I was in love as soon as I walked through the door!!! It was an extremely peaceful and close to everything!!! It was exactly what I was looking for!!

Our stay at Bob’s place was perfect. He was an excellent communicator online and in the unit- items were clearly labeled and thoughtfully considered. Detailed instructions and recommendations allowed for seamless checkin, fantastic restaurant recommendations and checkout. Clean, excellent location, my only regret was not enough time enjoying that beautiful area. Thank you - already recommending to my friends and family.

I stayed here with my mom and son, the view is amazing! We got to see dolphins while sitting on the patio. The sunsets and sunrises are picture perfect from the bedroom window and patio. When I had questions Wendy was very responsive. The place was clean and organized. Overall we enjoyed our stay, no complaints and we would definitely book again!

We loved the location, cleanliness and communication. Lynne and team checked in on us and the condo was exactly what we needed for a week! It hosted two adults and two small kids comfortably.

We were very impressed with the condo! Clean and updated! Beach was steps away! We really liked decor and homey feel of everything! Felt more like walking into your home than anything! Charming, Comfortable Condo. Impressively clean. Audrey makes an effort to make your stay enjoyable. Instructions for getting into the condo were simple. She texted a couple of times during our two weeks stay to make sure all is well. Being on the Riverwalk made our morning walks wonderful. The sunsets we saw across the Cape Fear River were amazing.

This was a clean, comfy stay for two people. The location was good for us; near the Wrightsville Beach bridge, and close to one of our favorite places to eat, the Bluewater Waterfront Grill. This is a converted hotel-type room, but it had all the necessary amenities for coffee-making and light cooking. The bed was comfortable for a great night's sleep!

My cousin and I had a stay-cation to get away from the flow of day to day life. We had a great time and I know we were a bit noisy one of the nights dancing listening to music. Chris and Andi were very understandable. The place was beautiful and spacious for just the two of us. Perfect for a last minute weekend getaway.

We stayed at Ric and Chelsea’s place for a week and everything was great! House was wonderful and exactly what our family needed. Lots of things to do at the house and in a very walkable location. Ric was very communicative. All around great stay.

We always enjoy staying on this area. The view from the house was spectacular! We would definitely recommend staying here.

Little House on the Beach was everything we had hoped for. The home was just the right size for my husband and me with our two small dogs. The furniture, two rockers on porch and the beds were VERY comfortable. The kitchen was the best stocked of any vacation home we've ever rented, both in kitchenware and pots along with all the basics.....dish soap, spices, hand towels, etc. But the highlight of this home is the back deck and view. Soooo very relaxing as you watch the waves and the birds with all the natural ocean sounds . And incredible sunsets and sunrises. I love that you walk down the back steps and are on the beach and that the beach itself is very peaceful with people playing with their dogs or collecting shells. No loud music or crowds. Would highly recommend this home and hope to come back next year.

My recent stay at the Regency that exceeded our expectations! The property was exactly as described, with cozy decor and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, which allowed for a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. However, there was one drawback that I feel is worth mentioning: the cleaning fees. While I understand that cleaning fees are standard, I was surprised to find that, despite paying a significant amount for cleaning, guests were still asked to load the dishwasher and start a load of laundry before checking out. This felt a bit contradictory, and it made me question the value of the cleaning fee itself. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a charming and convenient place to stay. I can’t wait to come back!

We had unforeseen circumstances that required us to book a new stay last minute late at night on a Friday. The host was responsive immediately and accommodated us. The house was clean and beautiful. It was a short drive to the beach. It was a great space to relax at whole unwinding from from the sand and sun. They provided great recommendations and we would definitely stay there again. Our stay at Page's Creek Retreat was wonderful! The property exceeded our expectations. Jodi is an attentive host, responding to questions and offering suggestions when needed. The home was immaculate and provided the perfect space for our family gathering. The house is also close to grocery stores and restaurants. We could be at the beach in 20 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tara's. Wonderful location, with a view of the river and the battleship. Can't beat the location -- walkable to downtown Wilmington's many restaurants, cafes, shops & galleries. We loved walking the neighborhoods. The condo is roomy and airy, with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

We have already recommended MK's place to some others - however, we did warn them that the unit was up 34 stairs! There was nothing in the property description to indicate that and for a couple of 73 year olds the climb with all our stuff was too much. Thankfully we had our young strong kids along! We always appreciate being able to bring our dog along, and he, along with the rest of us, totally enjoyed the 2 private balconies. The ac was plenty cold, the dryer not so hot. Beds comfortable, covered parking a plus, and we all enjoyed the pool. Location was the best, able to walk to every place, and that made it worth the 34 stair climb. Highly recommend Hang Ten Grill for huge salads and best wings ever, Salt Fish for yummy cocktails and deliciously unique entrees ( make a reservation), the Fat Pelican for a fun experience. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back!

The apartment is on the second floor with a beautiful view overlooking the boardwalk and Cape Fear River. Nice size balcony and large front windows. Comfortable bed and furniture. Kitchen has everything needed. Steps from the center of downtown.

Very clean and comfortable condo. Our host was very friendly and kind. The only downside was that we booked the condo thinking that we could sit by the pool. While we weren't super concerned with being able to get in the water, we thought we would be able to at least sit in the pool area to get some sun in between doing things around Wilmington and the beach. We may have booked something with a patio or balcony instead, had we known that the outside sesting area wouldn't be usable. If you're booking your stay here with the intention of being able to use the pool, I'd just check with the host first, as we checked out on 3/31 and the pool and pool area were torn up and empty as of this date.

The perfect location for exploring Wilmington’s historic district. Lots of great restaurants and attractions are all within walking distance. The view of the battleship was quite unique.

Mike’s place was awesome for a quick weekend trip! The view was phenomenal and loved the convenience of the location. I like staying in downtown Wilmington when I come and this spot was perfect (right by all the restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc.) Parking is off site but it’s very manageable and Mike gives extremely clear instructions on how to get there. I also liked how the TVs had clear labels for buttons/ways to troubleshoot as needed. Bed and couch were sooo comfortable and we got great sleep each night. Would love to come back when it gets warmer out!

I have stayed at a few of Corey and Hayden’s units. They are always clean and the hosts are always responsive with questions and resolve any issues quickly. I would definitely recommend.

The space was lovely! We very much enjoyed the walkability to all of the downtown, and the view was amazing. The battleship is directly across the water which was so so cool. We stayed for Valentine's Day and being in the heart of downtown Wilmington was wonderful!! The WiFi did not work, and never came back on for us even after the host gave us tips to fix it (and the host was amazing to communicate about that!). Also, the TV was telling us that the storage was full every 10ish minutes, making watching anything on it a bit of a pain. These are SMALL "issues" and would not stop us from staying here again! The location, view, and communication from the host vastly outweighed the small tweaks that would have improved our stay.
