Looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was in top condition and spotless. The Hosts made sure we had all the information we needed ahead of time so getting in and out was a breeze and absolutely zero problems finding as it was right at the beginning of the development. So, so much better than a couple of rooms at a hotel for our blended family getaway with plenty of space for the 7 of us and a very short drive to Busch Gardens. A+ all around. A sincere thank you to Vonda and Jonathan!!

We loved everything about our stay at Poseidon! The apartment was lovely, bright and clean with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and nice linens. The shared outdoor space is one of the nicest we've seen on a beach house - well tended wooden walkways all around, lots of nice outdoor seating, great grill lovely "beach bar" type perch to sit and look over the water. We used the sauna every night and all of the available amenities as much as possible. We highly recommend this property!

Great location in Hilton Village! Leah was very proactive and helpful and the space was perfect! It had all the amenities we needed, and more!

Had a little staycation in hampton. I wanted something close to the beach (buckroe) and my massage/ reiki appt. Maia’s place was the perfect little spot to lay my head. The beach was even within walking distance and when I went, I saw some dolphins which was pretty cool. I went with Maia’s place after seeing the other reviews of how clean it was, I’m happy to say everything was accurate in Maia’s pictures and how other folks described it. It was nice having hosts that were intentional about thinking from the guests pov, even going as far to make a video for check in instructions to avoid any confusion. Every thing was clean, the hosts clean the carpets after each use and asks guests to take off shoes in bed area. Bathroom was spotless. They even had a couple board games/ uno for guests. Lots of closet space. The level of consideration felt like a hotel room without the hotel costs. Hosts responded quickly if we had questions. I would definitely stay again.

The place was so clean and the location was very private. Being able to use the kayaks was amazing. The only thing was the table was still wet with paint and one of the kayak carts had a flat tire. Other than those small things we had a great experience here.

At first, the Airbnb wasn’t exactly what I expected, it’s a bit older and has a rustic feel. But after staying here for over a month, I’ve really grown to appreciate the place and the host. Angela was so kind and always quick to respond if we needed anything. For example, when we had an issue with the fridge, she handled it right away and made sure we were taken care of. I loved how easy it was to get in and out of the house with the keyless entry system (no worrying about losing a key!), and the fact that it was pet-friendly was such a bonus. My dog loved the backyard which was a great space and so convenient. Overall, my spouse and I are happy with our stay. The host really made the experience so much better with her attentiveness and care. We’re super thankful for everything she did to make us feel comfortable!

We rented the apartment for an extended weekend while visiting the area. It was conveniently located near all of the places we needed to go. Cassandra provided clear instructions for getting there and getting in. Thanks for helping us have a great weekend!

This home is absolutely beautiful. I loved being able to wake up early and watch the sun rise over the Chesapeake bay. Even though it was cold the kids enjoyed splashing in the water with their rain boots. We spent the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at colonial Williamsburg. Afterwards we ate at Captain George’s, a place Tas recommended. It was absolutely worth it. I was also pleased with being able to make a good Thanksgiving meal. The stay was relaxing and peaceful. We would love to come back in the near future.

Had a great time staying at Lisa's home. The place was a very beautiful home and a peaceful neighborhood. Spacious living area as well as the bathrooms and rooms.

Our family Thanksgiving was great! What a beautiful home with a breathtaking view of the water!! Just waking up each day with that beautiful sunrise over the water was wonderful to see. What a hidden gem! Everything you possibly have needed was provided in the home. The fireplace was very nice especially on those cold evenings! We can't wait to return! Mandy and Kevin home had absolutely everything you could possibly need and cute little highlights and surprises all around the house. Not yo mention, the beach house was beautiful and the process was seamless due to instructions and communication. well worth it! a definite favorite

We love this house! Our dogs love to sit in outside porch and they have lots of room to play outside.

We loved Merlyn and Rick's place. The view was amazing, walk to the beach easy and close, decorated perfectly, clean and supplied with snacks and coffee for our stay. Restaurants and stores were close by. Would definitely stay again.

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

We had a very peaceful and comfortable few days here. The place felt just like home and was very clean. We walked on the beach which is right across the street and to a cute cafe right down the street. The only recommendation I could make is adding a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. Other than that, it was perfect and we really enjoyed it! Thank you Hadley for your kindness.

We felt right at home as soon as we checked in, the instructions were super easy to follow. My dog had so much room to play, and we loved our walks on the beach - even after the snowstorm! The area is so calm and peaceful and it felt like we were right at home, the bathroom, amenities and decor are stunning! The gym was just what I needed as well to get some movement. We can’t wait to come back when it’s warmer out, thank you for everything!

We visit Williamsburg often and have stayed in many different vacation properties. Gayle’s is one of the best so far! It was warm and welcoming, family friendly, she even left a cookie decorating kit for us! The kitchen had lots of extras, coffees, teas, hot chocolates, condiments, even a few snacks. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. Sliding glass doors in two of the bedrooms and living room opened onto small decks with a view onto the tennis courts. The property was fun to explore and the kids had a blast on the playground and down at the small beach (a ten minute walk). I got a massage at the resort and highly recommend if you have time for some pampering during your stay. We had an issue with the dishwasher (it is a smarter/fancier appliance than I was used to) and Gayle was immediately responsive talking me through it & offered on site help if needed. Checkout was simple & easy, no long list of tasks. We just felt relaxed and welcome!

Great place and great host! Karim was very responsive to the few questions I had and was very helpful. Beach is only about 50 steps away and has easy/private access. Relaxing deck and mostly very quiet surroundings. Love the place!!
