Fantastic Flat, close to local facilities and great for a break away where you need to work from ‘home’ Really comfortable, clean and spotless, nice to see some essentials left in the cupboards too so you don’t have to run down to the (VERY) local shop as well. Would highly recommend - Host very helpful too and always responsive to questions.

Excellent location near the Farnborough Airport where we had business. This apartment is in Wallis Square and is very clean, spacious and modern. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay here! We had everything we needed, the apartment was comfortable and very clean. Our questions were answered very promptly and directions to the property were made easy. Streatham High St. and all it's amenities and transport links, is a short walk away. We will definitely be staying again. It was just what we needed. Thank you so much.

The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure I had a smooth check-in. Homely, comfortable, clean and convenient! We loved our stay here- the flat is wonderful and impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable and the private patio/garden is a lovely addition, especially in the summer! The hosts were super kind, responsive and incredibly informative, both before and during our stay. The location is brilliant- it’s in a quieter street but within easy walking distance of all of Brixton’s hustle bustle- we stayed in early spring and there were beautiful blossom trees lining the streets:) Highly recommend this place- I’ve never felt as cared for and looked after as I did with Laércio’s hospitality 😊 thank you!

Spacious 2BR apartment that was a good as a home base for me, my partner and daughter while visiting family in the London area. The apartment with the floor to ceiling window was a good escape from the hustle and bustle of London. Conveniently located next to Tube and bus stops, as well as convenience and coffee shops.

We had a great weekend away. The lodge is amazing and exactly as described. We really enjoyed it and will be back soon!

Glyn’s house was just as the listing said. It was very comfortable and perfect for our family with 4 children. Even with 4 little ones it was within easy walking distance to both train station and bus stops. Glyn was friendly and helpful and gave some great suggestions on things our children would enjoy doing in London. I’d stay here again.

Lovingly restored Victorian with impressive amenities - coffee maker, dishwasher, clothes washer AND dryer and fridge in particular - the house is very well appointed and comfortably furnished, especially on the main level. We were very happy with it. My only recommendations are to be more clear on bed sizes in the listing - instead of “king” say “UK king” or “UK king/US queen” (I think AB&B should do likewise on all listings to avoid misunderstandings) and to note the toilet/powder room on the first landing above the main level in the listing. Otherwise, unless they’re already in their bedrooms, guests must walk up four flights of stairs to use a restroom. With small children or older guests, this could pose problems, or at least become an unnecessary annoyance. Otherwise it is a first rate, high quality property! We would rent it again.

Once again, Geraldine provided me with everything that was needed. From the amenities, to the restaurant recommendations and my favourite big Tesco just around the corner! Geraldine was very helpful, responsive and lovely during my weekend stay in Bromley. She was just around the corner if I needed anything, so I felt well accommodated. My friends were able to get a great lay in and we even communicated about a late check out, due to us having a good night in central London, which was provided with quickness and did not make us feel like we had to rush to leave. Such an amazing experience once again and I recommend this place again!

The house and host are luxury level. White company sheets and towels, professionally laundered and crisply ironed. Very attentive and responsive host. Wondeful central and yet quiet location with great buses and trains into central London. Absolutely lovely home and host. We will book again.

The house accommodated five of us comfortably and with plenty of privacy and space for each person. We felt at home and welcomed in the beautiful house. Thank you Jeremy

House perfectly situated couldn’t have been better

This is a wonderful place to stay. The accommodation was modern and had the essentials, alongside some home furnishings. We felt right at home from day one. Public transport was accessible and plentiful, as well as suitable parking options. There is a plethora of eating establishments and shops nearby too. I would definitely stay here again because of these reasons and because of the professional host.

Lovely apartment and would highly recommend a stay. Easy flexible check-in as described and easy to find. Walkable surroundings and many parks/green spaces locally. Milo was responsive and friendly, as well as the best co-host that was Oliver the cat who was so well behaved!

We had a fantastic time at the apartment. It is located nearby the underground station (just a 2 mins walk) and surrounded by several supermarkets, a pub and different restaurants. It was very easy to get to the city centre with the tube, just 20-25 min. For us it was the perfect spot to explore the city easily and at the same time staying in a quiet area. Lisa has been very friendly and attentive, we could contact her about any questions and she gave us several recommendations in advance for our trip. The apartment has everything you need and even a little terrace, where you can enjoy your tea or coffee. Thank you so much for hosting us!!
