On top of genuinely getting what's in the description, which is already pretty decent, and a responsive host ready to adjust checkin and checkout times for my convenience, the showering facilities are worth mentioning. a decent shower pressure and hot water temperature is not guaranteed, so it got my attention. Also, amazing towels! I am sure I will be back.

This was the perfect location for my needs. The accommodation is clean, warm, cosy and situated in beautiful countryside yet close enough to all major routes. Catherine was a fantastic host with clear, friendly and timely communications with no request or suggestion left unanswered. I only wish I could have stayed longer,

From my very first communication with Laurence to to him so kindly accommodating a few adjustments to my booking that meant me arriving alone the night before my friends, I felt completely at ease. This being my first-ever Airbnb experience, I was truly impressed and overwhelmed by how flawless it was. I feel utterly spoiled! Laurence and his wife own a stunning property in the picturesque village of Shere, and they are the ideal hosts. If you're considering a stay in Surrey, I highly recommend booking here - if you’re lucky enough to find availability, you won’t regret it. A very comfortable place to stay that suited us very well.

If you looking for a tranquil, peaceful and country getaway...then this is the perfect place! The entire property is very homely and just simply beautiful. The hosts are wonderful and are on the property if you need them. You have all the privacy you need. I stayed here for 9 nights and could have stayed for another 9!

My family stayed from Italy. They loved the annexe and it was near my house and local amenities. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and had everything they needed for their stay. They met Nina during their stay and she was helpful, attentive and friendly. They were available if needed and unobtrusive. They loved it and will return. Thankyou so much

I had most wonderful stay. Natasha was extremely friendly and lovely, very responsive whenever I had any questions. She was so accommodating and kind and am so glad to have such a wonderful host. The room was lovely, very clean, cosy and spotless. Felt right at home after a long day of work. The bedroom was so comfy, the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. I loved all the little details, like the little treats in the mini kitchen area. Exactly as described and better, I will definitely be coming back again. Another bonus is the cutest dog Bella who greets you when you come home :)

A great base for 3 adults and a child of four. Comfortable and clean, lots of books, games and equipment for children inside and plenty to use outside if the weather improves. We were visiting for an Interview and I,m glad to say we will be moving to the area soon.

Great Space to relax and unwind, the bed is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well kitted out for basic cooking with a good sized fridge/freezer. Nice patio area to chill out in a beautiful garden area. Will definitely book again.

Very well equipped, comfortable accommodation which was very convenient for Gatwick. The hosts were very helpful and generous. Would happily stay there again.

Gina was an amazing host. We stayed as I was having a procedure at the hospital round the corner. Gina was happy to help with everything and anything. Place was very clean and exactly as described. Could get a little loud being right next to the front door but didn’t bother us! We had an amazing stay and felt right at home!

A great place to stay to watch the rugby at Twickenham! Lovely and clean with a great kitchen and the breakfast supplies were much appreciated ☺️

We stayed at The Butler's Quarters in Elstead as part of the wedding party at the Mill. Absolutely loved it! Apartment was squeaky clean, bed super comfy, pillows & duvet super soft! The bath tub in the room just amazing, you watch TV & have a cuppa whilst soaking in the tub. The location is superb, only 5 min walk to the mill through the field, main reason we decided to book in the village rather than catching a taxi after the party. I'd imagine what a great break it would make staying there in the summer! Thank you Beth for such an amazing winter break!

Liz was always quick to respond on the chat, and a warm welcome to the property. The bakery is justA gorgeous setting plus beautiful peaceful garden to relax in! A lovely and cosy retreat in beautiful Mole Valley surroundings. Lovely, friendly local pubs, too! Highly recommend

I e used a few Airbnb’s over the years and this one exactly matches the listing. Clean and tidy and as described. Friendly host who always responded to whatever was asked and with no fuss. The location was perfect for my needs and the unit met all my needs for three time that I was there. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and if you are looking for somewhere in the area you would not find a better place to stay.

Both Deborah and Pete are the ultimate hosts. They helped us settle in immediately, both friendly and very approachable. The attention to detail in this accommodation is excellent, from welcome gifts on arrival (including fresh eggs laid daily) and treats and extra blankets etc for our dog. There are lovely gardens and a beautiful pond area in this small holding, stunning for walks any season! It was a peaceful haven for us during a house renovation period where it was wonderful to return to each day. The wonderful sound of owls at nighttime and the magical woodland walks make this a beautiful and serene place to both relax and have as a base for exploring the Surrey hills and surrounds.

Gill went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience, and even some thoughtful touches that made our visit extra special. The location was perfect - quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more enjoyable stay. This is my first time renting a house through Airbnb, and I am very pleased with the house I have rented. Kay and Ade are the perfect hosts. The annex is very new and fully equipped. The living environment is very quiet. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the following places: the Basingstoke Canal, with its stunning scenery; Tesco Express, where you can replenish what you need; and Ash Vale train station, which is convenient for travel. So, highly recommended.

Fantastic re visit to this beautiful tiny house as I like to call it, fantastic garden that I have an early breakfast and coffee looking at the sunrise and listening to the birds. Beautiful way to start the day. The home has all you need to have a superb stay and is lovely and warm, kitchen has all you need to cook. Lovely setup for watching the tv if need be on a super soft coach. Bathroom is very spacious with a super electric powered shower. Superb stay, Lorna is always so so helpful and always at hand if need be.

Lovely place to stay in Surrey, quiet and serene. The apartment was spotless and everything we needed was there. Walking distance to restaurants and pubs and they didn’t disappoint, A very pleasant and comfortable weekend for which we have to thank Gillian, if the opportunity comes along again we would not hesitate to book The Haven again.

This is one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had! Denise & Jonathan made me feel extremely welcomed, and were gracious enough to let me check in early and check out late because of my flight times. The studio is beautiful and has lovely natural light. It was quiet, and had enough kitchenette tools for me to make easy meals. One thing which stood out was the fact that Denise & Jonathan stocked the studio with necessary little essentials upon arrival- like little energy bites, homemade jam & croissants, tea and coffee, and even my milk of choice. Plus, there were plenty of toiletries to use in case you forgot something. Super welcoming, responsive, and friendly! Would 100% stay again.

The property is far from the main house so it does not feel like you are intruding on anyone else’s space, easy to locate and instructions were very clear. The hosts were very thoughtful to leave snacks and food for us to have should we need anything. All the appliances were fully functional and clean, however the fire alarm is very sensitive, even with windows and doors open, so be mindful of this if you plan to cook. We had a lovely stay, and will be back again❤️
