Glyn’s house was just as the listing said. It was very comfortable and perfect for our family with 4 children. Even with 4 little ones it was within easy walking distance to both train station and bus stops. Glyn was friendly and helpful and gave some great suggestions on things our children would enjoy doing in London. I’d stay here again.

Lovingly restored Victorian with impressive amenities - coffee maker, dishwasher, clothes washer AND dryer and fridge in particular - the house is very well appointed and comfortably furnished, especially on the main level. We were very happy with it. My only recommendations are to be more clear on bed sizes in the listing - instead of “king” say “UK king” or “UK king/US queen” (I think AB&B should do likewise on all listings to avoid misunderstandings) and to note the toilet/powder room on the first landing above the main level in the listing. Otherwise, unless they’re already in their bedrooms, guests must walk up four flights of stairs to use a restroom. With small children or older guests, this could pose problems, or at least become an unnecessary annoyance. Otherwise it is a first rate, high quality property! We would rent it again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was an ideal spot from which to explore London and then relax in comfort. The local area has an assortment of pubs, cafes and restaurants, plenty to choose from. Caroline was proactive in recommendations and as a result we had a delicious meal and fab night in the Bolingbroke pub, a five minute walk from the house. We would love to return one day.

Alex's home was a great spot for our first trip to the UK! The neighborhood was easy to navigate and felt safe. It was a very convient location to public transportation and very close to local markets that made our daily adventures a breeze. (If you want a traditional English afternoon tea walk over to Orange Peeko.)

We had a great stay at Judith's apartment. It is really modern, well decorated and appointed. With all mod cons. In a very peaceful spot. The place was also super clean and tidy upon arrival. Judith was very accommodating and helpful and really responsive as a host. Would definitely recommend and like to go back.

I have stayed there before since it's close to my daughter's house. It's a great place to stay, comfortable, easily accessible, high street is 3 blocks away. Eryn is a great host!

The apartment was beautiful. It has a really nice balcony with a beautiful view of the river. Fully stocked kitchen, literally had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us out when we had issues. Great location, walkable to public transportation, and grocery store was really close by. We had a great vacation overall, glad we chose this place to stay!

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

We feel so lucky to have found Lucy’s place to stay in while our house was a building site. Super comfortable bed, plenty of space for the two of us, lovely outside terrace and clean and organised. We live in Weybridge, but will definitely advise visiting friends and family to stay if Lucy has availability.

Tracy was an excellent host who was quick to respond, friendly and approachable, offering local recommendations. She was very accommodating and her space was cozy and well located.

We loved it!! It's a home from home type place with everything you need. In the summer, the decking would be wonderful to take advantage of. Bea is over and above amazing host. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be back!

Cassis's place was a very cozy house to come back after coming back from downtown. Everything seemed to be planned in the house to be cozy and beautiful! With only 10 min walk we arrived at the bus station, we used only bus but there is also an underground station very near. Cassi also recommended places like Cafe Ole that was great and Mud Cafe good too, both 10 min from the house. She was always very responsive since the beginning before even booking it. The beds very comfortable, I feel like in a 5 star hotel with the lines so fancy and smelling super good! The bathroom also super beautiful and clean which is the plus side for me as I am very picky with bathrooms. The kitchen had all the things we need and all the instructions were super clear! I really appreciated this place and highly recommend it!

Outstanding experience! Five stars all the way. Spotless, quiet, very nicely furnished place with all the comforts of home, and then some. Beautiful view of the river. Delightful to have a balcony on which to sit and take it all in. Jamal is an excellent, attentive, charming, and responsive host. Perfect flat for our stay in London. Very well located to walking everywhere, and also for taking all kinds of transportation. Good food, coffee, supermarkets, and shops close by. Great value for the price. Amazing stay at Portico Residence. Flexible check in, beautiful kitchen with all the cutlery. And all the amenities. Love the house decor. Easy walk towards town and stores, and train station. Love to see that all the necessary’s were available in the house. Heating system was perfect. Our stay was comfy and beautiful. Surely recommend portico residences.

We stayed at Tom's place after 5 years away from the UK and wanted to stay somewhere practical for our needs (ground floor for our little one), clean and in an ideal location - Tom's place ticked every box on that checklist and more. Getting to places like Central London, Battersea Power Station, Victoria, and Brixton was easy. My feet actually still hurt one week after my visit due to the number of steps I was able to clock in doing all the things I missed doing in London (shopping, window shopping, and tea/coffee catchups with friends). All the while, with all the fun that the location brought, every time we entered the flat we felt like we could be in a chocolate box cottage country retreat. Think 'The Holiday'. Tom was a very kind host and even went as far as to make sure our daughter had a cot for our stay, our daughter loved taking tours around the house and was in awe of the lovely art and happy colours. This was a memorable stay for our family! Thank you, Tom!

Excellent logement , calme et bien agencé. Facile d’accès par le métro victoria ou en bus avec la ligne 133 et 159 qui viennent du centre ville Londonien. Le logement était très propre et exact à là description. Olivia a été très réactive suite à mes messages . On recommande les yeux fermés pour un séjour à Londres à 3-4 personnes
