This place was perfect for us. Gojek and transport is easy to sort and you can get to so many places in Old Town really easy. Fadi and his wife are such lovely hosts and came to welcome us. They looked after us so well and the accomodation is lovely. The room is clean and having a TV was amazing, the kitchen has everything so we could cook for ourselves.

Tempat yang bagus di Surabaya.. Agak jauh dari jalanan sehingga harus menggunakan kendaraan untuk pergi kemana-mana

Kawasan strategis, lingkungan aman dan rumah mudah ditemukan Mungkin beberapa catatan saja utk tuan rumah: selimutnya terlalu tipis mungkin bs diganti dan kurang cocok selimutnya ‘jadi selimut’, bagian belakang rumah toilet diluar kurang terawat dan halamannya dan saat akan menggunakan mesin cuci ada kadal dan terakhir hordennya terlalu tipis. Mungkin bs diganti dgn horden yg tebal bahannya tp tetap estetik

The house was clean and just like the descriptions. It's very convenient to enter the house because it used passcode so we can check-in anytime within the booking time. Even tho it's inside a private housing, it has foodcourt and supermarket so it's easy to find food and daily needs.

Very great home.. Small but perfect 👍 clean and nice ambience 👍 good environment.. Complete houseware, include cooking utensil, refigerator, with very good condition.. the owner is very responsive and helpful. really love to stay there..

Rumahnya luas, halamannya juga luas, dapur dan kamar mandi bersih, kamar tidur oke, cukup untuk 10orang, furniture rumah model lama but its okey, overall stay here is good deal, Thankyouuu

Sangat senang berada di tempak Kak Mega, benar-benar sesuai antara gambar dan deskripsi. Kamar minimalis tetapi perlengkapan yang disediakan sangat lengkap sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Betah sekali karena suasananya homey.

Apartemennya bersih, nyaman, sesuai dengan foto. Interior bagus ruangan terasa lebih lapang. AC dingin sekali. Ada lantai kayu enak buat duduk2 santai sambil lihat view malam kota Surabaya. Di depan lobby tersedia tempat parkir jd bisa duduk2 dalam lobby saat menunggu waktu check in. Urusan parkir n lobby jalurnya lebih oke di tanglin orchard ini daripada apartemen sebelahnya. Puas banget stay di Athisa room.

We stayed in this unit for a week, including 2 kids. A compact but cosy home with good view of the city. Very convenient as it is right above the shopping mall complex with direct access to the mall at the ground floor. We were unfamiliar with the place however Sandra was really friendly, accommodating and helpful in giving guidance and instructions to us.

Brahma’s wife - Amel and her team (Pak Yono n Bu Tin) was incredibly accommodating and communicative during our stay.The place was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Definitely will come back and recommended it to everyone.

Ke dua kali nginap disini. Sbnrnya over all apt ini bersih tetapi khusus unit ini kami menemukan bnyk anak kecoak dan ada bau got di area dapur.

Apartemen masih baruuuu (literally, satu gedong apartemen masih baru). Kurang hairdryer aja. Selain itu, semua ok, dapet free indomie pula. Harga agak mahal kalau mau dibanding hotel bintang 4, kalau bisa dikurangi lagi. Overall, cocok buat yg rame2 mau staycation/party di kamar.

Lily’s place well located at west surabaya, easy to get around. Secure & easy parking facilities. Clean & safe, you can only go to the dedicated floor only if you have access card and the guard also politely refused to grant access without any key. Beautiful view from 35th floor, full glass panel wall in every room. Quite place to relax with fully equipped kitchen. Strong wifi & sufficient lighting. If there is anything that could be improved is the hot water supply but it was truly overcome with other good qualities that been provided. All & all its a good value 👍🙏
