We chose the King Ranch for a 50th birthday celebration. It was absolutely perfect. Kristen was a thoughtful host and great communicator. We had a party of 10 and everyone had plenty of space. The indoor and outdoor areas are well appointed and very comfortable. The pictures look great on the listing because the place really does look that awesome. We had a chef come in for a birthday dinner and he was in heaven. You’ll want for nothing while you’re there. If you need a place for a crowd that looks and feels like luxury living, this place is for you.

Jessica's place was great, I don't think I paid attention to notice that the place was a two story home but it was very quaint. The stay was nice, the AC works great, she has plenty of things to keep you entertained if you don't bring your own, like Roku TV's, a PS5 and Xbox one. There is a park right across the street from the home which was great for my kids, I think we spent as much time there as we did in the home. Jessica was very responsive when it came to communicating about checking in and out. The checkout instructions were short, sweet, and easy to follow. Overall I would recommend staying here, and who knows, if we're ever in the area again we'll stay there again.

Beautiful location, very clean and felt right at home. The condo was quiet, never heard any neighbors or loud outside noise. Kathryn had excellent communication before and during our stay at the condo. She gave very clear and simple instructions, making things very easy to figure out. The location was perfect for our vacation to Austin. It was a short drive to downtown Austin, as well as an easy drive to San Antonio and Waco. It was nice to stay a little outside of the city to be away from the hustle and bustle, while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the lake and the wildlife all around the condo location.

Modern and spacious home in a quiet neighborhood with excellent views. The place was clean, fully stocked with essentials in kitchen/bathrooms, and fit all of our needs. Nickol and Lucas were consistently responsive and understanding during our entire stay and made it easy to check in. Fully plan on going back if we ever have a large group in Austin again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It felt like a home away from home. The bed was cozy, and the space had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and provided excellent communication throughout. Loved our stay. We had 4 kids with us ages 14 to 1 and they all had a great time! The residents were so kind to us as well! We would definitely come stay again!
