The accommodation was great, with a wonderful view and a great location. Beach, shops and promenade, all just a few minutes from the room. I recommend the accommodation. The only minus was the evening noise from the disco club on the beach, but neither the owner nor the accommodation is responsible for that.

Wonderful place, wish it was available a little longer but it was booked. Easy parking, around plenty of restaurants & things to do. There is a gym, pool, supermarket, restaurants & stores all in walking distance. Definitely recommend!

Logement très propre, fidèle aux photos et vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Hôte toujours disponible, arrangeante et réactive par message. Attention avoir une voiture est fortement recommandé car très difficile de rejoindre à pieds ou grâce aux transports en commun, et nécessaire pour se déplacer. Le bémol est le « jacuzzi » qui est une baignoire avec des jets que l’on sent pas. Concernant la piscine elle est propre, offre une superbe vue sur le soleil couchant et la vallée mais n’est pas chauffée

Wow, what a showplace. This top floor penthouse is very glamorous, with spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Our group of 6 (3 couples) each had spacious bedrooms and our own bathrooms. Only one bath was en suite, but the others were convenient to the bedrooms. The place was spotless and well stocked. The upstairs had another sitting room, bedroom and bath, and a huge deck with fabulous hot tub. The views from this level were even better. The place is walking distance to Kotor’s old town, but a bit of an incline coming back. We saw lots of taxis for a convenient ride back. Take extra time to navigate to the place upon arrival. Apple Maps couldn’t quite get us there, so we stopped for help. There is a dedicated parking spot. Daca was there to happily greet us, even though we arrived late. She explained everything perfectly and was very responsive when we reached out another time. I would definitely recommend this lux penthouse!

It was a nice studio apartment in a great location. Everything is close by, mall, bus station, the center. We had a great stay, almost every kitchen appliance was available for cooking which made the stay amazing. Ana was helpful with everything. If I stay in Podgorica again, I would book her again.

Branka is a friendly and accomodating hostess. She's supported by her daughter Nina, who managed all communication in English perfectly. I do recommend this place if calmness and distance to cities is preferred. There is a bus stop at the main road, like 15Min afar. But motorized vehicle is recommended, except you really love walking and don't mind seeking small trails and carrying your groceries uphill. To Sutomore it's 40Min of walking, partially along a beautiful promenade. To Bar exists a small trail along the mountain. (With nice spots for sunset) Everything was as described, as well as clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped. But having the stove at the veranda, far from the sink of the kitchen inside the house, can be a disadvantage. But still i enjoyed preparing my meals. The bed is comfortable, i slept well. Highlight have been the fruits and the juice Branka shared. First time in my life i saw Kiwis on a plant. Luckily ready to harvest during my visit :) Thank you!

A perfect stay from start to finish. Branko is an amazing host, thoughtful, welcoming and very helpful and it makes our stay so much better. Location is perfect in Kotor and very quiet. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. Wonderful trip :)

Ivana was a great host, providing lots of help and information about the activities we had planned, giving us insider knowledge on top! The place itself was very nice, clean, and tidy, making it easy to settle in. Ivana was very responsive with info as and when we requested it - Overall, Ivana is a fantastic host- highly recommended!!

Наш отпуск прошел отлично! Мы арендовали жилье задолго до начала сезона, поэтому были некоторые технические нюансы после зимы, но хозяева очень быстро заменили сломанную технику и сделали нам комплимент в виде большой упаковки с капсулами кофе! Спасибо большое! Поскольку мы были не в сезон, нам позволили очень ранее заселение и поздний выезд без проблем, это было очень гостеприимно. Мебель в комнатах немного уставшая и некоторые шкафчики были сломаны, но матрасы очень удобные. Терраса просто супер - супер вид и отличный стол для общих завтраков и ужинов. В общем мы очень довольны! Это было бюджетное жилье, полностью стоит своих денег и подходит для большой компании. Спасибо хозяевам и всем кто с нами работал!

Nensi is an incredibly friendly and helpful host. Her tips and recommendations helped us to make the most of our time in Montenegro. She was always on hand responding to messages for any queries we had. Apartment is spotless and only a 10 minute walk from the old town. Comes with a lovely shared terrace which is great to sit outside in the warm evenings. Would happily stay there again!

Divni domaćini, dočekali su nas kao rođene. Uz preporuke domaćina izbegli smo gužve u saobraćaju, a bili su i fleksibilni u vezi check-in i check-out vremena. Svaka preporuka za apartman - blizina centra, a opet miran kraj. Apartman je divno opremljen i za duži boravak, pogotovo ako planirate da kuvate na odmoru i da ručate na terasi s pogledom na more.

Z całego serca polecam to miejsce ponieważ można się tam poczuć wyjątkowo komfortowo. Zdjęcia nie oddają nawet do końca piękna tego miejsca. Apartamenty zostały przygotowane z najwyższa starannoscia, otoczenie jest urokliwe, dostępne są wszelkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Miejsce jest niezwykle urokliwe, zorganizowane w taki sposób aby każdy mógł poczuć się swobodnie. Jest bardzo czysto, obsługa codziennie dba o czystość całego ośrodka, jest bardzo pomocna i miła. Na miejscu dostępny jest piękny basen z komfortowy mi leżaka mi, parasolami, prysznicem i toaleta tuż obok. Wszystko zostało wykonane na wysokim poziomie. Gospodarze to przemili, uczyni i otwarci ludzie, każdego gościa witają z nie bywała serdecznością, są pomocni w każdej kwestii, doradzą w zakresie lokalnych restauracji, atrakcji. Do morza zaledwie 7min spacerkiem. Gospodarze to przemili, otwarci ludzie, sprawia, że poczujecie się u nich naprawdę dobrze! Polecamy z całego serca zarówno dla par jak i rodzin z dziećmi!

This villa was even better than we thought it would be - spacious, clean and the view was outstanding. The location was perfect. You can walk easily to Kotor old town (about 10min walk) but still enjoy the quietness and peaceful environment. The house was big enough for 4 adults and 2 toddlers and we had two baby beds aswell. There were 2 big bedrooms with Queen size beds and two smaller bedrooms with two seperate beds. 2 bathrooms and a small extra toilet. The kitchen was excellent for cooking. Perfect for bigger groups or families! The host was the kindest and answered to all of our messages right away. Thank you so much for having us!

wir waren schon das 2. mal da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. alles ist bestens zu erreichen und die wohnung ist sehr sauber. wir waren 10 tage dort und der platz hat absolut gereicht. ein kleines, feines apartment zum wohlfühlen

Havre de paix dans baie magnifique. Hôte très accueillant et disponible, explications simples et claires. Photos et équipements données sur le site exactement conformes à la réalité. Vue du balcon superbe et apaisante sur la baie, avec couché de soleil garanti (1er étage du logement). Logement très propre, bien équipé et belle surface pour 4 personnes (1 chambre lit double avec sdb+ 1 chambre 2 lits simples avec sdb). 3 à 4 places de parking disponibles devant la maison. 1 minimarket à proximité, 1 restaurant -bar (sur réservation car très prisé). Petite plage à côté du restaurant, en béton-rochers dans baie peu profonde, à 20m du logement. Prévoir une voiture car logement à 15min-30min des points d'intérêts, mais idéalement placé car en retrait des foules. Très bonne adresse.

Overall a 5 star stay!! Perfect location, amenities are all there for a homely feel. The upstairs balcony is serene, fantastic roof top view and a lovely sun trap. Not to forget the lovely visitors (cats). We felt perfectly at home, the host is very responsive and allowed us to check in earlier.

Carine war immer sehr aufmerksam und hat sich umgehend z.B. um eine kleine Erweiterung der Küchenutensilien gekümmert – wir kochen gerne und gehen nicht nur essen – und sogar einen Toaster von abends auf morgens vor die Tür gestellt. Der Pool ist groß und hat einen tollen infinity-Blick auf die Bucht. Der Flughafen Tivat ist im Blickfeld, man kann die startenden und landenden Fliugzeuge beobachten. Für uns gab es keine störenden Geräusche durch den Flughafen, nachts ist Ruhe. In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat die neue Gondelbahn auf den Lovcen Nationalpark eröffnet. Man kommt in 11 Minuten von 0 auf 1750 m üNN, das ist toll – insbesondere wenn man die engen (!!) 25 Serpentinen nicht mit dem Auto erfahren will. Kotor ist durch den Tunnel in 10 Minuten erreichbar und wenn Tivat nicht im Stau ersticken würde (im August), könnte man in wenigen MInuten am Hafen sein. Strand und Meer sind gut erreichbar, mit dem Auto, sie sind aber durchaus gut besucht... im August. Wir waren gerne dort!

Really clean and good location, surrounded by restaurants while also being secluded from all the noise. All of the amenities were provided which was nice and the check in was super easy.

It was nosy noisy in the night because the people upstairs celebrate a birthday but we told the guy rented the apartment for us and he talked to them and came to the place and did everything he could and they stopped the party and the noisy stopped.

I had a very nice stay at Luka's apartment , very comfortable place clean and organizes and has everything I needed. Luke was communicative available and gave recommendations for restaurants. the check-In was simple and easy. The one thing that was somewhat annoying (but is not related directly to the apartment ) is that there is a construction site, not near the apartment but on the mountain side and it creates some noise (not everyday) I recommend very much
