We had an excellent stay at Seva’s place. It was very well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoor area. Pool and yard was great and everything was clean. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Miami.

We had a great stay in the apartment. The communication with Arash was great and he was a big help with additional questions. The apartment was very clean, had lots of space and a good location. We fully recommend this apartment with Arash as a great host! 😊

Seemed to be the best place to stay in the area. All the restaurants and cafés associated with the complex were some of the best in the area, so technically there is no need to venture out if you don't want to. Great pools and beach area. Everything was clean and great service. There is no "view" from the room but we did not mind because we only spent 1% of our time there. Comfortable beds, double sink with countertop space in bathroom was nice, plenty of space in the kitchen and living area. Great experience.

The clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated space creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The large windows let in tons of natural light, making the apartment bright and airy. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
