the inside for our liking. These weren’t a deal breaker for us but good to know.

This house and location is phenomenal! Park like setting and luxurious house. Everything was perfect for our crew we cooked lots of meals. Mt Bachelor is about 40min away from this house which was great. Recommend staying here!!'

We had an amazing spring break mini vacay with our family friends, dogs, and kiddos. The home was spacious, beautiful, and the indoor pool was a huge hit. It was exactly how it was described and Tara was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location is super close to Pilot Butte, my husband ran each morning to the top of the butte and we took a family hike there as well. It’s also convenient to get to other spots in Bend. Absolutely would stay again and highly recommend for families with kiddos and pets!

We stayed for 4 nights and would stay here again. The hot tub was perfectly hot and clean. Our kids (4&6) loved the “kids room” with the bunk beds and game room in the garage. Plenty of toys and board games for all ages. A perfect place to stay for our family. I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. We would recommend Erik’s house!

Two of us stayed at this Airbnb for five nights and it was perfect! The location is fantastic- we were 10 minutes from just about everything we planned to do. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. As of this post (Sept 2024) there is construction going on behind the house. We were a little worried that this would be disruptive but were pleasantly surprised that there was little to no noise during our stay and most work was happening in the afternoon while we were out exploring. We had an issue with the garage door and Jessica was quick to respond. She was super easy to get in contact with during our stay. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would stay again on a future trip to Bend.

Great hosts and excellent home which was perfect for the entire family! The location was great and close to everything in Bend. Definitely recommend!

this is a great place for the price. we enjoyed our conference in Bend and we were able to think about what we were there for because every thing in the house was in good order. a person left their coat behind and we were quickly informed and they offered to mail it to us on the next day. thx so much.

This cute house was fantastic!! It literally had everything we could ever need. Gwen and the hosts were super quick to respond and checked in just in case we needed anything. Will definitely stay again when traveling to bend!

We have stayed at many rentals in Sunriver over the years but this was hands-down the most comfortable place we have ever stayed. The house is well appointed, clean, and has all of the amenities that our family wanted for our vacation. We would stay here every time we visit if we could. Carolyn

Lori and Steve gave clear instructions to access their beautiful home. The area was quiet and private, and we enjoyed a peaceful soak in the hot tub.

Ladies weekend getaway and birthday celebration. it was perfect for what we wanted! The house was extremely clean with no odor and very comfortable. The propane fire pit in the back worked beautifully. Dean was responsive and proactive with communication and I would love to stay at this home again next time we visit Bend if it's available.

The place was super beautiful in a very peaceful and amazing location, plus had home made muffins waiting for us when we arrived. Everything was beautiful, super clean and organized, loved how kitchen, bathroom and rooms were fully equipped with everything. We enjoyed the home and the stay. A perfect stay for the winter holidays and skiing! Belinda is so welcoming and helpful so we'd definitely come back again! House is really well maintained and has everything you need in winter and in summer - you'll never get bored!

Dennis's house was complete with everything needed to cook in the kitchen, cozy sitting room with nice fireplace for winter vacationing, large table for family get togethers, private backyard, and the house was clean and well-stocked. Great location to walking trails and supermarket.

Enjoyed 3 nights with a group of 9 for an annual ski trip to Mt Bachelor. ~25 mins to the mountain and <10 mins to the heart of Sunriver. We loved how private and peaceful the property was. Everything was clean and met expectations. Dining room table fit everyone for shared meals and hot tub was a nice post-ski addition. Seperate cabin was appreciated as well to give the doggos seperate space. Would stay again!

Our family had an incredible vacation. This home is beautiful, the location is so peaceful and just as lovely as the pictures. We kayaked, hiked, enjoyed the indoor fire place and spent hours just watching the wildlife and river flowing by. I hope to return!

Clara was an amazing host and her home is charming and cozy. It's well appointed and well taken care of, with comfortable beds and an accessible bathroom. 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large living/dining space make this a great place for family get-togethers. You could probably park a small car in the garage. There's a nice back patio and the lots are large enough to give a feeling of privacy, even though the houses are close together. Despite being pet friendly, the home was very clean and smelled nice. We will absolutely stay at Big Sky again.

This is the second year my bunco group has stayed at Jesse's place. It was great-- lots of space and very clean. Sunriver's roundabouts and bike trails can be a little confusing, but we managed to easily navigate both.
