We had a fantastic stay at Charlie’s cabin in Mount Vernon! The cabin was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect for peace and quiet, and the thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel like home. Charlie was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat – we definitely hope to return in the future!

Lisa's cabin was a perfect and quaint getaway from the city, and we really enjoyed the fireplace, games, and other amenities. It happened to be way too cold to use the hot tub while we were there, but looking forward to coming back and using it next time, as well as checking out the local hiking trails and lakes! Lisa was very responsive and everything was self-explanatory and easy to use! Would definitely return!

We had a great relaxing time. The only thing was that we had to get into the circuit breaker a couple of times because the hot tub tripped something. That was not easy as you had to find a screwdriver to remove a mirror that covered the box. But it was a simple enough fix, and did not affect our time.

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space, like the cozy linens, fully stocked kitchen, and helpful local tips Amy provided. I’ve stayed at this cabin several times as an escape from NYC and I love it more each time. It has everything you need to enjoy some time in the woods – a fireplace, a fire pit, a gorgeous nature preserve right across the street. It’s the perfect amount of secluded - there are other cabins close by but I only saw one other person in the week I was there. The floors get cold so make sure to pack slippers. Otherwise, it’s well stocked with entertainment, cooking supplies, and toiletries. Dylan was really communicative and helpful. Can’t wait to stay again.

Absolutely lovely lake house and we loved every minute and wished we could have stayed longer. Bob was great in providing instructions and information, and was very flexible. There is good parking for 3 cars, pictures and description is very accurate. You do have to walk down a path and steps to the house (as pictured), and the three main bedrooms are upstairs. The views are the lake are fantastic! And the covered porch on the back of the house looking out over the lake is just wonderful. This was a very special gathering of lifelong friends for a wedding celebration nearby and it was such a great place to stay to enjoy spending time together in a beautiful setting. The kitchen is exceedingly well stocked with everything needed to cook and prepare meals, great appliances and both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker (preferred) is provided. Wifi worked well. Bathrooms very clean. Lovely linens, bedding and towels provided. Bob was a wonderful host and this is a wonderful gem of a place.

We had a wonderful stay! It was even more beautiful in person. The fireplace was amazing and the kitchen was fully stocked. the host was friendly and responsive, making everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

William’s cabin is like something out of a movie. The cabin itself is beautiful, made with exceptional craftsmanship. The floors are all hardwood, but our dogs had no problems with it (they usually won’t walk on wood floors). The location is so peaceful, I’d never guess how close we were to shops - but William left a binder with minimal, easy house instructions and lists of all sorts of local attractions - farms, wineries, restaurants, and so on. Everything appliwas as described and worked perfectly. The grounds are almost park-like, but there’s no doubt you’re in nature. We heard barred owls near the cabin at night, and down by the river by day are kingfishers, herons, pileated woodpeckers, and all the usual smaller birds. Obviously, bring bug spray, as with everywhere that’s more rural. There are hiking trials nearby, & the cabin is easy walking distance to the Appalachian trail - if you take it heading west, you’ll get gorgeous views. Overall, 10/10 can’t wait to come back

Very nice place, just a few minutes drive to Mountain Creek, so we could be on the mountain early before the crowds. The fireplace was a nice bonus during a cold week. The kitchen was well stocked, and Kristina was very responsive when we had a small issue. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Shari's place in Milford! It was a perfect way to get out of Philly for a bit and enjoy winter in the Poconos. Great communication, easy check in, personal touches around the house, thoughtful recommendations. The house is so charming - we loved the design inside and out. The fireplace was a real highlight for us - cozying up every night! Also, the main bedroom has an incredibly comfy bed. A perfect long weekend destination!

David’s cabin and property were absolutely perfect!!! Such an adorable find! The cabin is impeccable and an absolute work of craftsmanship . Bathroom is outstanding but it’s the countless elements of charm you find throughout the cabin that will impress you most. Then the property itself is heaven! Two trout fed ponds just a short walk down a safe and well lit walkway. We fished, sledded, hiked, bon fired and amored over a snowy long weekend and we could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Wood burning stove and heating system kept us snug as a bug! We cooked and had everything we needed and we also took a 10 min drive into town where we found O’reillys pub. Great food and service! The AT and Delaware River are all nearby offering year round activities. And David is a gem! So helpful and kind. We will be back! That’s as long as we can still get in on the action! Thank you David!!

Very cozy, private, clean and feellikehome spot. Beautiful house on the lake with everything you need. Definitely would stay there again and recommend to everyone who is looking forward for a little getaway from busy life. Great host, responds quickly if any questions, clear instructions and info made my stay super comfortable and memorable. Great experience.

Beautiful cabin and responsive hosts. You can really tell that all the furnishings are deliberate and gathered from many travels. Kitchen had everything I needed to put together a special dinner for my partner. My only wish is that I visited in the spring/fall to explore the vast property.
